Moving house is very stressful. I'm so glad we used move synergy - Roisin and Gerald were amazing throughout the process. We were messed around by the buyer of our house and we found move-synergy to be really flexible to our needs and made our life easier.
Good price and excellent service - look no further - use these guys!
We went for the pack up service and found that was a good choice. They did all the packing and dismantling of large items. They then reassembled at our new house - the actual moving day was very stress free (the stressful part was all down to solicitors!!).
From the initial phone call with Roisin right through to moving the final box in our new home, Move Synergy were fantastic. You are guaranteed a top service from the team. Rob and Paul who were our movers on the day did an incredible job - both speedy and without any damage. They even went above what was required, dismantling more furniture then what we had quoted for (which they rebuilt better then me!) I got the feeling they were just as excited as we were about moving house and were very friendly.
I can't recommend Move Synery enough. I will definitely be using them if we ever move again.
My move from the West Midlands to Germany was handled by Move Synergy. Gerald was my main contact from the first call to the conclusion of the move. Move Synergy has provided a very good service with a delivery at the destination the day after collection. The moving team was on time, loaded efficiently within the given estimated timeframe. Unloading was also very efficient.
Service as described, no surprises, no hidden costs.
Thanks again to Gerald and the team.
Moved Bromsgrove to Daventry March 2017.From the lovely Roisin who came out to give us the quote to the team who worked like clockwork on the day they are friendly and professional. They arrived on time and worked methodically & smartly throughout the house and garage.Making sure we were happy rooms were cleared to our satisfaction as they went. We would highly recommend for a stress free move and definitely use again but hopefully not for a while;-).
This company were great from the very start to the very end. They thought about all aspects of our move from the type of vans that we needed,(we were moving from a house that was on a main road with traffic lights outside our house) to how they were successfully moving large delicate furniture. The team that arrived on the day were friendly, professional and very helpful. They were very quick at getting everything loaded on to the vans and back off into our new home. They made the day of moving as stress free as they could have done. Thanks to Gerald, Ant and his team!!
I don't normally write reviews, but move synergy impressed us that much they deserve all the credit for doing such an excellent job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move house in the future.
We had a couple of quotes from removal firms but found that Move-Synergy were not only the most competitive they offered the most personal service. The inital home visit to provide a quote was very professional as were other companies but we were surprised at how much the children were engaged and the whole family was considered.
In terms of quote provided we never expected that we would find a service to not only move us on the day but pack the whole house up in advance at a price we could afford.
The only demand on us prior to moving was to empty the loft. The day before we moved a team of men came in and worked professionally and considereately (and at a lightning pace!) to start the packing for us.
By the end of the day nearly all of the upstairs was packed and bulk of big furniture was in the van and stored securley overnight. This meant the general clean of the house could be done before we moved out and not only the stress of packing but demantling beds etc was all done.
Move day went just as smoothly with the whole house cleared and everything unpacked with no breakages, damage or frayed nerves.
The team even made themselves scarce for us to say our own farewell and lock up in old house and offered to give us some time to explore the new house by ourselves when they must have been desperate to get unpacking. They were happy to move boxes wherever requested in the house and again put all beds back together and helped where we needed it most.
I would recommend highly in terms of service, approach, cost and most importantly piece of mind. Move-Synergy made the whole move process calm and stress free and for that I am thankful.
The guys from Move-Synergy were great. We elected to have a packed service and that was carried out really quickly and effectively and as testiment to that we have located everything that we needed within the first day in our new home.
The team took care with our belongings and told us what they were doing, they checked for any specific instructions we had and made sure that we had everything where we wanted it before they left us at the end of the move.
I'd just like to say thanks to Gerald and his team for helping to ensure that the move went well and was a successful outcome to one of the most stressful things we all seem to put our selves through.
I have used Move synergy on two occasions. First was two years ago . Gerald and Roisin were both reassuring and Gerald came to visit before day of removal as I was concerned I was not going to get everything packed and he adjusted removal days . They were quick to respond to any of my enquries. On the day of the removal the men who arrived worked so hard , quickly and efficiently to move everything from one house to another . It was not an easy house to move into as in new house some furniture had to be hoisted into first floor over a balcony due to narrow stairs. Nothing was too much trouble for Move synergy . They were kept our spirits up when we were flagging . Felt reassured and confident that my belongings were well looked after.
