I would fully recommend Go Panda. From beginning to end they were brilliant The initial survey was thorough and questions I wasn’t sure about answered clearly. Also phone calls were answered promptly

On the day the three removal men were on time and emptied the house quickly and professionally All were friendly and reassuring. At the end of the day when keys weren’t released they waited for nearly two hours without complaint. I can’t fault them at all and wish them well for the future.

After getting quotes from several companies my grandson suggested we should try Go Panda as he had seen one of their vans on the way home from school. We did and have never regretted it.

The assessment of our items to be moved was strait forward . The guys arrived exactly on time and their cheerful no worries attitude made the day go smoothly. All our items were well looked after from potted plants to a canoe.

Moving heavy items up to a second floor flat, without a lift, was done without any complaints.

What more can I say. They were great. Give them a try .

A nightmare from start to finish.

They kept changing the pick up date then, when we'd agreed a date, they kept changing the time. We were driving back from Birmingham to get to the pick up at the agreed time only for them to call us and say that they were already there so could we hurry up.

It was worse with the drop off. They again kept moving the date out and saying that they now wouldn't deliver to our 2nd floor apartment even though they previously said they would. So I hired help but, because GoPanda kept messing us about, I kept having to cancel and pay a fee.

When our stuff was finally delivered, some boxes were smashed, some were water damaged and one piece of furniture was broken.

Seriously, avoid these people.

NOTE: this was booked under my wife's name, job ref 13802.

UPDATE: we discovered that boxes were missing. This was an international delivery and now the UK operation is blaming the Portuguese operation and vice-versa. The customer service people have washed their hands of the whole thing.

We engaged Go Panda to move us out of our house of 18 years and take all of our belongings into storage for a couple of weeks before moving us into our new build.

The office team, in particular Sion, were really helpful and organised.

The removals team of Tristan and Ben were so friendly and calm. We were far from ready when they turned up and they just worked around us whilst we pack the remaining boxes. There was no fuss at all - they just cracked on. Anything we hadn’t packed they just took care of loading it carefully onto their truck.

We requested the same guys to move us in and again they were chirpy, friendly and helpful even though we kept them waiting on a Friday afternoon because the developer was still tarmaccing the pavement outside our house!!

All of stuff is up damaged including a couple of big framed cinema posters with glass fronts and 2 big mirrors.

So, thoroughly recommend Go Panda for a professional, friendly, efficient service.

10 out of 10. Go panda are a small company with big customer service. In the past I have always used large national carriers to help us move but after using Go Panda we will always use a small local firm in the future.

They were kind and attentive throughout the process. Their moving staff were some of the most pleasant lads we have come across. Our other well known Cardiff removals company let us down 3 days before move date. Needless to say this was pretty stressful. A friend had recommended Go Panda so I phoned them on the Wednesday. The team of three guys turned up 9AM Friday and moved everything smoothly to our new house. The guys were all super polite / helpful and made sure we were completely happy before departing. For what was generally quite a stressful house moving process Go Panda made the move day pretty much stress free. Highly recommend.

Extremely professional yet friendly we haven't got a bad word to say about the experience. We were clearly very nervous about our fairly ambitious move, but it didn't take long for the staff to have us at ease over the journey. Reassurance goes a long way and they had every reason to fill us with confidence. My wife suffers with anxiety so a smooth move was incredibly important to us. Thank you again GoPanda, hope we speak again in the near future and without a doubt will contact you if we require any help logisticaly :).

Ben and James were fantastic, we really couldn't have asked for a better service. They packed, loaded and moved us over 2 days when we assumed it would take far longer.

Along with the professionalism of the office we were astounded that we had not come across this company before it felt like they really wanted to help us.

So many good things to point out about these guys but the main point to raise is they were about mid range price and easily the best removal company we have ever used.

We highly recommend Go Panda and are delighted we used them.

Go Panda were absolutely superb for our recent move, Dale and the team went above and beyond even helping move furniture for our seller who was late moving out as had only hired one van to move a 4 bed house! Really lovely guys who make moving heavy awkward items look like it's the easiest thing in the world. All items arrived in perfect condition, and the plastic boxes you can borrow are a really good idea to stop so much cardboard being used when moving. If we ever need to move again I'd definitely use Go Panda next time.

This is the second time we have used Go Panda; the first was just over 2 years ago and as that was a good experience we contacted them again. Both the first experience and this recent one were excellent:

* They were responsive and professional in their communication.

* They were prompt and kept us informed at all stages.

* Their fees were reasonable in comparison with some of their larger competitors.

* The removal team was friendly, respectful and so swift!

* We had chosen to pack ourselves but they supplied additional packing materials to help.

* All our large items of furniture and many pictures were carefully contained in protective, padded coverings.

* Everything arrived safely and was positioned just as we wanted it.

I would thoroughly recommend this company; we have no intention of moving again, but if we did, Go Panda would be our first thought!

We have just moved from a three bed terrace to a four bed semi. I was so happy with the Go Panda team. From start to finish they were amazing. Sion in the office was so friendly, and helpful and always happy to answer any questions, working with constantly shifting dates. On the day Tristan and the team were brilliant, they worked so tirelessly all day long, went above and beyond. Not leaving until late in the evening. They were always happy and cheery through the day, lovely chilled vibe and nothing was a problem for them. I am so pleased we chose Go Panda and would recommend them in a heartbeat to any one else.

I just wanted to say how absolutely fantastic the moving experience with Go-panda was. Professional, friendly, and effective at a great price. The team went above and beyond expectations, including moving a very large and awkward sofa from the second floor and then through a very narrow corridor into its new home. I used Go Panda for a move from Bristol to Newport - I cant recommend them enough. The quoting process was simple and on the move day the guys were great, very careful with the furniture etc and polite and friendly. I was really happy with them and also they provide plastic moving crates rather than cardboard ones so there is a lot less waste. They were happy for me to keep the crates for a few weeks afterwards so I had time to unpack them. I was really impressed with their professionalism and would definitely use them again.

We had the most wonderful experience with the team from Go Panda. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Pearce/Sion and the team provided a top class service throughout the whole period.

The team picked up our apartment and took our belongings from storage to our new home and by that evening all the furniture was put back together and we had a functioning home. I am so grateful as previous moves had not been this smooth. I would recommend the team at Go Panda for anyone moving!

From the very first friendly phonecall to the last goodbye from our new home a fair distance away, the Panda guys were spot on with everything - especially as half of the move consisted of an extra lorry to cater for the army of giant pots from our garden which were also packed to perfection with no damage to even a leaf. The team on both packing and moving days were great to have around and accommodated everything in their stride and took a genuine interest in our move and made it a lot less stressful.
