Michael and his team were professional, friendly and courteous at all times, I have used them once before and would not hesitate to recommend them again. Great job!!
Nothing was too much trouble. I had to arrange the move at short notice at a weekend following an unforeseen emergency and they were extremely accommodating, allaying any concerns I had. Theya were quick, efficient and totally unobtrusive. And nothing got broken.

We used MGR to move this weekend and were absolutely delighted with the service and the whole experience. From the free visit that gave us confidence that the quote we were given would cover everything that needed to be moved to the team on the day. They turned up on the dot and could not have been more helpful, hardworking or friendly. Everything was carefully packed, clearly labelled and went straight to the right place in our new home – and meant that the essentials were ready to use the same day. We had not used a moving service before but the speed and efficiency of the service certainly means that we would do again.

MGR Removals were fast send me a quote, following up with a friendly phone call and not at all pushy. On the day, the team arrived on time and after a quick survey of the job, started with no fuss.

Not all contents of the property were being moved and the team followed the instructions without any hiccups. They were polite and friendly, and no complaining unlike another company I've used recently that will remain nameless!

All contents were handled with care and arrived at the new property in good condition. The team were happy to reassemble furniture, which they did quickly.

The removal men arrived at exactly the arranged time. They were polite, efficient and they worked incredibly hard. No problem was too large. Even when my huge sofa would not fit through my door - they fixed it!

The service from MGR has been excellent throughout. Bart came to see the flat beforehand at no additional cost in order to give an accurate quote. The guys were very professional and everything arrived in excellent shape. I was worried about some valuable and fragile items not making it intact but they packed everything very securely with bubble wrap and paper so no damage was occurred.

It did take about 2 hrs longer than we anticipated but honestly that's probably just because we have more stuff than they thought could be found in a 1 bed flat :-).

Used these guys twice in the last 2 years to move around London. First time I did not know what to expect. Well, I should not have worried, they explin what needs doing, deliver the boxes to you so you can prepare, and even when you are not fully packed (like me), they will carefully pack for you. So well in fact that I left half for them to pack for the next time. Pricier than myself but at least it is packed nicely! Guys are very friendly and just get on with the job. Highly recommended! Was scared of moving before, now I'm alright!

I had MGR come out and pack up my 3 bedroom flat and move me from London to West Berkshire.
The three men they sent to pack up my home were so professional, knew their stuff and took great care with everything.
They had a great attitude and were really friendly and polite.
They spent 7 hours taking care of everything so I didn't have to worry at all.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to move house .
Even when I drove to my new home the delivery trucks were only 20 minutes behind me.
They unpacked everything into the rooms I specified which made it so easy for me.
Amazing service.

The three men who helped me to move were superb. They worked tirelessly and efficiently and absolutely erased the stress that most of us experience when moving house.

I first used MGR when they had not long set up and used them again for this move because they had been so exceptional the first time.

Their ethos has not changed: completely efficient, fast response to queries, superb staff, and a seeming determination to remove all the hassles and concerns of moving house.

We had two men plus a lincon van to help move from our flat to storage. We had already done the packing. Really they were fantastic. They arrived early, were friendly and helpful, and operated very quickly. We thought it would need two trips, but they managed to fit everything in for one load without any issues. Everything was handled well and packed safely in to the van, and we had absolutely no issues with damage. I thought it was going to be a stressful day and the guys from MGR made it easy. They were also really helpful when it came to packing our stuff in to the storage unit. The whole move was completed in three hours all down to the excellent efforts of the two men from MGR. We will definitely be using them again when we come to move in to our new house and would highly recommend them.

Having used MGR on two occasions now, I can confirm an excellent level of service. I appreciate a very high standard of punctuality and MGR turned up exactly at the time we had agreed to start. Both jobs were completed with a minimum of fuss. The first time I moved was from a property I had occupied for many years and I had not really bothered to pack away all the glassware, ornaments and general "stuff" that accumulates over a period of years. This was all wrapped up and packed up by the MGR staff in a very short space of time. I will be moving again in the near future and will definitely use MGR.

MGR did an excellent job with our move - which was on the surface a fairly straightforward move within the local area from a 2-bed flat to a 3-bed house. The 2-man crew turned up on time and were friendly and efficient throughout the day. We'd ended up with more stuff than initially expected, and more than would fit in the luton van, so they ended up having to do two trips - but were unfazed by this and just got on with it. Their quote didn't come through as quickly as the ones from the larger outfits - but it was competitive with the other quotes I got and I liked using a local company - particularly one that seemed to have got lots of good reviews. They didn't ask for any deposit to secure the booking. I am unaware of any damage occurring during the move at all, which is excellent, and will be recommending MGR to friends.

Really great service throughout. Got quote at short notice - on Wednesday for move on Friday.
A bit complicated as moving stuff out of a 2 bed flat into a house that was already occupied and fairly full. So a lot of careful positioning when unloading .. and us changing our minds where we wanted things.
The guys were careful and friendly and listened to what we asked and checked with us when not sure. Very reassuring.
All done safely and in good time.