Second time using move synergy was to move furniture into the house again due to narrow stairs . Again furniture had to be hoisted over a balcony into the lounge .They were so helpful unpacking , removing packaging and placing furniture. Roisin and Gerald again were so helpful and keeping me informed when they were going to arrive .
MoveSynergy has just completed a complex three-day house-and-office move for me from Nottingham to Christchurch in Dorset. They were a model of attentiveness, consideration and diligence from first contact to completion. Their quote was very competitive; their capacity to do a video assessment at short notice was creative; their team members were unfailingly polite, personable and hard-working, and the boss, Gerald, showed a consideration for the quirks and nuances of the job, and for my needs personally, that was highly impressive. I and my family have moved eight times in thirty years, and the service that MiveSynergy provided on this occasion was at the very top of the tree.
Was quoted a removal cost from this company which included assembling an ottoman bed , on arrival at our new home Gerald denied it was included in the quote , no care was taken with our belongings everything was stuffed into the van , a miracle nothing was badly damaged although a TV was scratched, our new house is brand new so I told them to take care , they only had one dust sheet to cover the carpets so they got muddied , also the walls were marked and had to be repainted , they had no tools to put the feet on my sofa and chairs what kind of company doesn't have tools? it was like they just couldn't be bothered ,so amateur and unprofessional ,plenty of removal companies out there don't use this one.
With all feedback we do take very seriously indeed and we take it on board and do our very best to rectify any matters with our clients and we address the matter internally. On this occasion I was personally involved from the outset and on occasions we have to point the true facts of the matter in hand.
Firstly at the point of survey Mrs Ratten explained that a number of items were not going including a bed and a sofa and we quoted accordingly. On arrival (I turned up to check that everything was okay) the client had purchased an ottoman bed and also a brand new sofa, without our knowledge. However we still loaded the two new goods and on arrival the client expected our crew to reassemble the ottoman bed and also to place the feet on the wrapped sofa.
I explained to the client over the phone that we cannot be responsible (without prior agreement) that we cannot reassemble new items as our insurance doesn't cover items that we have not dismantled in the first place. With regards to the sofa it is the same principle and as the sofa was still wrapped we cannot be responsible for unwrapping in case there is any existing damage (again with out any pre-agreement).
The terms and conditions and the proposal that was signed clearly highlight this to be the case.
All items that we dismantled including a bed and table were reassembled.
With regards to the TV this was placed into a Television bag and this is the first that heard of the matter from this client.
We do take feedback very seriously, however on this occasion we loaded the new items which were not part of the original proposal and the client could not thank the guys enough once all goods had been delivered.
An ottoman bed can take up too 2hrs 30mins to assemble and the removal of all of the packaging would have meant an additional crew member at an additional cost.
We used Move-Synergy for a house move on 15/07/2016.
Initially Roisin came around to see us and she was extremely friendly and professional.
They agreed to move us well in advance, even though we couldn't confirm any particular moving date at the time- which really helped what could have been a last minute panic, as our confirmed moving date didn't happen until a few days before.
On the day the guys turned up early- and absolutely worked their socks off.
Nothing was too much hassle for them. They took down a large wardrobe for us and re-assembled at the new house, disconnected and re-connected our washing machine- and even packed a few things that we had left in the rooms before we even had chance to do it ourselves. They were really polite friendly and wouldn't leave until we were sure everything was spot on. No damages, scratches, nothing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
A big thanks to the team on the day!
With 39 moves under my belt I consider myself an expert in the process of moving and would never do it myself again. I have paid a fortune for the majors but on this occasion I asked Move Synergy to take on the task as their quote was significantly lower than many of the others we approached. I read their reviews negative and positive and also read Gerald's responses which I have to say I concurred with. Therefore we decided that they sounded like a company we could trust. Gerald took no time at all in reviewing our contents and pricing the job. The guys that moved us, Ant, Daz and Bruce were professional and polite throughout, they showed great care both leaving the old property and again on arriving at our new house. I am 100% happy in recommending them to anyone.
Excellent communication prior to the move, and on the day the men worked extremely hard to get a house of 23 years packed into the van.
The offer to return within 30 days and move items is invaluable and I'll be asking them to move a sofa within the next few weeks.
All staff were friendly, helpful and very, very patient with us.
