We were very, very pleased with the work carried out by Giant when moving office. Each time we asked a question it was quickly responded to and they showed up on time on the moving day. They were extremely professional and were totally focussed on the move. They worked incredibly hard,took only 2x5 minute breaks in an 8 hour period and as we felt that we were getting very good value for money, they had our full admiration and respect. This review would have been absolutely glowing with a 5 star score but for one issue, they budgeted for 4 hours and took twice as long.  There is no doubt in my mind that they badly underestimated the time that it would take which didn't really affect us but it might be something for all parties to be aware of. So, if time is not an issue this is a very good company to approach. The two guys doing the work are honest, reliable and trustworthy which for us, was paramount and we would definitely recommend them.            .

This is the second time we have used giant removals, we used them last year to move us from wimbledon to vauxhall. We recently purchased a very large canvas painting which was to big even for a transit van, so I turned to giant removals as I knew they had previously offered excellent service and reliability. I contacted giant removals on Saturday afternoon and spoke about the job needed,Sam was so helpful. The following day we met Sam at the collection point and he was there waiting, he bubbled wrapped the canvas and secured it well and 30mins later it was in our flat.No job is to BIG or to SMALL for giant removals they will always help if they can.thanks again to Sam and giant removals.

I was moving from Clapham to Chiswick.  I have moved from 2 bed mansion house. Moving team was very polite and helpful. They packed us day before Christmas very quickly and efficiently so we can settle on time.Giant removals packers unpacked all items so I could see that all items were not damaged.They protected our sofa , matresses with special covers to protect against damage and dirt.Removals team helped us put all beds together. Giant Removals team were professional and extremely hard working. We received good value service at best price . well done.

On the 6th of January 2013 a removal team from Giant Removals moved my family from Finsbury Park to Battersea. Not only they were very incredibly careful with our fragile items, they were very fast even if we were charged by hour rate. They managed to take front doors off to bring large wardrobe inside our new house in Battersea. I just wanted to say big thank you for all hard work and thoroughly professional service . I highly recommend giant removals as removal quote we received from them was the cheapest and service was really good and stress free experience.

I liked the fact that I could check online removal quote by entering few simple details. Giant Removals moved us next day of receiving no obligation quote by email- the price for removal  was on of the cheapest . Removal crew covered carpet with floor protection film before starting removal process . They were fast and careful when moving heavy mirror through narrow corridor. The removal guys took apart beds and put together at new property. The mattresses were covered with covers which is important as my kids are allergic to dust mites. Thanks for personal service!

I have booked Giant Removals company to relocate my 2 double beds ,big wardrobe,flat pack furniture. Another big company which supposed to relocate my furniture did not turn up as their van broke down. I have called Sam who promised to relocate it for me. He has arrived within 1 hour time and safely removed furniture together with myself. I have to say his service is very reliable and charged half price comparing to company which did not turn up. Thank you for quick and reliable service . I will use Giant Removals  company as service I received was very good and cheap.

I have moved in London twice now and my first experience was pretty bad, I wish I had chosen Giant Removals the first time too, but I didn't know about this wonderful moving company. They were great to work with both on the phone and in person. They have an excellent customer service and a very helpful crew. The quote was very affordable and there weren't any extra charges, as with my first move. If you have a tight schedule, they will work around it with no complaints. They took great care of my stuff and moved it without a problem. I wish all moving companies were like this one. Thanks so much!

We moved out of a top floor flat in a very busy part of Clerkenwell with everything going into storage for 6 months before our move into a very busy part of Bayswater. Sam promised great care would be taken with what are some treasured items - and absolutely kept his word. Everything was properly protected and he and his team treated our possessions as if they were their own. There were no complaints or issues about the difficult parking and loading/unloading conditions and we greatly appreciated Sam's positive and helpful attitude. On a personal level, he is a genuinely likeable and totally trustworthy individual and we are delighted to be able to recommend him and Giant Removals. .

We recently used Giant Removals for a small office relocation in central London. We were very impressed by the service and competitive quote. The moving staff were very helpful, friendly hardworking and handled our items with care. They packed up our office computers in sturdy boxes. They packed the equipment very well in the van and nothing was damaged upon arrival. We had to change the date of our office move one week prior to the move, and Giant Removals were very accomodating in changing the date for us. At the end of the day, Giant Removals also helped take our rubbish to the nearby tip. I would recommend Giant Removals to others.

I strongly recommend Giant Removals. It is the second time that I use the company and I have been fully happy with the service both times. They are extremely professional, extremely efficient, and totally reliable. They were very careful with the furniture, protecting them adequately. They pilled up the boxes in a smart way to protect the most fragile ones. All arrived in perfect conditions. The move out and the move in went very smoothly. They never loose time, they always worked very efficiently. What is also very appreciable is that they are very kind, very polite, and supportive. A move is always a stressful time for people, but they always said not to worry and that they would take care of all, which they did. I used Giant's '2 men and a van' service as I was out of the country during my home move and needed some help for my girlfriend in our move from Borough to Greenwich (2 bed apartment). The guys arrived promptly and were very professional, friendly and diligent in their work, taking very good care of items which we had marked as particularly fragile. They worked on a tight schedule and for a very competitive price. I'd have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I used Giant Removals to move from Queens Park to Harrow. The plan was for them to stop in on the way to a storage to pick up some of my friends items also and then to my new place; the guys were very polite and with uniform. They picked up additional boxes I did not originally list, they efficiently moved everything out in a record time! On the way to the storage unit they hit some traffic but with this delay they still manage to do it faster then I even estimated which save me close to £80!! I would say the only hiccup was trying to find parking next to my new place which caused some stress; overall it was a great experience and I would use them again.

Where can I begin? Moving is a very stressful part of life and bottom of the list of things I like to do. But it must be done! I contacted a few companies but none were able to satisfy my moving needs and answer all my questions. I heard of Giant Removals from a friend who was very happy with their services and I went with their service. From start to finish, the movers worked quickly, completing the entire move within the estimated time frame.  They were courteous and professional.  I gave them a good tip to show my appreciation. I recommend this company to EVERYONE.
