Pers Removals

Can't fault this company and would strongly recommend them to anyone. Competitively priced and not a single breakage or scratch on anything. We were due to move on a Thursday and by Tuesday evening we'd not even packed a pair of socks. The boys arrived first thing Wednesday morning and proceeded like a whirlwind to start packing up for us. By the end of the day, almost everything was in boxes then the rest of the team came first thing Thursday morning. By 1.30 we were out of our old flat (we had a lot of stuff) and by 6.30 everything was in the new house. The team, to a man, were all lovely - thoughtful (we had our 2 and 4 year olds around and they were extra concsious of them), considerate and good-humoured. Would use them again in an instant.

We used Pers for our home removals in August 2014 and found them to be excellent. From the initial consoltation right through to the quote and finally the move itself, we felt extremely relaxed and in capable hands. Whicst we did the packing, they removed everything with minimal fuss which wasn't easy from a top floor flat with only 1 lift.  They were equally helpful at the other end when unpacking. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pers to any family or friends for their removal needs.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Kav and his team for moving us from Highgate to East Finchley last Tuesday so professionally . They came a day before to pack all contents and antique furniture . They only thing we had to take care of was the food in the fridge and the tins of paint in the garage , since their insurance wouldn't cover that which was fine by us . Then on the moving day , they turned up ontime and we were done by 12:30 and off we went to Finchley .

Pers Removals admin was excellent. All was carefully explained. Everything went according to plan, packing quality was excellent, the team checked the location carefully when delivering and did it all with a smile and were always pleasant. Their price was very competitive and we would definitely recommend this firm. A plus was the lack of hidden extras, such as for paper, floor protectors etc. They also have already collected all the boxes we have emptied.
Our only hiccup was access up a tree lined lane to our new house. Although we had assured them that parking would not be a problem, we were unaware that the very large van could not get past the overhanging trees. This slightly delayed the delivery, but was resolved within 24 hours.

Always a gamble with removals companies, depends on service from the office and the crew sent. Kaveh in the office of Pers was extremely helpful, courteous and responsive which made setting up this move easy. We moved belongings to storage then to a new house 4 months later so service was important. Containers used for storage were of a good quality and secured well. Packing in move out was efficient and done well. Loading was reasonable although a bit more care could have been taken on bulky items. Storage was at the Cadogan tate warehouse so was happy belongings would be secure and well stored. Unload was excellent, the two guys were friendly and careful and very attentive to our instruction. Only one item damaged out of storage containers, a barbecue part which was bent as it had not been stored well in the container. This was down to the loading crew not the two who unloaded. Overall and given the horror stories that abound with moving house, I was very pleased with Pers and would recommend them.

The staff at pers are very friendly and helpful they maintained professionalism at all times. I would  recommend them to anyone. The only advice I would give is always take out waiting insurance just in case you cannot get your keys to the new home in time. All our goods arrived in good condition no damaged good. Every thing was packed securely.  Even though we had snow and rain on the day of the move pers ensured that the new hone was kept clean there were no dirt marks or water foot prints on the floor they ensured we had the best customer experience we utilised their full packing service and I have to say it took the stress way from us. Highly recommended by me.

From the moment my flat was on the market and I received the extremely useful flyer from Pers I knew I was dealing with a very special company.
The estimate was received very quickly and was very reasonable given all the stairs at my old flat.
Packing the day before moving was a joy to watch: Jayson was mesmerising in his speed and attention to detail.
On moving day Jayson, Connor and Charlie could not have been more helpful, speedy and professional.
I would recommend them every time!

Not having moved for 30 years we were in some trepidation, but PERS made it easy at every stage. They were tremendously professional, friendly, quick while being extremely careful, , and at the end of the phone at all times Hayley was accommodating to our requirements regarding dates and times andknowlegeable and responsive to every query. By the time we arrived at our new home, we were not just relieved but absolutely confident that everything would be delivered safely - and we were right.
