An excellent experience and would highly recommend - we booked at the last minute, just 4 days before the move: Cristina was very helpful and the final price of £366 was not only the cheapest but included £78 to remove and dispose of two old sofas. On the day the van arrived exactly on time and we met the wonderful Joe and Pedro, who could not have been more helpful or thoughtful - nothing was too much for them and they were so experienced and well organised that the whole move (from arriving at our front door in London to leaving us unpacked in Surrey) took just 4 hours. I was nervous beforehand, as although OIS has great reviews it was the cheapest quote by 50% compared to other companies I contacted but it is hard to imagine how any other company could have bettered the service we got from OIS! Highly recommended for a stress free move at a great price.

OIS were a great company. The guys came and packed the day before. They were polite and efficient even when we discovered our son had been hoarding mountains of things, they dealt with it brilliantly. Moving day went without a hitch and everything arrived as it was packed. Nothing broken and all put in the correct rooms. I had been told that moving house was one of the most the most stressful things you could do but OIS made it straightforward and hassle free. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have worked with OIS removals in 7 different occasions since 2008. They have never stopped impressing me how professional they are each time.
The sales process is easy. They usually get back to you with a quotation within minutes. I have always found the rate charged reasonable.
The staff are always friendly and professional. They are always on time and with a smiley face.  They are very hardworking and do their best to work as fast as they can. However, they do not compromise from quality; they literally go out of their way to make sure your belongings are safely wrapped and loaded.
Over the last 4 years they have carried my most valuable belongings and kept some in their storage facilities. There has never been any damage / loss or any other unpleasant experience.
Their invoicing is always accurate and clear; it leaves no rooms for mistakes.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone that needs a reliable, professional removal / storage company in London.

An excellent service was provided by OIS Removals - the firm were recommended by friends and they proved to be every bit as good as they said. We moved from a two-bed house in south London and I had SERIOUSLY underestimated all the stuff we had to move out and into storage - despite that the staff were cheery, friendly and super professional, managing to fit everything into one lorry through some canny packing. Would not hesitate to recommend them again and will definitely use them on our next move. All the staff and Cristina, the office manager were brilliant during a very stressful time.

This was the 4th move the guys at OIS have helped with - I've now done both smaller flats and a house.  Moving is always stressful and I have a nasty habit of leaving packing a bit late but the guys at OIS always manage to make things as easy and stress-free as possible.  They're happy to help pack the last few items and wrap up anything that could get damaged, and they're really good if any larger items of furniture need to be dismantled and reassembled.  It seems nothing is too heavy or large to manage - even if it looks like it doesn't fit it always does!  Nothing lost or damaged to date - thanks again.

I just wanted to say how impressed we have been with the quality of the service we have received from OIS Removals Ltd. The packing up of my 1 bed flat in Leytonstone in June was done with a lot of care by your very friendly and professional team.Then, on Friday the 16th of Nov, we finally were ready to have it delivered to our new house in Worcester Park. The 2 man team were excellent - again very professional and friendly.  Our belongings were unloaded and brought into each room with great care.They even had to take my wardrobe apart to ensure they could get itupstairs.  Again this was done with smiles on faces - nothing was too much trouble.I would certainly use OIS Removals again if the need arises and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Thank you OIS removals for making our move go so smoothly.  We used their packing service, they sent 2 very helpful and friendly guys round the day before the move, who did a great job in no time at all.  The move went very well, especially as the property we moved to had 3 floors with a spiral staircase, any request we had were answered with 'no problem we can do that for you'.  They had to take apart and reassemble quite a few pieces of furniture, this was not an issue for them.  They also got rid of some furniture we no longer wanted for a small fee, much cheaper than using a man with a van or disposal service.  The quote we got from them was in fact the cheapest of the 3 I got, so very reasonably priced.  I will definitely use them again should we move and will also recommend them to friends and family.
