I can not recommend this company highly enough. They made the whole moving house experience very easy to manage and were a pleasure to deal with. I shopped around for the best quote and they were by far the most cost effective. I used comfort moves to pack and unpack, they had my furniture in storage for over nine months and were available throughout at the end of a phone or on email. When I finally did move in, they put all my furniture back together for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I will not use anyone else now.

Moved back to London last week and used Comfort Moves once again. Like last time they didn't dissappoint me, everything went very smoothly. They did the packing on one evening, loading on the next and we could leave Bristol for London quite early the following day to arrive in time for me to get the keys for my new flat. Mark and his team are very reliable, polite and helpful. And Agnes in the office kept me updated about everything the weeks before and is very fast in replying to emails and answering all the questions.
If I move again I will defintely call them again and can really recommend them to everyone.

This was a short notice move of my work apartment's furniture up to my daughter's new apartment in London.  The quote was very competitive; the company was flexible on pickup day and time; and throughout, Mark and his team were friendly, professional, and took excellent care of the items.  There was no damage, and they coped well with the (steep) stairs to the new apartment with good humour and care. I have moved many times in the past 30 years, and this move had probably the best service and least stress in that time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We had several quotes from other removal services but only Comfort Moves came close to our tight budget.  On the day of the move, Mark and his team made everything go so smoothly that it wasn’t half as stressful as I thought it would be. 
They were incredibly accommodating as I needed some things dropped at a storage unit and the rest taken to the new property.  Nothing was broken, everything fragile was handled carefully.
This is the second move I have done with them - fantastic service!

From the start Comfort Moves handled everything professionally. Mark turned up on time to assess the job and offered a clear quote via Agnes. Pricing agreed, arrived on time for the move and worked hard. The team are very efficient at both packing and moving. No request made was a problem and they just got on with it. Essentially just what you need from a removal firm. We are now in our new home and not a single item has been damaged, that is a 1st for us and there is normally at least a broken mug! I have absolutely no problem reccommending Comfort Moves for you home removals. Real grafters. Thankyou Mark & Agnes.

We were moving from a small house to a much larger one, first time in 9 years, no previous experience with movers. Mark/Agnes were always responsive and polite and kept in touch from quote to day of removal (a good few weeks!) and were accomodating as our circumstances changed (dates etc). On the day all went well with no fuss or hassle. Friendly bunch, well organised and unflappable. Would recommend to anyone just wanting a safe pair(s) of hands to move thier stuff from a to b. Cost effective and straight forward.

I contacted Comfort Moves in Chippenham to assist with a house move. They visited the property the following day to provide a quote. The quote was competitive so we agreed to proceed. The team arrived bang on time on the agreed day to pack all our possessions. They were polite, efficient and friendly and worked incredibly hard and quickly. The following day they came back and moved everything. There were no breakages or damage at all. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, they were incredibly helpful and supportive and responded to any of our queries or requests in a completely positive way. Their expertise and hard work made the moving process, which should have been stressful, completely stress free. Packing materials were included in the price and all items were fully wrapped and protected. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I realise this review probably sounds as though I work for the company, but I don't and really, they are actually that good!

Excellent removal by this small, family-run company, very friendly and reliable. They gave us a realistic quote based on the access at our existing property (which was difficult, up a hill and some distance from the road) and generally managed everything from start to finish in a very friendly and professional way. They packed our kitchen very efficiently, and even managed to move us on our preferred date despite it being short notice and a weekend! Great service and at a good price too, saving us about £1,000 against a quote from a larger competitor. :-).

We were really impressed with Comfort Moves from beginning to end. We got quotes from five companies and CM were the best value. We even asked for a home visit to check they appreciated just how much stuff we had and they were happy to do so to make sure the quote was realistic. Agnes and Marek were great to talk with and always happy to help with any queries and the ever-changing move date. On the move day it poured with rain the whole time during the loading but CM set up the vans so that they protected everything and we couldn't believe how dry everything was when we got to the other end. They also had to cope with a move from a second floor flat but they set up a chain from landing to landing and did it all so quickly it was amazing. Our only regret was that we were stupid and kept back some stuff that we thought we should move just in case. We should have let CM move the lot as they were so professional and unflustered by everything and made it all look so easy. So we would definitely suggest to anyone just let them move it all. We ended up doing 5 car trips ourselves for no purpose other than our paranoia which was mad. I have already recommended CM to a friend who decided to use them just like we did. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone and I can't imagine any other company being better at the price. .

For outstanding service in the expert hands of Peter and Mark you will find Comfort Moves hard to beat. This is the second time we have used Comfort and the name is well chosen. We have never felt anything less than comfortable leaving the team to get our furniture and belongings to destination. This time it was an enormous move to Ireland from the UK but everything went smoothly and the team are all friendly, hard-working and very conscientious. Highly recommended and a very straight forward process.

Comfort Moves Chippenham quoted a more than reasonable price compared to some other companies.  The move itself was so quick and efficient with no damages to our contents or the houses at either end.  The staff were so friendly and polite, both at the office and during the move. I cannot fault their service - it almost made moving a pleasure!  I would highly recommend them for personal and professional moves.  Should I ever move again I would certainly use Comfort Moves.  We did not use their packing service so cannot comment on that aspect.

I chose Comfort Moves Ltd. Chippenham Uk, for my house removal service. I live in Corsham ( it wouldn't let me choose this town option above! ) I got quotes from 3 companies but Comfort Moves offered the best deal and came highly recommended from 2 of my friends. On the day before , the removal company arrived on time early and I met the 3 men - Sergei, Karol and Piotr . They were very polite and friendly and got straight to work. They listened carefully to all my requests and worked tirelessly all day to pack all our things accumulated over 20 years! I had some very delicate fragile pottery and glasses in the kitchen but they packed so carefully and quietly . Absolutely nothing has been found to have been broken , now I have unpacked. They were very relaxed and quiet and I was able even to do some cleaning as they worked in other rooms . We had some very heavy items like an upright piano, heavy filing cabinet etc… but they never complained and seemed very strong! They understood that I had my cat in a basket in one room and made sure they didn’t go in there till they needed to . They put down rugs so as not to mark my cream carpet . The next day , they arrived early again and we moved to the new house . They were very careful to put the right box into the right room and even when I had to ask them to put some boxes back into another room as I changed my mind, they politely did so . They worked so hard all day just with a very short break. I am delighted with my decision to use Comfort Moves and cannot praise them highly enough. We moved into rented for a few months till we buy a new house, but I will be using them again in a few months for the next move without a doubt! Thank you so much , Comfort Moves . The 3 men were fantastic and also Agnes in the office was so helpful and kind.