If I was moving again I'd ask for boxes sooner than the exchange date and I'd label boxes more clearly as I'm still looking for stuff!
Very competitive price.
Thanks team for a great move.
We relocated property on the 8th July 2016,I researched many removal companies and got a lot of quotes. I decided to use move synergy limited as they were a local company. Roisin came out to my property and was very friendly but professional, the quote was emailed to me the same evening,I expected there quote. At the time we were unsure of a move date, when we finally got a date I phoned move synergy and booked. When the team and the vehicle arrived and they got straight to work and worked nonstop until everything was on the truck, they even helped to pack some things which wasn't included in the price. I would highly recommend this company nothing was too much trouble and they moved my furniture and belongings with care and attention and was very professional. Excellent service provided from start to finish. Many thanks to Gerald and his hard working team.
Following the sale of our house we gathered quotes from removal companies to work out who could offer us the best service and value for money. Gerald Baxter came to our home representing Move Synergy and appeared very professional and competent. We were looking for somebody to - pack for us - move us to our new rented property in the same town - store some items for us for 6 months - return to our rented property at a future date to pack and move all of our belongings (inc those stored) to our new property in Scotland. Move Synergy quoted £2600 for this service. This was £1000 less than Pickfords. In hindsight I hugely regret trying to save that £1000 as it has cost me much, much more in the long term! I would also NEVER pay a removals company in full in advance again. Again, with hindsight, I suspect that Gerald Baxter was aware of his substandard service and had encountered problems regarding payment in connection with this before. He advised us that he required payment in full before the move and we stupidly did so.
Our quote from MS stated that it would take two days and three experienced team members to pack, store and move our belongings from our sold house to our rented property and their 'secure' storage facility. In advance I had labelled key items in our house for 'storage' or 'rental'. Gerald arrived with two other men. one of these men was quite young and it soon became apparent that he never packed a house before as he kept having to be instructed by the other team member. I had advised Gerald that I had two young children (3 & 5 months old) and he assured me that I would not need to be present during the packing as he and his team would manage this on their own. This was clearly not the case as I was repeatedly asked questions about where items were going while my children cried. In the end I said that I needed to take my children out as we had previously agreed, and did so, leaving my husband to supervise MS.
The move was rushed as the MS team were desperate to get to our existing private storage location before it closed that day. Gerald advised that if the work ran into the second day (as per our contract) then they wouldn't be available to start until later in the day as they had another job booked in the morning! We explained to MS that we felt the rushed job had led to mistakes being made. They simply responded that the job was not rushed.
A few days later as we unpacked at our rental we found that several boxes of items from our main bedroom that we had advised several times on moving day were for storage (and had been labelled as such) had in fact been delivered to our rental property. there were other key items that had been labelled for our rental that had been taken to storage - like our hoover! We contacted MS and asked that they arrange for the boxes be collected and taken to storage and for missing items like our hoover be retrieved and returned to us. This took several days.
Fast forward four months and we had contacted MS to arrange the next stage of our move to Scotland. We made sure MS were aware of expectations that their service would be delivered as per our contract (1 days packing and driving to Scotland and 1 day unloading). When the day arrived Gerald was not present (this didn't surprise me as we'd made it clear that we were unimpressed with his service so far) and two men arrived with a van to pack our rental house. They advised that a second van was at their storage facility and once they had loaded up would travel to join us before we all traveled to Scotland that afternoon. Midday came and went as despite being advised that the other van was on its way to us, we were still waiting. Following a call to Jason (one of the MS team with us) we were told that the van had broken down on its way to us and that they were awaiting a replacement van to transfer the items to and that once this was done they would be on their way. At this stage the van at our rental was full and there were some remaining items yet to be loaded including our dog's kennel (which had been taken down into panels ahead of move day). Evening arrived and there was still no sign of the second van. My 3 yr old and 8 month old baby were getting restless after so much waiting and I decided to head to Scotland with them leaving my husband to deal with MS. Just before my husband left Jason relayed a message that the other team wanted to watch the international football match that was on that night and that they would be arriving around 10pm that night after it had finished! My husband advised that this was simply not acceptable and that he expected them at 8pm. The first van left and the second van arrived at 8pm to load the remaining items. The second van was much smaller than the first and as a result, the kennel panels did not fit in. MS had actually measured the kennel panels as part of the initial move and knew how long they were. They left the kennel panels and advised that they would be delivered later that week.
