Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and especially Drago and the team that helped us move. God knows it was a big job especially pertaining to the trouble we ran into at the new adresss. Drago and the team were absolutely amazing, positive, super efficient, reliable and quick too with no complaints whatsoever and just got the work done. We had total peace of mind and faith in their capabilities and professionalism. I am not really one to write reviews but because of the fantastic experience and work performed to such a high level I simply had too. I would totally recommend DBM Express to friends and family in the future.

DBM handled a double move (into storage and then to new home a month later) for us in July and August and everyone involved worked extremely hard and were fast, efficient and very polite. Even when we had last minute requests during the initial move and delays on the final day (no fault of DBM) they just got more people in to help so that the job was finished on time. Not a thing broken and special thanks for the extra help from the guys who did a last minute additional delivery to our daughters house and assembled the furniture for her. Stand back and let them work !! They definitely took away lots of the stress of moving house.

We used DBM Express to move from London to the Isle of Wight. Daniel and his team of three men were amazing. Very professional indeed. They were very polite and treated our belongings very respectfully. I cannot find one single fault. These guys were really good and know what they're doing. They loaded the two vans then brought the two vans over to the Isle of Wight the next morning. Not one item was broken or scratched. I cannot praise them enough. Also Bianca on reception was super professional but really warm and friendly. She reassured us when we worried about the logistics of the move. She'd say "Don't worry, these guys are professionals. They know what they're doing!" And she was right. Thank you DBM Express. I would recommend you 100%.

From the beginning Bianca who I received the quote from and arranged most of the move I was impressed with the service. She was polite, helpful and friendly. (And very patient as I didn't know what I was doing) The removal men were on time. They spoke little and concentrated on getting the job done quickly and carefully. I moved house in an hour and a half! I couldn't fault this company! Dream team! Definitely recommend and will be using them again. Perfect for students moving rooms! :).

From the get-go, DBM was an excellent company to do business with. They were prompt, honest, organized, and reliable. Our surveyor came at his appointed time (exactly on time! when does that happen?!?) and gave us a very fair price estimate for our move.

Once I agreed to the contract, payment was easy: no hidden fees.

The 3 men arrived on-time the day of removal and worked their butts off. All of our items arrived with no damage.

I had a large 4 bed house to move. DBM gave me quote 3 weeks in advance , and turned up on time on the day. All 3 employees were professional and courteous. They were deliberate and careful with fragile items. I cannot recommend them enough. While at destination, they were quick , and assembled the furniture as we would have hoped. We asked couple of items to be moved around in house and the team didn't show any hesitation whatsoever. Flexible, and accommodating team.

I interviewed six other removal companies and originally turned down DBM due to receiving another competitive quote but I'm so pleased I reviewed my choices and went with them as they were excellent. I had a two bedroom flat to move from London to Inverness and didn't use the packing service so packed up my personal items and kitchenware myself. They arrived promptly at 0730 to prepare for two drop-offs in Inverness. They co-ordinated and organised everything perfectly and took their time to pack everything very carefully which took about 3 hours. I met them at 0830 the next morning and all my belongings arrived safe and well with no breakages. The team were extremely professional, helpful and polite and offered to help position things when they were put in rooms at my destination. Bianca in the head office team was also very reassuring and helpful all along the way and ready to quickly answer any questions or concerns I may have had. I would have no hesitation in recommended DBM - it made my move a lot less stressful than it could have been! Thank you very much :-).

The team at DBM Express did a fairly complex move from south London to a storage facility in the west midlands. There were a large number of bulky items as well as the contents of a five bedroom house.

They did an excellent job. They came in before the move to pack everything. On the day of the move, they were incredibly efficient. They started at 7.30 am to ensure they finished at a reasonable time.

I found them to be helpful, courteous and the quote they gave me was very competitive.

DBM offers a service beyond expectation and we cannot thank them enough! Not only is the quality of communication excellent at every level but their desire to accommodate the vagaries of the house moving process could not have been bettered. Having suffered more than one change of date and finally a contract exchange the day before completion there was then a 3 hour wait to access our new property. The removal staff did an 11 hour day without complaint and remained courteous and kind at all times. If you want to find out how it really should be done go DBM!

Absolutely happy in recommending DBM Movers! All communication went smoothly, fast responding and reliable. The moving team of four (young and strong) men had been very friendly, hard working and not complaining about anything PLUS very creative in transporting a bulky/long sofa!! Stunning service! As well worth to mention: the team had been neatly dressed and even after a long and hard working day no body smells (I hope I am allowed to say, but it's something so important and positive in our case). After move service as well excellent - boxes had been picked up at promised time. Thank you for a smooth move!
