Pers Removals

I paid for a full "packing service" and Pers were more expensive than other companies. I made it clear that I wanted them to unpack everything at the other end.

On the day, the men stated that they were not told about unpacking. I rang Kaveh and he argued with me straight away and was defensive. He said that I paid for a "Full Packing service" and that is all that they offer. He made no attempt to remedy my predicament and promtly ordered his men off site.

The men left in a hurry, failed to assemble the table or bed as per instructed and detailed in the invoice (as assembly was included). They did come back to rectify the situation 2 days later - not good enough for the price paid. They also damaged the wardrobes during the build and consequently they are now beyond repair.

In summary, over priced, dishonest sales man and no customer service. There are other companies that offer the same service for much cheaper price and take money AFTER the job is done. Kaveh spends more time arguing and less time helping.

POOR SHOW.

I recently used Pers Removals [July 2015] for my first move into my new home.
I was extremely nervous about details as I didn’t know what to do as was my first time moving. However everybody at Pers put my mind at rest and ensured my move went well, with no stress at all.
From the estimator who visited me, to the office staff, to the guys who completed my packing/move.
I was so happy they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who is moving.

Having looked around at various companies we chose Pers after a recommendation from a friend in the business.

After a visit to see what the requirements were we received the quotation promptly and it fully detailed the move.

We had packed the house ourselves and we the lads arrived in the 3rd to pack the first 18 ton lorry they did not hesitate to help pack what was left.

The team was led by Richard and had some great characters in the group including Hassan and Dan the mad Romanian (2 milk 1 sugar in my coffee) along with the other lads. They worked tirelessly until the first lorry was packed and left.

The next morning they arrived promptly at 8am with the second 18 ton lorry and once again worked methodically through loading the lorry with the remaining items, helping also to pack up any last minute items that were left in the house. The team had slightly changed with two new members but these guys were just as good as the blokes they replaced.

Upon arrival in Norfolk the 2 lorries were parked in the drive and the unloading process began. Richard and his team were fantastic at listening to where everything had to go and had the lorries unloaded in no time but instead of leaving they stayed and helped us get the essentials done so we could at least function on the first night.

I cannot praise the guys enough for their work rate, politeness, efficiency and helpfulness and if I ever do move again I would not hesitate to use them.

Once again guys a huge thank you to you all for making the move seem so effortless and if you ever need a reference then I will gladly provide one.

PERS were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Their salesman was prompt, friendly and helpful. They were easy to contact between receipt of quote and moving day and were very flexible and accommodating with changes to the service to be provided. On the day before the move the packers arrived promptly and supplied all their own materials. They were careful with our possesions and everything was packed well. On the day of the move the movers were very helpful and completed the whole move well within time. We were very happy with the service we received from PERS and felt that they provided very good value for money.

The lead up to moving day was extremely stressful as I was faced with exhanging, completion and moving on the same day.  I had to book  a removal firm on spec two days before with a possibility that my stuff would have to go into storage overnight.  Antoher firm who has quoted slightly under were unavailable unless I paid double their quote.  Pers were able to help staying with their original quopte.  The team who arrived were well lead and understood my situation.  They were brilliant and in the end the day all went like clockwork.  Thank you.

Excellent company, gave me a really good price and a fantastic service. Kav price matched a rival company and I coudn't resist his offer, he visited our home for the quote and I liked his manner and professionalism. We had full packing service on the Monday, then they finished packing and moved us on the Tuesday - on time and on schedule. Kav even had 5 guys on the job on the Tuesday morning which kept us on schedule. No breakages, everything was well packed; highly recommended.
We'll be moving again in the next year, this time with a piano - we hope to use Pers Removals again!

Pers have now moved us three times in 18 months - once to a new house, then to a flat while we had building work carried out and now back to the house. On each occasion Pers have provided an excellent service from the initial booking to the final piece of furniture in place. The team were unfailingly cheerful and worked hard and efficiently throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure the furniture was where we wanted it.

I would thoroughly recommend this company for anyone looking for a quality, professional service.

Pers Removals facilitated our move across London and they were great. The crew was pleasant, honest, and they worked really hard on a Saturday. I would recommend them to anyone needing a removal service.

We used their full packing service which is worth the cost. We had many small valuable and breakable items all of which arrived in excellent condition. The valuable furniture and antiques were dismantled with skill and sensitivity and were individually walked down three flights of stairs. Nothing was damaged and the furniture was re-built at the new house.

The only down-side was a parking fine for the removals lorry, but we were amply warned in advance that this may be a problem and that we would be responsible for the fee. So, no surprises there.

The start of the work day was at 8:30 am with an original estimated removal time of 2:00 pm. We had many delicate things to pack and the nature of our furnishings meant that the removal took much longer than anticipated. They finished after 4:00 pm which meant that the delivery, unloading, and unpacking would be in the dark. Under different circumstances the moving crew may have simply decided to stop the job but they continued into overtime with no problems. Everyone worked very hard to make sure everything arrived in the house safely, down a long mews, and in the dark.

Great team! We would recommend them to everyone.

Our experience of Pers Removals was very good. We were moving home (Willesden area to North Chingford). We had a lot of stuff to move (11 years in a 3 bed flat in NW London)and therefore we ordered the full packing moving service. Two chaps spent the day packing and boxing up and securing all our belongings, furniture, appliances etc. They were speedy and careful with fragile items. They clearly knew what they were doing- they came in, took over and had everything boxed by end of the day. We did not have to do anything!.Following day was the removal day. Pers have good size lorries, trucks and the removal went very smoothly. They are also fully equipped with all the racks etc for clothes. They are not an amateurish outfit! Four chaps did the removal. We were out of the flat by 2pm (to comply with the exchange of keys with new owners). When we arrived at North Chingford all the boxes (about 80!) were delivered into the new house safely and again, we did not have to do anything except stand back and watch! I have no complaints and in fact the whole service was professional and hassle free. We could not have done such a big move as easily without them. I would advise getting the packing and boxing service for the day before moving- as it really saves a lot of time and effort.   .

Pers Removals arrived on time and gave an excellent and very courteous service. Although it was not a big job, three different addresses had to be visited with a piano and furniture to be collected at the first, delivered to the second and other furniture collected from there and delivered to a third.
The delivery men fitted us in at the end of a hard working day, but were good-humoured and really helpful throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We chose Pers to do our move, and we opted for the full packing service and for carpet protection at both properties. The guys from Pers packed up our household contents - and there are a lot of them, believe me! - on one day, and then moved them, and our grand piano, the next day. I was especially impressed by the packing of delicate items such as glassware and china. During our move the team worked extremely hard and overcame some difficult problems, remaining cheery and positive along the way. At the end of that long day there were a few unresolved issues, but a brief return visit by 2 of the guys sorted everything out. I really appreciated that Kav went that extra mile to make sure all ended well.  He can certainly be proud of the team he sent to us. Great job, Pers guys!