The following morning in Scotland two vans and men arrived to meet me, my 3 yr old and 8 month old baby and unload. Apart from accidentally breaking the rear indicator light of the van on the kerb of the driveway, Jason and his colleague were efficient and polite as they unloaded. We had already advised Gerald and Rosin that we had a holiday booked to leave the following day and that we wouldn't be unpacking until our return two weeks later. Following the unloading I noticed some significant damage to the furniture from our son's bedroom and a dolls house that had been in MS storage. It was not minor damage and could only have occurred as a result of a significant lack of care with our belongings. Jason took photos of the damage on his phone and said that Gerald was on holiday and not back until next week but that he would show him the pics and that they would be covered by the insurance. I also took photos. When they had finished unloading Jason presented me with a piece of paper to sign as he left. When I asked what this was for he played its importance down and said that it was just to confirm that they'd delivered everything they had today. I was unsure about this and unprompted wrote on the document that there was some damage noted on a few items on unloading, I then signed it. This was a mistake and I would urge others not to do so until you have unpacked and assessed all damage caused by MS negligent care of items in their care.
Jason advised me that he had been in contact with my husband and had advised him the the kennel panels would be collected from our rental house and delivered to Scotland at some point while we were away. On reflection, we were lucky to still have access to the rental property as many others would not have been in this position. I'm not sure what MS would have done in those circumstances?! I said that I was not comfortable with this as there would be nobody at the property to take delivery of the items as we were on holiday. Jason reassured me that the panels would be placed alongside the other out of site in the back garden and that he would place a large tarpaulin over them to protect them from the weather. I reluctantly agreed to this as I knew that we would return from holiday with our dog who would need his kennel as familiar surroundings from day 1.
On our return from our holiday we immediately noted that the kennel panels were not there and immediately tried to contact Gerald, Roisin and Jason to inform them of this. We were unable to contact Gerald or Roisin however Jason answered and in turn contacted the delivery driver who advised that had delivered the panels and had left the propped up the front of the house in front of the garage! If that's where they were, then they were not there anymore! What kind of delivery man leaves something out in the open like that at an unoccupied property?! My husband left numerous messages for Gerald advising our immediate need for our kennel and that it appeared it either had not been delivered at all or that the delivery man had been negligent in leaving it visible to all in front of the garage. Gerald advised that (surprisingly) he had in fact been misinformed and that the items were not left at the front but at the back of the house as agreed and that as such MS accepted no liability for them and that they needed to be informed in seven days as per their Ts&Cs if a claim was going to be made. You might recall that I had in fact done this by noting the damaged items on the delivery note. Large dog kennels are not cheap. Strangely - all of the kennel panels that had previously been left at the back of the house were still there. Maybe our thief was selective about which panels he needed?! We requested a claim form to make our claim for the previously noted damaged items and the missing kennel parts and this was supplied on 12 July (two weeks after delivery)
As we unpacked we found much more significant damage to furniture, lighting, mattress, baby's cot that could only have occurred through serious lack of care. Some of the items looked like the had been dragged along the bare ground or thrown into a corner somewhere and had items piled on top of them. Parts of our baby's cot had been forcefully snapped off (parts that were not designed to come apart!) and the fixings to put it back together again were nowhere to be seen. This damage was also added to our claim form which totalled over £2000.
Even more shocking, as we unpacked we found boxes of OTHER PEOPLE's POSSESSIONS. Including a large box of ornaments, a box of sea fishing tackle, a pressure washer and most disturbingly a document folder with passports, death certificates, bank statements, wage slips, tax letters, pension statement, personal notes etc in. HOW DID THESE COME INTO OUR POSSESSION?! We contactd the owner of the document folder who confirmed that she was indeed paying Gerald Baxter to store some of hers and her father's belongings. We arranged between us for the folder to be returned and I advised her to contact Gerald about how it came to end up in my bedroom in Scotland.
The most heartbreaking issue of all are the missing 'memory boxes' belonging to my son and baby daughter. Following a stay in intensive care at birth, one box contained my daughters medical records, and congratulations on the birth of your baby girl cards - irreplaceable and invaluable. it also contained her original birth certificate and copies. I'm very concerned about the whereabouts of this box and the potential for my daughters birth certificate to be misused.
