The team that moved my property worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure all of my items and furniture were moved into our new home without issue. They continued to work with a smile on their face until well into the evening due to delays out of their control. Nothing was too much trouble and their attitude and commitment to customer service calmed me down during a really stressful day. Can't praise them enough. Would recommend them to anyone. Intercity Removals were fantastic handling our removal at the beginning of July. The staff in the office were friendly and very helpful and were very accommodating to agree a removal date even though there were some delays with the purchase process. The representatives visited our home on time to assess our furniture and gave helpful suggestions on what we could do to help the move go smoothly.

On the removal day, the team arrived promptly and began work immediately. They were friendly and quick and nothing was too much trouble. They completed their loading early and were on time to arrive at our new house to unload.

I would not hesitate to recommend Intercity to anyone moving. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff and men are friendly and very efficient. They eased the stress and helped the day go very smoothly.

I used Intercity Removals for my move from Bristol to Newport. Although I was a bit uncertain about providing WhatsApp videos of the house and what needed to be moved, it was great. Adrian was spot on with his spreadsheet of what needed to be packed and moved, we spent time on the phone going through it all. Packing happened the day before with team of 3 guys, who were very speedy and efficient, what they did in a few hours would have taken me forever. On the day of the move 3 guys and two vans arrived when they said they would, loaded the vans, and then left for Newport saying they would wait there for me. Once I collected the keys, they unloaded quickly, all done by 3.30! Everything where I wanted it to be. Lovely team, friendly, helpful, considerate and efficient. Would recommend the packing service, value for money to be stress free! No damage!!! Intercity have also collected the boxes and wrapping to reuse/recycle.

This is the second time we have used Intercity Removals. They have been so patient and supportive as we hit issues with our move date. They were accommodating and helpful through all our difficult months. When move day came, the guys were respectful, careful and fast. Our move was a little different, but they took it in their stride and moved all our property efficiently and well within the time. The team at Intercity were fantastic from the beginning to the end of the process. The initial consultation, booking, and coordination ahead of moving day was simple and the office team were very responsive.

On moving day, the team arrived early in the morning and had loaded the two vans within 2.5 hours. They set off about 90 minutes ahead of us, and when we got to the property we couldn't believe how they had already managed to unload everything into our new home. It was fantastic.

The whole experience was amazing. From the staff in the office, to the movers themselves. At the start we had lots of problems when it came to our completion date but everyone was sympathetic and helped in every was that they could.

On the day of our move the movers were very prompt and got there early getting straight to work loading the vans. We also had problems on that day getting our keys but the guy were happy to stay until everything was sorted and we were all in the new house.

I couldn’t have asked for better movers. I will definitely be using them again if I move in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone that will lend an ear.

Fourth, and this is the big one: the removals team on the day were fantastic. Tom, clearly the team leader, had everything beautifully under control. He and Nico were polite, courteous and super-helpful. They took great care of our stuff, all of which arrived without a mark on it. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we feel we couldn't have chosen a better removal company, and what's more, this was all done at an amazingly competitive price. Absolutely brilliant service

We used Intercity Removals to move from Wales to Scotland and the entire process was completely stress-free.

There was clear communication from Intercity Removals from the outset regarding pricing, logistics, and timescales.

On the day of the move, Alex and Florian moved all of our stuff quickly but with care and bubble-wrapped fragile items. Alex even further disassembled a bed for us after it became clear that it would not fit downstairs.

The following day, Alex and Florian moved all of our stuff into our new place with the same speed and attention. Communication from Alex and Florian was great throughout, with them both attending the property immediately after I obtained the keys and moving all of our furniture into the correct rooms.

I can't recommend Intercity Removals highly enough and Alex and Florian are a credit to the business.

Excellent service from everyone that I dealt with at this company. Anna that answered the phone was very friendly and clearly explained things to me. The team that moved my items were exceptional! They were so friendly and nice. They took great care when moving my items and even did the little bit extra for me, which made it a pleasant experience. The price was good, the communication was exceptional, and the service was friendly and professional through the entire process.

Amazing service from everyone that I dealt with. During the video tour, they were quick to go through everything & provide suggestions on how to ensure everything was packed safely.

On moving day, had 3 gentleman arrive with 2 vans. Everyone was super friendly & helpful, clearing the house quickly and with great care, especially as I had more specialist items that required greater care. At the drop off point, they made sure everything went where it needed to be & that nothing was damaged.

Overall an amazing sevice. Good price, amazing communication throughout & great care with all of our stuff

We engaged Intercity to pack, move and reassemble for us for our move within the Cardiff area. I cannot speaking highly enough of their professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. Moving house is a stressful process but without these guys it would’ve been impossible. They solved problems without any hesitation and were so polite throughout the process.

I’d use Intercity for every house move and would certainly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I have to say that the team from Intercity Removals today were the best that I’ve ever had the privilege to deal with. Stuart, Darren, Steve and Luke were so very helpful and very friendly. We have made new friends today and I am using the same team when I move my goods out of storage into my new home. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They paid attention to the care of my furniture and my antiques items. Everything was handled with care as if it was their own. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I really cannot praise them enough.

Super professional outfit. Dealt with Adrian in their Cardiff office. The packers and removers they recommended did a very good job. Overseas shipment of a large TV, computer equipment, sofa and crockery with no damage. Very economical quote too for a door to door service and assembly at the destination. Adrian was very cooperative, did an initial video call to access quantum of load, then came back very quickly with a 30 day quote which was very reasonable given a door to door service. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! The team worked hard, were professional and considerate with our things. When we found out our exchange might have been delayed they were flexible and happy to work around our new timescales.

They unpacked the other end lightning fast and made our lives so easy by asking where everything should live. They also put our beds back together in record time which was very much appreciated.

It was the best money we spent during our entire move and we can’t thank InterCity enough!
