Pers Removals

Pers have now moved us three times in 18 months - once to a new house, then to a flat while we had building work carried out and now back to the house. On each occasion Pers have provided an excellent service from the initial booking to the final piece of furniture in place. The team were unfailingly cheerful and worked hard and efficiently throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure the furniture was where we wanted it.

I would thoroughly recommend this company for anyone looking for a quality, professional service.

Pers Removals facilitated our move across London and they were great. The crew was pleasant, honest, and they worked really hard on a Saturday. I would recommend them to anyone needing a removal service.

We used their full packing service which is worth the cost. We had many small valuable and breakable items all of which arrived in excellent condition. The valuable furniture and antiques were dismantled with skill and sensitivity and were individually walked down three flights of stairs. Nothing was damaged and the furniture was re-built at the new house.

The only down-side was a parking fine for the removals lorry, but we were amply warned in advance that this may be a problem and that we would be responsible for the fee. So, no surprises there.

The start of the work day was at 8:30 am with an original estimated removal time of 2:00 pm. We had many delicate things to pack and the nature of our furnishings meant that the removal took much longer than anticipated. They finished after 4:00 pm which meant that the delivery, unloading, and unpacking would be in the dark. Under different circumstances the moving crew may have simply decided to stop the job but they continued into overtime with no problems. Everyone worked very hard to make sure everything arrived in the house safely, down a long mews, and in the dark.

Great team! We would recommend them to everyone.

I paid for a full "packing service" and Pers were more expensive than other companies. I made it clear that I wanted them to unpack everything at the other end.

On the day, the men stated that they were not told about unpacking. I rang Kaveh and he argued with me straight away and was defensive. He said that I paid for a "Full Packing service" and that is all that they offer. He made no attempt to remedy my predicament and promtly ordered his men off site.

The men left in a hurry, failed to assemble the table or bed as per instructed and detailed in the invoice (as assembly was included). They did come back to rectify the situation 2 days later - not good enough for the price paid. They also damaged the wardrobes during the build and consequently they are now beyond repair.

In summary, over priced, dishonest sales man and no customer service. There are other companies that offer the same service for much cheaper price and take money AFTER the job is done. Kaveh spends more time arguing and less time helping.

Our experience of Pers Removals was very good. We were moving home (Willesden area to North Chingford). We had a lot of stuff to move (11 years in a 3 bed flat in NW London)and therefore we ordered the full packing moving service. Two chaps spent the day packing and boxing up and securing all our belongings, furniture, appliances etc. They were speedy and careful with fragile items. They clearly knew what they were doing- they came in, took over and had everything boxed by end of the day. We did not have to do anything!.Following day was the removal day. Pers have good size lorries, trucks and the removal went very smoothly. They are also fully equipped with all the racks etc for clothes. They are not an amateurish outfit! Four chaps did the removal. We were out of the flat by 2pm (to comply with the exchange of keys with new owners). When we arrived at North Chingford all the boxes (about 80!) were delivered into the new house safely and again, we did not have to do anything except stand back and watch! I have no complaints and in fact the whole service was professional and hassle free. We could not have done such a big move as easily without them. I would advise getting the packing and boxing service for the day before moving- as it really saves a lot of time and effort.   .

Pers Removals arrived on time and gave an excellent and very courteous service. Although it was not a big job, three different addresses had to be visited with a piano and furniture to be collected at the first, delivered to the second and other furniture collected from there and delivered to a third.
The delivery men fitted us in at the end of a hard working day, but were good-humoured and really helpful throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.
