Ois Removals Ltd

Hi all. We used Ois Removals on 19 Jan 2013, moving from Lonodon W9 to NW6. A Ground floor 1 bedroom flat into a Third floor 2 bedroom flat (with lift). The Grand Total was £290 for 2 removers up to 3 hours with a 3.5 tonne Luton van - we had also purchased the £80 packing materials which were very much needed - we used every single box! So the move came to £60 an hour. My work-related loyalty programme (Xexec) provided a 10% discount. I dealt with Oisin via email who was courteous, efficient and responded to all of my silly questions. Our move date was dependant upon contract exchange so they had kindly provisionally booked 2 dates which I could only confirm the day below - very obliging.The move date went well, the 2 men were friendly, efficient and careful - no damage, and they gave us a lift to the new flat too. The whole move was done in 2 hours. I would happily recommend them to my friends.

I booked Ois removals in April to move a large number of items which included antique furniture and boxed glass and china to be delivered to storage. They arrived on time and were helpful and efficient both in packing up and in repacking carefully in to a storage space. I therefore contacted them again in May to take a smaller number of items including heavy garden furniture across London to a family member who was waiting for them. They were again friendly and efficient, their quote was very reasonable and included insurance (which they verified).  .

Oisin replied to my quote request promptly and clearly, and from then on I found everyone associated with the company to be very professional - the company was pleasure to do business with. Our move involved transporting a LOT of stuff, including many outdoor plant pots, from London to Bristol. I was expecting a few breakages, as seems to be the case when moving, but was pleasantly surprised when all of our stuff arrived in the condition it left in! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ois Removals to anyone who wants a stress-free moving experience.

We were moving from Islington to Hertfordshire (Luton is the closest place on their list above - I know it's in Beds). I initially went on a website to try and choose a company, but got a lot of calls and some of them felt dodgy. I then asked my friends for advice and one of them spoke very highly about OIS. We went with them. OIS responded quickly by email and phone when I had to change our dates. Nothing was a bother. When I worried that we might need a bigger van, they actually sent 2 and 2 extra guys just in case. They also delivered extra packing materials when I rang up in a panic. Great service. On the day the guys were fantastic. They introduced themselves and got down to it. They worked incredibly hard. They also packed up several loose items, paintings and tvs. No bother. They unloaded into rooms across the new house - and were diligent in making sure the boxes went in the correct place. Always polite, always quick and responsive. I really couldn't believe how good and professional they were. 10/10.

The people at OIS were great. From the quote and the booking to the arrival of the truck and the delivery at the new house. Friendly, charmimg, professional service which is exactly what you need on what can be a very stressful moving day. They do it everyday and had some great tips on how to help us move. From their packing of obscure shaped furniture to the guestimation of cross town traffic, these guys were on the ball. They came recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to you..
