Faultless Service.

This is the second time I've used Ois Removals after a recommendation from a friend originally. I really can't rate them highly enough from first contact they made everything stress free. Both teams have been polite, hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. I've got really high standards and I was really impressed. Carpets were covered on request, extra boxes supplied without asking.

Great job.

The team was top notch. I had been quoted higher by some big names I came across on a google search and was a little bit worried that the reasonable price would come at a cost. I needn't have been worried as this was my easiest move to date and as a result I couldn't be happier. The team was polite and efficient and I would use them again and recommend them highly. My only regret is that I didn't go to them
For storage too, as the self-serve company I now use is very overpriced in comparison.

I love these guys.

Unfortunately, we've had to move twice in 3 years, and both times the team at OIS were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and just plain nice, not to mention incredibly hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even carried my vacuum cleaner upstairs for me, which by that time of the day was a real kindness!
Svet, our foreman, was brilliant on both moves -- just such a nice man. The packing was meticulous and careful, not a single item was even chipped. Honestly, they made a job everyone dreads as painless as humanly possible.
I hope we won’t be moving again in the near future, but I would recommend OIS Removals to anyone.

These guys were brilliant.

Ois Removals put all our stuff into storage, stored it for eight months (it was supposed to be 4 months) and then brought it all back again. Nothing was too much trouble, I had to change the date 3 times and they were perfectly accommodating, the movers were a pleasure to have around -- polite and friendly, quiet, and strong!! (They moved a piano up a flight of stairs.) Plus the price was reasonable. I highly recommend these guys, they were absolutely faultless.

Removal and delivery of furniture.

I had some furniture to be removed from one address in London for delivery to another address in London.  I am please to say that I am very satisfied with the services of Ois Removals.  I found their staff polite and courteous.  I highly recommend this removal company to all interested parties who want an honest and efficient  company to handle their furniture removal requirements. .

A very smooth removal.

Everything was great from start to finish. The removal guys turned up on time, we had to be out of our flat by 1pm but the guys had everything in the van by 12! It was raining so was worried about the sofa but they wrapped it up well in some plastic and
everything was dropped off in the same condition as it was picked up. I highly recommend Ois, very tidy, friendly and professional. We will be using them again for our next move next year.

2 men and a van removal.

Mechanical chair and assorted personal belongings moved from one care home to another for an elderly lady. The transport arrived on time and the move took place within the 2-hour estimated period. Care was taken not to damage the heavy chair or property when manoeuvring small spaces and going up and down stairs. I left a folder in their van, it was returned without charge. Great professionals.

Very good service, few improvement areas.

Ois provided a very good service. We moved a 3-bedroom bungalow from Woking (Surrey) to a house in Fleet (Hants), including some itmes to be dismantled and reassembled and an upright piano. I only have few improvement suggestions. As a summary, the overall service was very good and we would re-use Ois Removals if necessary.
Positive:
- booking service: easy, quick, efficient; Cristina asked all questions on the phone and they did not need to visit, then the booking was made via email
- the quotation was one, clear, and comprehensive, including all I had discussed on the phone (not the case with few other companies), and did not change in due course - we only paid after the job was completed (I really appreciated this)
- the removal team guys (led by Nono) were very kind and very clean; they have been nice and polite and they didn't get anything dirty either in the old house or the new house (walls, items, furniture)
- the removal schedule was very convenient: they packed everything but the beds and few other things on the first day, so that we could sleep in our old house, then they finished packing/dismantling, loaded and unloaded everything on the following day
- they followed my instructions, writing not only the content on every box, but also the number of the room in the house where I wanted the packed stuff to go; that made my life much easier in the new house
To improve:
- they arrived one hour late on packing day: 11 instead of 10, and did not call to alert me: I called the available number on their website at 10:15 and somebody (Oisin, I think) immediately localised them, apologised and told me they would have arrived in 30-40 minutes; I suggest they take more care of being in contact with the client in case they're late
- they scheduled to start too late especially on the following date, as they arrived at 9:30 (and Oisin called me to confirm the time) but some packing and dismantling still had to be done, plus all the loading, unloading and reassembling; as a consequence, they finished at 20:15 in the new house which really was too late, I think. I suggest they carefully evaluate times and start earlier (8:00 would have done, in our case), also because at the end we were all exhausted, us and them, and we needed to remind them what final things still needed to be done ("Sorry, you can't go yet, this and that still need to be reassembled..")
- I suggest to better separate shoes when packing as leather could be damaged (get scratched) - it was not the case for us, probably because they were careful in moving the packs, thank you for that
- only one thing hurt me although I perfectly realise it's a very personal thing and nothing was damaged: one of them stepped on my upright piano to move from one room to the other while they were moving it (it was a bit stuck in the corridor): the piano had been very carefully packed, so I was not afraid of scratches, but it's wood, and it simply is something very unpleasant to see for a musician - please do not ever step over pianos! This unlucky scene is still printed in my mind.  .

Fantastic Team.
