House Move.

Helpful movers offered a great service to help us with our move. They were prompt, efficient and good guys. They came the day before to do the packing and did this with care and diligence.
On move day they were on top of things on all times and had everything sorted and into the van well ahead of the time we needed to be out of the house (130pm). Unfortunately due to delays in the sale day chain we were delayed nearly three hours getting keys and didn't get these until about 4.45pm Friday afternoon.
Due to the delay we agreed overtime with the team (understood as it was Friday evening) and Helpful Movers moved all our stuff in and built all furniture as agreed on Friday. They didn't leave until 9PM and show certainly demonstrated commitment to the cause. They also helpfully arranged to come back and collect the move boxes the day after.
I would recommend these guys.

Removal from Maida Vale to Romford.

I booked the removal services for the first time and found out about them online. The company price was amazing compared to others as it was cheaper. Yassir reached 30 minutes before the agreed time and also was very social and kind. On our way we met some heavy traffic, but Yassir was very friendly and patient, and I didn’t even feel the time pass! I highly recommend their services, proffesional with a welcoming personality!

Very efficient and professional service.

Yasir and his team did a great job packing our entire flat and moving us from London to Oxford. When I requested a quote, he came the same day to assess what boxes, van and equipment were needed. His team of 3 arrived the morning of the move, and packed our stuff in 3.5 hours. They were very careful with our belongings, and used plenty of packaging with valuables. They disassembled our furniture and reassembled it in Oxford. He also arranged a cleaning service including a carpet shampoo for the old flat. Great job!

Top Service from Top Moving Company.

My husband and I have just downsized from a large 5-bedroom family home in Wandsworth Common to a 2-bedroom apartment in Richmond, half of our possessions went into storage. Yashir and his team handled our move brilliantly, they arrived on time and worked efficiently and politely. They helped make this stressful period go very smoothly. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Helpful Movers.

Yasir and his assistant were indeed helpful, courteous and very careful. They took great trouble to ensure my move [3 bed house - moving out of London] went smoothly. They did everything they said they would and did it when they said they would. It was a pleasure dealing with Helpful Movers - they took the stress out of the chaos other people caused - if only everyone would do their jobs as well as these guys.

Helpful Movers were fast, good on price and flexible. Nothing was damaged at all. Lovely people too.

Efficient and friendly at a competitive price

From the outset, Mr Madi was very helpful in guiding us through the moving process and gave us a very competitive quote. He was attentive to our requests, including postponing the move at short notice.

On the day of the move, Helpful Movers arrived on time with the right number of people and vehicles for the move. They completed the move efficiently (3 bedroom house moved in 3 hours) while taking excellent care of fragile and valuable items. The moving crew were friendly and put in a lot of effort including disassembling and reassembling furniture and moving heavy boxes up stairs.

Overall, Madi and Helpful Movers made our move much easier and we would highly recommend them.

Would not recommend this company ,second van one hour late ,one of our packed boxes got lost ,then one of the vans broke down in our driveway ,they didn’t care about our carpets,and didn’t put everything where we wanted it to go ,and now won’t reply to my email about my lost box.

Thank you for using Helpful Movers services. we did try our best to arrive at time due to traffic might be the other van was late.As your moving to property was on hill and one of the van Clutch gone and this is out of our control, we did use carpet protector so nothing was mentioned during the move. And regarding the box missing you confirmed us you did check all the vans once unloaded so nothing was left in the van so there is no way if the box was in the van and you did check the van and we did second check once the vans arrived nothing was found.

Efficient and very responsive

I've used this company now on three occasions and they've always done everything on time, without any issue, and in a very timely manner. If you know exactly what you need, and you get a quote, I've found you get a good and very efficient response. It's also good value compared to other firms. On a recent (550 mile) UK delivery, they gave a very competitive price and the team were especially helpful and polite when they (eventually) arrived in the North of Scotland.

Helpful movers is reliable and a fast service. It has really helped me move all my belongings. I recommend helpful movers because they're friendly and make sure that the job is done on time. As a student it was difficult for me to move my things from one place to another but with the quick service of helpful mover this difficult task became easier. Highly recommended. Best customer care service.

Don’t use

They appear to actually contract out the removal service itself to independent movers. The video survey hopelessly under-specced our move and it took then much longer than it should have. We had two vans and three people. The first van and team of two was great, the other one much less so. Some items were scratched/damaged in the move. All in all, don’t use this firm - there are better ones out there.