Following submitting the claim form to both MS and their insurers, MS delayed time and time and time again in providing the necessary documents for the Pound Gates to assess the claim. Both Pound Gates and ourselves chased for this information to be supplied on many occasions over a two month period.
Following a Letter before action from me and my husband to MS (giving them 14 days to respond), Gerald supplied some of the documentation required to Pound Gates for them to progress. However, BE WARNED - MS do not hold an insurance policy with Pound Gates, it is only a liability policy. It is up to MS if they decide to pass a claim on to be assessed or not. Or if they are going to accept liability for something or not. For us MS stated that they were not informed that a claim was going to be made within seven days and only accepted liability for the two items I had scribbled hastily on the delivery note under duress to sign. I would consider this notification that a claim was to be made.
Pound Gates are bound to act in line with any instruction from their Principle MS and as the would not accept liabilty for the claim (other than the two items noted on unloading) and the payout for the two items they did accept liability for did not amount to more then their large excess of £250. So Pound Gates were unable to make any payment in line with our claim.
I am not prepared to let this cowboy get away with how he has treated my family and our possessions. I am in the process of pursuing the matter further through the courts.
My advice to anybody looking for a honest, trustworthy removals company is to not touch Move Synergy Ltd with a barge pole. Relocation experts?! They are not even members of the National Guild of Removals and Storers.
What a joke! I just wish I could see the funny side.
P.S. If you are a customer of MoveSynergy and have found a box has been delivered to you that contains our missing items, please reply to either of us and we will find a way of getting them back to us.
The items missing include:
Birth certificates
Medical documents
Congratulations cards
Intensive care unit momentos
Bright Horizons branded memory box containing a child's paintings
By far the most competitive quote and visited the home to ensure the quote was accurate.
Th boxes they provided were excellent quality and much better value than amazon/ebay alternatives.
They were also perfect on the day - even coping well with my dodgy packing! In particular they dismantled a couple of pieces of furniture that were not pre-agreed. The moving day was incredibly smooth and boy did they work hard.
There were a couple of blips in communication leading up to the move, delivery of boxes and a couple of tense telephone calls, but I put these down to the complications of our move (with my employer being the paymaster and therefore becoming an added complication!)
Certainly very personal and a great bunch of guys. I'd recommend them and will certainly use them again.
Movesynergy were so understanding that our date kept moving and worked with us all the way through. They kept us informed at all times and packed and moved us with such efficiency it took all the stress out of our moving day. We were in our new place and almost unpacked within 3 hours. They've even offered to come back and move furniture for us if we've found it doesn't work where we originally asked them to put it.
Prepare to be totally amazed, shocked and appalled. Read on if you want to know about a nightmare experience. Commission Move Synergy if you want to experience an upsetting, emotionally draining and devastating removal of your goods and treasured possessions. Indeed if you want your goods to be badly damaged, lost in transit, non protected and treated like house clearance, then Move Synergy are the company for you.
Very briefly our move was a disaster from start to finish. We aid for a full packing and unpacking service with [NAME EDIT] assuring us at all times of his company's professionalism and commitment to providing a quality service. We also paid an additional £250.00 to upgrade to a premium star insurance, which we later discovered was NOT an enhancement to the basic insurance but a policy in our own right, hence when we came to claim for the £14,000.00 + worth of damage caused to our possessions meant that we were responsible for the first £250.00 excess. Neither did it cover us for the loss of over 70 items, many of which are irreplaceable as [NAME EDIT] and Co. had failed to take an inventory. It took an insurance assessor 7 hours when visiting us at our new home to photograph and record the damage. The unpacking service we paid for never happened. Neither did the return visit after 7 days to relocate items once we had had time to settle in. He also refused to reassemble our wardrobes which Move Synergy had also costed in the price of our removal. Many of ouir lost items were not only valuable but were of great sentimental value, whilst damage to crockery and glassware means that we now have 2 incomplete dinner services, particularly as they are Royal Doulton and Denby respectively and the ranges have been discontinued. Likewise with sets of crystal glasses. The whole delivery of our good took 21 days from start to finish and we were left totally fraught, angry and upset. Please, please be cautious and based upon our experience, consider very carefully before you engage with [NAME EDIT] and Move Synergy. To date we have had neither an apology nor any compensation from him. We would be happy to supply more details if it would help to prevent another family suffering the loss and damage which we have.
