Giant Removals

After researching movers here Giant Removals came up as a clear first choice. We were only moving about 6 miles but had 50 stackable boxes and a number of large pieces of furniture.  The online booking form was a time saver and they called twice to confirm our delivery time. Our crew arrived early but were super understanding of us needing a little extra time and even though we had more to move then we originally stated they packed everything quickly and efficiently. Despite it being a rainy and miserable day Sam and his crew were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Giant Removals very quickly called me to schedule our delivery. The delivery men were willing to show up very late on a Sunday night and worked very quickly and efficiently. 
We had three movers show up to load our stuff.  They quickly took apart our bed and took extra care in wrapping our TV.  The three moved quickly and efficiently and were very organized. We felt more than comfortable with the company as they drove away with our things! 
I have already recommended them to friends also moving and will continue to do so!

I've moved many times from across town to across the country. I've done it on my own and hired full service movers. I've never had better customer service from start to finish than from Giant Removals on my last move! That's from calling to get an estimate to the guys on pick-up to the guys on delivery, to the follow up with customer service. Even when something happened that was completely out of the driver's control, he called to apologize and asked, not if but what he could do to make it right with me. I wasn't even bothered in the first place, but I was super impressed with his reaction! .

2 HOURS! That's how long it took for Giant Removals 3 man crew to unload every damn thing I own from two moving crates, bring them up multiple flights of stairs, put them in designated areas of my apartment, assemble my bed, set up my TV, and have me sign all the appropriate paperwork. My whole life unfolding before my eyes in the same amount of time it takes to watch a film show and go to the bathroom. It's a little humbling, but a good sign considering my general hoarder tendencies. An impressive feat it was, and it came at an even more impressive price. Thanks! .

Third move in 2 years.. Sometimes life throws you these situations but lucky for me I got Giant Removals to help out. They helped us move heavy furniture up three flights. Everything was fantastic and they were happy to help us get everything situated before heading out.I have to give a shout out to Sam as he has helped me find the perfect times for my move. He is quick, courteous, friendly, and most importantly caring. I would totally suggest this moving team- it was literally the best moving experience ever! I wish there could be more stars!

Without hesitation, I called up Giant Removals for my upcoming move because of the experience I had last time, I was hoping for the same treatment this time around with this local area move, and that's exactly what I got.  I spoke with Sam and the team who helped me out previously with my arrangement. The quote was quick and straight to the point, and all-inclusive (insurance, taxes, etc.).  And, the packing service is the icing on the cake!  All in all, for the price and work it was well worth less pain on my end and less stress. We found Giant Removals through this site so wanted to leave our own review here. We booked them for a residential move (1 bedroom flat) within London and had a very good experience with them. Our contact, Sam, was very polite and professional, and his rates are really good value for money. Ahead of the move, we were always able to reach him on his mobile when we had queries, and he responded promptly when we needed some extra boxes for our packing. On the day of the move, Sam and his colleague Konrad worked very hard and efficiently, and were a pleasure to deal with. We'd definitely recommend this company.  .

Although Giant Removals were late due to trafiic, they more than made up for it. They worked really fast to fit all our flat contents into the van, even down to the last inch. They were polite, friendly, efficient and worked really hard, making sure white goods, matresses and more delicate items were cleanly wrapped up. When the second local trip to pick up storage wouldn't fit into the van, they returned the next morning to complete the whole job. I'd highly recommend them as a great removal company in London.

We are very thankful to Giant Removals for their excellent service during our move to West London. The whole exercise was performed timely and professional without a hint of complacency. We did part packing the team packed delicate items and labelled everything so we knew when every box went in the new house. The team also did a great job of dismantling two beds, a recliner and wardrobe and putting it all back together again in our new house.I would use them again with no hesitation.

We got a move from a 1 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house in Chiswick by Giant Removals. The whole moving team were very professional, courteous and hardworking all through the relocation. We were given boxes to pack and label delicate items and all items arrived intact and without any scratches. We were unsure of the quality of the service to expect after getting a very low quote but we were pleasantly surprised in the end. I would recommend this company for moving house.

We got a good move from Sam and the team at Giant Removals.  It was a difficult move from three flights of stairs but they proved to be up to the challenge. The whole team was very hardworking and did not seem faced by the amount of belongings or the distance they had to go down from our third floor flat. It was a pleasure and pleasant surprise to work with Giant Removals during our move to Ipswich. We got a fantastic quote from the website which was soon after confirmed by phone. The deal turned out to be an excellent bargain as they moved into full swing and had an excellent turn out. The team work was a marvel and we literally stood away and enjoyed their work. Giant Removals came to help us move last Tuesday during a downpour of rain. However they did not let the rain dampen their spirit and quickly got on with the job at hand. They managed to move most of the stuff into the van in-between the showers while another guy dismantled our four poster bed and wardrobe. They calmed us with their attitude and refused to stop for a cup of tea until everything was in the van and ready to go. Their jolly attitude remained up to the drop off at the new house which helped to ease all our moving day tensions. They worked hard and were well supervised. I am happy to recommend their service here.

We had a look at the offerings of several removal companies and decided to go with Giant Removals as they were local and quoted a very reasonable price. They dropped off some packing materials and boxes a few days before the move and we made sure to pack delicate items carefully as instructed. They did the rest of the packing on the day and that service was very worth it and professionally done. They turned up a bit early on the day and waited outside which was very reassuring. We had just two trips and all items were delivered intact and in good time for us to unpack. Giant Removals were fast and efficient so I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic company, very helpful. I would recommend this firm to other people wanting to move. The removal men were very helpful. They took apart my table because they couldn't get it in the door and then they reassembled the table for us when they had got it in our house. I would certainly recommend this removal company. The driver gave me a lift from my old address to my new address which was very kind of him to do. They even asked if everything was alright with the work. There were 2 very nice and very polite workers. I would recommend the 2 workers for all their effort that they did with my removal.

We just we just moved into our 1 bed flat by giant removals and I would say they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were well presented. We had our things in storage and some items at another address but that was no problem for Sam and the team. Once at the storage facility they wasted no time loading up the van. On the other end they were quick, efficient and helpful. Communication was also first rate. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a home move.

We had a brilliant move from our two beds flat in West Hampstead thanks to Giant Removals. If you want a company that is reliable with a great team then this company comes highly recommended by me. We had two men and a van one who was Sam and they were both very polite and hardworking. They packed and manoeuvred our furniture and household items from a third floor flat with ease and professionalism. We kept enquiring if they were OK and wanted to stop for tea but they just wanted to keep shifting the loads. Thanks guys!
