J Load Ltd are a professional and experienced company who offer an excellent service whilst providing value for money. Matthew, the director, took time to visit me at my previous address despite being only a single flat move and came across as a hard working, likeable person who knew what he was doing and did his best to ensure that everything went smoothly.

Excellent Service.

I would definitely recommend J-Load to anyone looking for a removal service. Matthew took the time to visit me in my home to look at what I needed moving (and on a Friday night!) and then produced a competitive quote. On the removal day, they arrived promptly and were professional at all times. They got the job done quickly and efficiently which made my move a lot less stressful!

Lymington - Southend on Sea.

I was dubious at first as the quotation was quite a bit less than other quotations I had received but the friendly professional service that we had been given we could not fault. I was worrying about nothing. I have moved several times and never used a removal company before but as we were going so far we knew that we could not do this on our own. I will not be moving again without the use of a removal firm as the stress of it all is taken away. The team of three that arrived to pack our goods were smart, friendly and did not stop. To get everything packed up and ready to go before we were due to leave the property was amazing. I highly recommend J-Load to anyone wishing to use a removal company.

Excellent experience.

We highly recommend this company. Excellent teamwork. Very efficient and helpful. Moved us without any damage and at a good price. They had an early start and a late return trip back to Bournemouth from Taunton. All done without complaint or rushing the job. The van was stacked brilliantly. Thank you all very much for all your hard work. You were a pleasure to deal with helped make our move less stressful!

House removal

This is the second move that Matt has done for us and they worked relentlessly to get the job done. It's difficult to assess moves in these Covid times and we ran out of light before everything was completed but Matt and his son Dan returned the following day to complete the job. Their rates are extremely reasonable and I would be happy to recommend J Load as, indeed they were recommended to me. Great job and thank you!

Excellent service

Matt and his team recently carried out our house move in Christchurch. They arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble, made the process a lot less stressful and their service was offered at a competitive price.

The whole team friendly and very considerate to the needs of our young children. They enabled us to enjoy arriving in our new home. Highly recommend.

London to Dorset

I recently moved from London to Dorset and was fortunate to be recommended J-Load from my estate agent in Dorset.

Because of the logistics, J-Load were able to collect/pack my house in London on a Thursday and hold the van overnight and deliver/unload in Dorset on the Friday the day of completion.

This flexibility was invaluable and having a local firm provided a cost-effective solution.

Matthew and his team (family), were very efficient and professional in their service, good at communications ahead of the move, as I provided photos of the items to be moved etc.

I have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Fantastic service

Matt and his team were professional, friendly and super helpful during the process of our house move. Matt was great with working out timings for getting packed up and helping us keep track of what was going on down the chain for getting into our new place promptly. Their service was great value for money and I'd definitely use them again for any future moves.

Long distance move Southbourne to east Anglia.

Matt and his Lads arrived on time and loaded up everything with great care, wrapped mirrors and pictures carefully dismantled the furniture. It was a big move with two vans and an over night stay . These Guys were very polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived at our new bungalow Matt was able to plumb in washing machine etc. Professional team,very pleased.

Local move from Southbourne to Christchurch

At very short notice - Matt and his team of 4 and 3 vans moving us from a 3 bedroom property to a 3 bedroom cottage. We had a lot of belongings. They took care in ensuring mirrors and t.v's were carefully wrapped and protected for the move. Matt and his son came to us on the Saturday to load up the first van to make it easier for the move on Monday. They arrived just before 8am and were loaded up by 12 noon. At the other end Matt ensured that the correct van and boxes came out in a methodical order. They were very warm and friendly and very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Matt and his team. Very reasonable quote too.
