Cannot recommend 1st Choice Removals highly enough! From Steve who visited us at home to provide a quotation to Marco, Rob, Clint and the rest of the team all were highly professional in their management of our recent housemove.They made us feel very confident regarding their handling of our furniture and possessions and I am delighted to report that not a single item of kitchenware was damaged! At the same time their friendly approach and excellent teamwork kept us both reassured and entertained throughout what has, in the past, been an unbelievably stressful time.

1ST Choice Removals.

Use this company at your peril, I have been left devastated with all the damages and missing items. The owner's do not care and are all terrible liars, they don't care they have members of staff stealing their customers belongings, I have had to get the police involved and BAR as they are a member, hopefully they will investigate them and they will lose their membership. Moving is a very stressful time, and to be treated so disgustingly has appalled me. Most of my damaged items can never be replaced as they were antiques, when I mentioned this to the owner, he just said their insurers can deal with it and that was the last I heard from him. Don't be fooled by the portfolio of Sandringham House, this is lies too.

Move From Salisbury to Argyll

I would like to say that First Choice were absolutely superb in the way that they undertook our move. It is worth noting that this was particularly difficult, starting in a first floor flat, where everything had to be carried down a communal staircase (no lift), and across a car park, then driving from one end of the country to the other, in this case from Salisbury to a remote village in Scotland. This took two days and included some pretty challenging single track roads at the end. Everything went according to plan there were no breakages and at least from our point of view the whole experience was as good as it possibly could be.

I would like to say a particular thankyou to the two guys who did the job, Steve and Clint. Not only were they entirely professional in their conduct, but their good humour and total unflappability made what is generally regarded as one of the most stressful of human endeavours into something of an adventure.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I and my family would like to thank them for everything that they have done.

Ist Choice Removals were excellent, from the time they arrived at our flat, until they finished at our new house. They worked extremely hard, nothing was too much trouble for them, and all done with a bit of lighthearted banter! We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

House removal.

Amazing and fantastic removal company the best we have ever used the service is second to none. steve and Nathan were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. we have moved more than 20 times in 40 years. great team and office were helpful from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough and if I ever move again I will use them again. many thanks 1st choice removals.

Ist choice removals appalling.

I had an appalling time with Ist choice removal. I had used them many times before and they were very good but on the last occasion I used them my furniture arrived back to me in terrible condition and broken.  I used their removal service and storage. You never know how a company will be until something goes wrong and Ist Choice were shockingly appalling.. They did not care. They were rude and nasty and the owner and his daughters lies were awful.. The owner even said to me when anyone tries to claim on our insurance they end up with nothing. They admitted responsibility but refused to do anything to help. The daughter and her father told perpetual liars and obviously very experienced at getting out of their responsibilities to do the honest thing. All I got was lies and lies and their rudeness, regardless that I had spent thousands of pounds with them. Be warned Ist Choice are a nasty lot when they break your belongings didn't even apologize.

Abusive cowboy company.

Cowboy company. Didn't follow inventory took lighter items and left large items behind so we had to arrange another removals , damaged our belongings and property, was abusive towards me (was 9 months pregnant at the time), didn't reassemble our bed - draws under bed not screwed in just left on floor, sofa not reassembled correctly. Was so stressful I ended up being admitted to hospital that evening. Contacted owner who wasn't interested. No reply to letter. So now in hands of ombudsmen. Please don't use this company would hate anyone else to go through what we did.

1st Choice Removals - great team

The team were friendly, professional and very efficient. The guys helped to make removing and moving items from my elderly mother's home a positive experience. Upon arrival at my home they were very happy to moveheavy items around for me - they actually managed to beat me there and had already started unloading the garden items. They did everything promised and protected some delicate items.

I personally enjoyed the friendly banter between the guys - it made a big difference at what was a difficult time for me. I would definitely recommend them! A*

Best moving experience ever.

This was the second time of using 1st Choice Removals and just as the first time their quote was the super competitive. They conducted the move to the highest standard, from the initial video assessment through to the back office support.

The removal team, led by Clint, arrived bang on time, were very professional, friendly and helpful. They provided total protection for doors, stairways, carpets etc. for both outgoing and ingoing properties. They listened to any questions we had, placing items where we wanted them and insisted that we didn’t lift a finger to move anything.

Overall the experience was really worth ten stars.

1st Class Removals Live Up to their Name

We recently used 1st Class Removals for our move and can’t speak highly enough of them. They arrived between the times stated and apart from a brief stop for lunch while we got our keys, worked solidly. They were professional and friendly and dedicated to the job. We still have a few boxes to unpack but so far the only casualty of the move was a wine glass which we obviously didn’t pack very well, apart from that everything was intact and put into the rooms we requested. Would highly recommend.

Clint and Rob contacted us on route with an ETA time. On arrival were polite, courteous, personable and upbeat!

Took ‘everything’ in their stride and we were fully loaded within an hour.

On arrival, all of our possessions arrived in tip top condition, our home surfaces were protected and everything was brought in with utmost care and consideration.

They were happy to go above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly on our important day.
