Comfort Moves helped me move on one of the hottest days. Inspite of the discomfort Martin and his team worked so hard and were so patient. They were wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone. They came the day before the move to pack. The boxes were sturdy and there were no damages. I think the overall cost of the move was exceptional good value.
they came promptly and got us sorted and everything loaded in very good time. They arrived at our destination in very good time  and worked ceaselessly regardless of the heat until they'd unloaded everything and put it in the right rooms.

Mark and the guys not only moved but we also required help with the pack too, as I have been living away from home. They worked tirelessly and were so fast, even in exhausting heats, on what has been the hottest weeked of the year. They arrived early and finished late on both days, and never complained once, even though we had an articulated lorry full of stuff. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a move and have already passed their details to two friends who are looking to move in the next month or so. If we move again we'll not bother looking elsewhere.  .

We had used Comfort Moves in January 2015 to move into rented accommodation for 6 months and this was an excellent move . We chose to use them again as they had the most reasonable prices , and we had already had a great experience with them. Yet again they did not disappoint us and the service was every bit as good.
They fitted in with our dates and plans perfectly and even agreed to move our piano into one room whilst we decorated another room and they made time to come back a week later to move the piano again into the decorated room - no easy matter as it is so heavy!!
The men were very polite and friendly again and always made sure that each item went exactly where we wanted it to go in the new house. Nothing was broken or damaged and they took a lot of care . The move was done smoothly and didn't take too long at all. They were careful with not getting dirty shoes on the carpets etc.. with rugs , and also waited with heavy items as we decided where to put it sometimes!
I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company as some other companies really ask for far too much money and you are at their mercy, but Comfort Moves ask for a realistic amount. There was good communication with the office again and we had such a positive experience that it gave us a great start in our new house . Thank you so much to you all at Comfort Moves!!

Very good removals service, great communication by email, very reasonable price, friendly workers . Only moved 100 yards up the road but they provided everything we needed . 2 Luton vans were used and 3 hard working men turned up at 0745 as requested and we were all done and in our new bungalow by 2.30 pm. No breakages and they even went out of their way to move all of our attic stuff up the loft ladder and in to the attic. Thanks for a great service would highly recommend to anyone.

We had to move in a short space of time relocating for a new position in London. Finding a good moving company can be very daunting especially when you have a further than average, but also out of the the ordinary move. Mark was very helpful and professional, as was Agnes in answering all our questions. Long story short Mark moved our home and garden to a high standard, being both careful and consistant. The packing service was extremely useful and good value. We recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good relialble mover. Mark and his team get a big thumbs up from us both.

Comfort Moves were very professional and friendly. Agnes was always contactable and helpful with any queries. We needed additional boxes which were quickly delivered to us with extra tape and packing materials.

On the day of the move, the team arrived promptly, were all very friendly and treated our furniture with care and respect. They worked efficiently and ensured that we were satisfied with the placement of the furniture in each room before they left.

After the move, we had an issue with our letting agency and they went the extra mile to help us to resolve it quickly.

We recently moved house ( the first time in 21 years ! ) and so obtained several quotes from removal companies.
We decided to go with Comfort Moves and can say we were delighted we did !

From start to finish the company and staff were first class.

The guys arrived on time and set about loading our possessions.
Everything seemed to disappear from the house so quickly, yet great care was taken with everything.
The guys were friendly and polite, and always accommodated any requests cheerfully and promptly.

Within 4 hours all was packed and they set off to our new home.

On arrival they unpacked as quickly and efficiently as before.

By 4pm, we were in, and they placed everything as we required.

We needed office furniture and play equipment picking up at two locations and delivering to 3 locations. All organised, collected and delivered according to plan.

Job included taking down and rebuilding play equipment for children. Everything done very professionally.

We landed an extra delivery on them some miles away at the last minute and it was all done with no problem at all.

Staff were very flexible and didn't stop all day. I would highly recommend. Would use again.

We contacted comfort moves approx 1 week before exchange which did not give any of us time to sort things out they were on the ball and very helpful.
Quote arrived and was very good exchange took place and move date confirmed.
Day one The guys arrived on time and started packing worked their socks off
Day 2 arrived again on time and completed packing and off they went to Cornwall. we let them into our new house they started unloading and did not stop until all done.
The whole team were clean, tidy and very polite nothing was too much for them and everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to all of the movers and Agnes for making what is a very stressful time less so.

We were recommended Comfort Moves by our estate agent who said she had always heard good things about them locally. We were not disappointed: they were friendly and professional, great email communication from Agnes. They put up with an eleventh hour change of completion date and were very patient when ultimately on the day of completion we couldn't get into our new house until 5pm. The removal itself: they worked very fast and tirelessly to pack up our house and three of them managed to unload five lorries in three and a half hours when we got in. They were always cheerful and polite and nothing got broken. A very high quality service all round - I will be recommending them.

Mark helped with the unpacking of a removal van (which had arrived from abroad) and could not have been better or more friendly. He arrived punctually, wasn't a minute late, carried boxes non stop, always with a smile, and didn't even have a break. I then had an item of furniture, a bookcase, which couldn't fit in the hall entrance and here his experience and expertise really came to light .. how to best move the item etc etc. He tried everything! When it became clear that the item really would not fit in, in any way, he even offered to take it away in his van and store it - no extra charge! This really saved me as I don't know what I would have done otherwise. He took this big heavy item away on his own to storage where he ended up looking after it for quite some time at no extra charge. I couldn't have asked for anything more and I don't think many would have done this. I would recommend Mark and his team 100 per cent and would not hesitate to use again myself. Thanks Mark!

We contacted Comfort Moves a week before our planned move, they were round to estimate and quote that day.
The price was very good and seemed very professional so we decided to go with them.
The day of the move was actually really good fun, nothing was too much trouble for the removal men, they were fun and shared a joke with us but also very professional in their work.
The whole experience was stress free and that was solely down to the service provided.

The guys at Comfort Moves are fantastic! We are so glad we hired Comfort Moves for our big move.

We initially approached Comfort Moves for our big 2 day move from Wiltshire to Cornwall back in April 2019. We had planned for completion to take place around mid to end of June.

Unfortunately we had to reschedule our move a number of times due to an awkwardly challenging upper chain. However, Mark was always very patient and supportive and always keen to accommodate us. We finally ended up completing on 16th of July after a number of changes.

Comfort Moves did a wonderful job with our move from Bath to Corsham. At each step of the moving process, the team was professional, courteous and hard-working. Mark gave a prompt response to my initial online query and was able to quickly provide a very reasonable quote for the job. This was followed up by a home visit to assess the job in person, where Mark provided another - lower - quote, which I thought was decent of him. Communications were great in the lead up to the move, with prompt responses to my queries and Mark asking all the right questions to make sure the move ran smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better removal company - affordable, professional and prompt! Comfort Moves moved all of our household furniture from Wiltshire to West Wales, with 2 different destinations, in 2 days.

From the quote to final delivery, I had every confidence in Comfort Moves. I dealt with Mark, Comfort Moves owner, throughout the moving process. When I had to change moving dates, this was not a problem.

Mark and the team were on time in the morning and worked hard all day. We paid £540.00 for the service which meant we had very little stress as everything was packed up,loaded up and moved for us.When we arrived at our new home,everything was unloaded and placed in the relevant rooms,all the beds were rebuilt including a brand new one which was still in its box,and the washing machine plumbed in. Mark and his team were fantastic in every way.
My move was delayed three times due to last minute changes in the house chain and Mark was totally understanding and flexible to my requirements.
