Moving Home was it going to be more stress?

Good Company,arrived on time, remained claim when solicitors had not released money for purchased, therefore some delay in moving in.Would recommend to my best friends, as one did for me !!
Some extra items from the garden had been overlooked when estimating. These were taken without any further problems. I did not hestitate to give the 3 guys a well earned tip for the work they had carried out to my entire satisfaction.

J-Load removals.

I have used J-Load twice in the past year for removals and on both occasions they have been helpful, efficient and good value for money. The latest move was arranged at fairly short notice and I was impressed that the company were able to accommodate my timings without a fuss. The staff have always been courteous and cheerful and I would be perfectly happy to use the company again.

House move.

I was very impressed with all staff members who were incredibly helpful. They were fast, efficient and very professional. Wehad a a call the day before to say they were free that day if we wanted them to start packing us up early. This was really helpful and made the whole move a lot easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have already told a number of friends that if they ever move, let me know so I can pass on the details. Many thanks.

House removal.

Pleasant nice to work with guys. Didn't mind that our completion took a bit longer than expected. All furniture moved without problem in an immaculately stacked van. Simple tea and coffee requirements. Delivered cardboard boxes in plenty of time for organised packing on our part. Always consulted where items needed to be placed. When it rained, 2 guys stayed in the house and received items from the guys outside getting wet, so as to not bring wet into the house. .

Boscombe to Colehill.

J-Load made our move a very easy, stress free day. They provided us with lots of boxes, some medium and large, I found I was a couple short so I gave them a call and a few more were brought a long on the day for the last bits and pieces. Dan was especially efficient and helpful. They arrived on time and had all our belongings in the back of the lorry very quickly and safely.

When we arrived at our new address everything was unpacked and put in all the correct rooms.

We have already recommended J-Load to friends of ours.

Local Move.

The estimate was very professionally & quickly worked out. The salesman came back when we decided to use them with free boxes for packing. On the day the timing was prompt and the service excellent. The two lads did a great job & got on quietly & efficiently. Everything was put exactly where we asked & nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them to others. .

Professional family run business.

Very helpful, took most of the stress out of our move for less than some companies would charge, just what we had in mind. Arrived previously to make a start on the packing, finished the packing on the day, loaded everything into one van, met us at new property and did everything we could have asked to move us in. Even picked up the boxes a couple of weeks later.

House Removals.

Highly recommended for removals. Everything ran very smoothly on the day helped by an offer to start loading the day before. Very swift to clear the house and definitely an art form to packing the vans! All staff were very cheerful and friendly and obviously worked well as a team. Unloading into the new house was swift and they happily accommodated the plasterers who were still working in 2 rooms! Plenty of boxes were delivered before the move and very prompt to pick up boxes when requested afterwards. A very stressful day was made so much better by J-Load!

Freindly & Professional Company.

We were hugely impressed by the company over all. Everybody we dealt with was freindly, professional and helpful.
The sales team performed a site visit when quoting and where able to give us advice that allowed us to choose the right option for us.
On the day of the move movers arrived promptly. They were obviously experienced in their job. The van was loaded quickly and on arrival at our new address they had all our furniture off loaded and spaced where we requested ahead of schedule.
Would reccomend them to any one.

Damaged goods.

Will not recommend J-Load to friends or family after the shocking experience I had. A J-load team turned up late, saying they had other jobs to do before they started my move. Good thing is they called to say they were running late. On arrival, the J-load team were polite and helpful. But on the negative, because J-Load was late they were rushing and damaged a sofa and marked my walls. I spoke with the office but they have failed to pay for the damages. I am led to believe the company does not have insurance! Don't use!
