We recommeded this company to our son as we had used them before and were very pleased. However, things seemed to have gone downhill. A quotation was given and accepted and packing boxes etc were due to be dropped off. For some reason these never materalised.  We must have phoned at least a dozen times and also e-mailed. They never got back to us. So at very short notice another company had to found and thank goodness acted in a very professional manner, arriving ontime and were very efficient. If you want tobe messed about use this company - if not go elsewhere. .

Fantastic all round service by J-Load. Matthew and his crew were very professional throughout, delivering a very high quality service as promised and working very hard despite being two very hot days. Our new house had new carpets and the team were very careful in removing their shoes so to avoid spoiling the carpets. We really appreciated the sense of humour over the two days which made the whole process much less stressful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you, Steve and Claire.

Couldnt have asked for more! From the extremely reasonable and competitive moving quote to the long storage of our furniture to the delivery of same hundreds of miles away "up North", absolutely everything was excellent! Matthew and his team were truly faultless. They, especially Matthew, looked after my elderly mum like she was their own mother; they meticulously wrapped and packed everything in the house, leaving mum with no worries or stress about packing whatsoever. Her furniture was then stored by Matthew for a few months at an exceptionally reasonable rate. When it was time to have the furniture delivered, 320 miles away, this, too, was faultless. Matthew and his team were exceptional; polite, prompt, completely trustworthy and professional. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and cannot praise and thank them enough! True stars!

We had no clue what we were doing as this was our first big house move. Matthew provided a comprehensive quotation whilst explaining everything about the process (even what would happen on completion day itself) We we instantly confident that they could get the job done. We booked in to get half the job done the day before the big move as recommended by Matthew. I am so glad we did this as with this and the fact that the boys are so relaxed and willing to chat made me feel totally at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. Everything was out on time and unpacked on time at the other end. 99% of our belongings are now unpacked and there is ZERO damage to anything. Quick and Careful! A brilliant service all round and I could not recommend them more highly. If we move again I will not consider anyone else.

I would happily recommend J-Load to any one who needed a professional and pain free move.
This was my fist time using a removal company and had a few quotes from various companies, apart from J-Load they were all guesstimates, Matthew made time to visit our flat and price up the job in person and I felt immediately at ease and confident that he would do a good job.
On the Move day the guys were punctual, professional and got the job done in only a few hours. Everything arrived safely at the other end without any damage. I can't recommend J-Load highly enough and would without hesitation use them again.
