Move Synergy made what could have been a logistical nightmare a lot simpler for us. They stored our belongings at no extra cost while we looked for a new place to live in Berlin and were flexible enough to deliver our furniture to Germany between Christmas and New Year. Gerald was very helpful, even taking time to reply to one of our queries while he was on leave. The removal men were polite and worked efficiently.

I engaged Move-Synergy to remove my furniture from Newcastle under Lyme, store for 4 months and deliver my furniture to Ashton-in-Makerfield. The removal was handled quickly and efficiently and great care was taken with my belongings. The storage of the furniture, which was expertly packed before being crated and stored, was also handled in a professional manner.

The delivery was fast and expertly done. The staff are professional and down to earth, and nothing was too much trouble, they really did go the extra mile to solve any issues we had along the way and the same can be said about how my account was handles too.

I would recommend Move-Synergy to anyone wanting a professional and courteous company who know what they are doing and who take their responsibilities seriously. I can’t thank them enough for making what is a stressful activity into an almost enjoyable experience.

We were moved by Move-Synergy in the middle of May and from start to finish the move excellent, the way the team in particular Roisin dealt with all of our questions and offered extreme flexibility after being constantly messed around by our estate agent.

The crew headed up by Jason were excellent and they, packed, wrapped, dismantled our items. They were very polite and hardworking. The team constantly kept in contact with my wife and I, even when they were running 10mins late, we were contacted and advised.

At the point of delivery we were amazed about how professional the team were and how effecient they were. The reassembley was excellent and they constantly went the extra mile.

When we move again I know who we are going to use without hesitation Synergy.They are such a proffessionalfirm from Gerald the owner to his two workers he sent Gareth and Paul everyone was so proffessional and friendly.Gerald came to see us before the move and I explained the goods needed to go into storage and he was able to provide this .He listen to everything I wanted done and took a real interested in our move.On the day of the move he came out to see how everything was gping and also helped his workers which showed to me a man who took pride in his firm.House moving can be very stressful Gerald Gareth Paul took this stress out.Top firm will always recommend to friends and family would never use anyone else.

Recently moved from Sutton Coldfield to Aberdeenshire, using Move Synergy.

Got prices in from six (6) local & national moving companies, most of which provided eye watering prices with their representives having a take it or leave it attitude.

Move-Synergy's representative clearly wanted the business and though not the cheapest gave a reasonable quote. Along with advice on saving insurance, which on checking proved to be correct and saved £325. Sonething all of the other company representative neglected to do. (I wonder why??)

Communication was good throughout the process. On the move day, the Move-Synergy Uniformed Team, turned up in 3x Move-Synergy box vans, On-Time, and were polite and helpful throughout, clearing the house in about 4 hours.

Next morning they were in Aberdeenshire on-time and unloaded and reassembled everything in the designated rooms by lunchtime.

No breakages to any items, and no damage to either property.

Excellent work. Highly recommended.

Wow,we cannot begin to say how well our move went on the 26th May.Our team arrived an hour earlier than planned as they were worried about the recent motorway queues.A fantastic team of 3 with one Lorry and one van amazingly packed all our belongings and garden pots in just over 3 hours.
Then off they went and left us to do the last clean and say goodbye to our home of 23 years.
After waiting for the officials to release keys the team patiently sat outside our new home in the heat of the hottest day of the year, until just before 4pmand then our belongings were unpacked and placed into the rooms as we wished.
Careful, quick, so polite and professional a fantastic service which made something we were so worried about , go with ease

[NAME EDIT] may well give a cheap quote but if you want to keep all your belongings I urge you to AVOID this company and any other that Gerald Baxter is involved with and look elsewhere.

They still have my TV 10 months after my move. Despite numerous phone calls, emails and texts between myself and [NAME EDIT] it has not been returned. The TV was put in his cab separate from everything else for some reason during the move and was "forgotten" about when unloading. [NAME EDIT] told me he would return it to me, but he hasn't. At first he told me it was "in storage", then later told me that they have "accidentally damaged" it during "operational issues". He offered payment to buy another and even asked for my bank details to transfer the monies. Which he didn't do. I believe he was just fobbing me off in every exchange we had. All of this took many calls both to his mobile and the number on the website.The woman on the other end of the business number gave a lot of excuses as to why [NAME EDIT] wasn't available to speak and either she didn't pass on my messages or he ignored them. This was over six months ago. Since then I've heard nothing and had no money or TV despite reminders from myself. [NAME EDIT] ignored all my last communications.

In addition to this, several items were damaged, a lightshade disappeared, furniture was not reassembled or put into appropriate rooms as agreed on . Most of my belongings were left in complete chaos in one room. A box of plants was placed under a heavy box crushing them all.

I understand that accidents happen but my belongings were treated with utter disrespect. As was I!

This was a painful but necessary move for me and my daughter during a really difficult time and Gerald and co made it all the more so.

Don't be fooled by the logos on the Move Synergy webpage. They are no longer a member of Compare My Move network. Professional Movers Association are a dissolved company and Move Assured told me they definitely do not recommend Move Synergy and have asked them to remove the logo. I'm not at all surprised to see another client is taking action against this company (as in the previous review).

These guys where rapid, once they arrived they had a tour of what was required (full pack up service) of a 4 bedroom house move from Telford to Stafford. Once complete they got stuck in. I am glad to say that nothing of mine was damaged.

I could not recommend the guys enough, professional and courteous to our needs at all times.

They even delivered earlier than expected. From the video consultation to the delivery of my house contents, Gerald was in constant contact, considering my Wife and I are both key workers, they had to move us around our times during a pandemic (I clapped for them on Thursday past outside the front door of our new house, children shouting Thank you removal men bless).

Honest, I was reserved and apprehensive from reading reviews online prior to using them but it was worth the gamble. This was one of the easiest moves I have had, I should know, I have moved 11 times over the past 18 years. Thank you for making my last move a memorable one.

Atrocious service and after sales support. I would highly recommend using any other removal company other than Synergy. As my parents are both in their late 80s they engaged Synergy to pack and move to their new bungalow on 11th Nov 2020. The move was not completed on the day as promised with a piano still remaining and two large cupboards left full and not packed. There was insufficient floor coverings applied in their new bungalow which resulted in a number of marks and stains on their new carpets. Gerald the main point of contact promised to visit the house on 13th Nov but cancelled 45 mins before he was due. He also said he would visit on 14th Nov but never turned up. They also quoted £950 for the move but when payment was due demanded £1250 from my parents as they said the job was taking more time than expected, even though they had carried out a site survey. Subsequent conversations showed no empathy and provided no solutions or indeed compensation.