Very impressed, from initial enquiry right through to the move day! Communication was consistently prompt and helpful and they are clearly experienced - offering advice we'd never have thought of.. The move team were faultless; friendly, fast and careful. The even managed to cheer me up on what could have been a very stressful day! Competitive on price too. In all, I'd very happily recommend.
Our moving date was moved which was inconvenient to us and meant we had to look elsewhere as Move Synergy weren't available on the date proposed. However, when the date was finally finalised (a different date) Move Synergy were able to help. We were moving round the corner from a 3 bed town house (3 storey) to a 4 bed detached (2 storey) on the same estate. Our movers were Ant, Howie and Nathan who were very helpful and accommodating - even to commenting on how our house and garden shed were like a tardis as more furniture came out of the house than was originally thought. They were respectful, worked hard and kept the banter going as I became stressed with the completion not taking place until after 2pm! The movers were very respectful and very minimal damage was done (slight chip on a tallboy and slight scratch on an old kitchen table) which considering the bulk and awkwardness of moving 2 flights of stairs, I was surprised at and didn't feel the need to complain.
Several empty flat boxes (new and used) were provided on request by Move Synergy but I had requested, on several occasions, more boxes, especially shallow ones, to be provided which weren't delivered before the move, even though they were promised on occasions which I found disappointing (good job my partner could access boxes from his works). Shallow boxes, wardrobe boxes, plastic covering for mattresses and bubble wrap were available on the day of the move. My advice - buy/beg/borrow/steal plenty of bubble-wrap before your move! Move Synergy's boxes and plastic sheeting were collected today after several attempts made for this to be done earlier in January (to clear a space in the garage).
Moving is very stressful - even if everything goes to plan. For me, communication was key in lowering the stress levels and this wasn't always reciprocated by Move Synergy but it wouldn't prevent me from recommending their services or using them again.
Recently used this removal company for my house move .
From the quote to the actual move they couldn't have done any more to reduce the natural stress .
The quote was very competitive so I decided to have the vip full service which I would highly recommend as you literally don't have to pack or move anything as it's all covered in the price.
In terms of time they are very efficient and prep the house the day before then only have final bits to do on the day( we had probably average size move and total time needed by their group of movers I would say was 6-7 hours over the 2 days )
Definitely would recommend using this company if you want fair price , discreet and efficient move and good customer service from the sales team ( in our case this was Roisin who was friendly helpful and always there to take your call if any questions ).
Great service and put up with every changing completion dates to fit us in. Very professional despite the demands of emptying a functioning house, into a renovation project which resulted all possessions having to be unpacked into a single garage, and to parents house.
We had a lot of demands and got an outstanding and professional service, would definitely recommend.
From the outset - Roisin was the jewel in the crown with Move-Synergy. Everything explained in fine detail when the assessment was done - quote prepared promptly & professionally and two date delays later - no problem fitting us in not withstanding this being the really busy time of year ..
Come the packing day - all went to plan and the move day too - despite the people moving out not being ready! Big thanks to all the lads - Ant, Mick, Alex & Luke - not a single item lost or damaged - quite a feat!!
Many thanks Roisin & Gerald - highly recommend you ..
If you are looking for a removal company look no further. Roisin from Move-Synergy got in touch on the same day I made an enquiry and came out straight away. As we were unsure as to whether the house we were moving to would be ready she gave us two alternative quotes, one for house to house and one for house to storage then to new house. On the final day of the move and after the date changing Roisin fitted us in with no probs. On the day of the move the lads turned up dead on time. Nothing was too much trouble, they put covers down on the carpets to protect them. They brought two vans and emptied everything quickly and efficiently. As our stuff has gone into storage and we had some heavy garden pots Roisin arranged for the lads to put them on the van last and they followed me down to my daughters house, and unloaded them there before going off to store our stuff. Thanks everyone at Move-Synergy for making this part of our moving house as stress-free as possible, just hope we don't have to wait for too long for our other house to be ready.
Roisin and Gerald were great discussing everything with me and answering all my questions over the phone prior to booking the job. The removal men sent on the day were really helpful, planned well, explained/advised and were accommodating/careful with fragile/awkward items. They worked really hard both loading and unloading stacking safely into the van and unloading into the requested rooms the other end. Thank you.
