Couldnt have asked for more! From the extremely reasonable and competitive moving quote to the long storage of our furniture to the delivery of same hundreds of miles away "up North", absolutely everything was excellent! Matthew and his team were truly faultless. They, especially Matthew, looked after my elderly mum like she was their own mother; they meticulously wrapped and packed everything in the house, leaving mum with no worries or stress about packing whatsoever. Her furniture was then stored by Matthew for a few months at an exceptionally reasonable rate. When it was time to have the furniture delivered, 320 miles away, this, too, was faultless. Matthew and his team were exceptional; polite, prompt, completely trustworthy and professional. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and cannot praise and thank them enough! True stars!

We had no clue what we were doing as this was our first big house move. Matthew provided a comprehensive quotation whilst explaining everything about the process (even what would happen on completion day itself) We we instantly confident that they could get the job done. We booked in to get half the job done the day before the big move as recommended by Matthew. I am so glad we did this as with this and the fact that the boys are so relaxed and willing to chat made me feel totally at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. Everything was out on time and unpacked on time at the other end. 99% of our belongings are now unpacked and there is ZERO damage to anything. Quick and Careful! A brilliant service all round and I could not recommend them more highly. If we move again I will not consider anyone else.

I would happily recommend J-Load to any one who needed a professional and pain free move.
This was my fist time using a removal company and had a few quotes from various companies, apart from J-Load they were all guesstimates, Matthew made time to visit our flat and price up the job in person and I felt immediately at ease and confident that he would do a good job.
On the Move day the guys were punctual, professional and got the job done in only a few hours. Everything arrived safely at the other end without any damage. I can't recommend J-Load highly enough and would without hesitation use them again.

I was dubious at first as the quotation was quite a bit less than other quotations I had received but the friendly professional service that we had been given we could not fault.  I was worrying about nothing.  I have moved several times and never used a removal company before but as we were going so far we knew that we could not do this on our own.  I will not be moving again without the use of a removal firm as the stress of it all is taken away.  The team of three that arrived to pack our goods were smart, friendly and did not stop.  To get everything packed up and ready to go before we were due to leave the property was amazing.  I highly recommend   J-Load to anyone wishing to use a removal company.

I recently moved from London to Dorset and was fortunate to be recommended J-Load from my estate agent in Dorset.

Because of the logistics, J-Load were able to collect/pack my house in London on a Thursday and hold the van overnight and deliver/unload in Dorset on the Friday the day of completion.

This flexibility was invaluable and having a local firm provided a cost-effective solution.

Matthew and his team (family), were very efficient and professional in their service, good at communications ahead of the move, as I provided photos of the items to be moved etc.

I have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: £1130

At very short notice - Matt and his team of 4 and 3 vans moving us from a 3 bedroom property to a 3 bedroom cottage. We had a lot of belongings. They took care in ensuring mirrors and t.v's were carefully wrapped and protected for the move. Matt and his son came to us on the Saturday to load up the first van to make it easier for the move on Monday. They arrived just before 8am and were loaded up by 12 noon. At the other end Matt ensured that the correct van and boxes came out in a methodical order. They were very warm and friendly and very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Matt and his team. Very reasonable quote too.

JLoad Ltd could not have delivered a better service. From the first contact Matt was extremely punctual and delivered everything promised and expected. The crew working for Matt were respectful, kind, considerate and professional. Matt and his colleagues went out of their way to be helpful from ensuring the washing machine was connected to making sure every box went into the correct rooms for each family member. They are personable and interacted with my teenagers creating a friendly team atmosphere for our move. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had observed Matt and his guys when they installed my new neighbours and was immediately impressed by their professional approach, smart appearance and clean and tidy vans (it matters!). When I requested a quote for my own move I was again impressed by the professional and reassuring service. Matt and his team worked hard and were always friendly and enthusiastic. From the beginning when Matt arrived to quote for the job Matt stood out giving a very reasonable quote but most of all gave you confidence and was so reassuring and friendly. We moved from a 5 bed large house to a much smaller 3 bed bungalow but the team worked relentlessly to get the job done with a smile. Despite being local It was not an easy move but it was managed professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend Matt and his team and would use them again. This is the second time I have used Matt and his team and on both occasions they did an excellent job. The first occasion was when I moved into my current property a 3 bed railway cottage and then again most recently when my son moved out into a second floor apartment. Moving is a stressful time but the professional and efficient service Matt and his team provide makes things so much easier. Matt is easy to deal with and really goes that extra mile to make your move go smoothly. They had to get furniture out of a period property with tight turns and doorways and managed to do so without causing any damage and then up 2 flights of stairs into my son’s new apartment!Some dismantling and reassembling of furniture was required but nothing was too much trouble. Matthew is a safe pair of hands and I would highly recommend him and his team.

We used Matthew and his team to move us from our 3-bedroom home, including lots of garden equipment, plants, and a big shed. We had never used a removals company before so I obtained quotes from 5 local companies but felt comfortable with Matt from the start. He explained the process and was transparent with pricing, he was reassuring and never complained about answering our silly questions! The communication in the lead up to the day was brilliant and moving day itself couldn’t have been smoother. Matt’s team worked incredibly hard but were always smiling and they made the whole process quite enjoyable (which we weren’t expecting!) I would highly recommend using J-Load. He rang me prior to the move - communication was perfect. We had a 3 bed house in Bournemouth moving to Wimborne. 2 vans & 3 guys. Nathan, Dean, Darren… These guys were nothing short of AMAZING !!
