Great Move for the second time!

This is the second time in 15 months that we have moved. Comfort Moves moved us both times and were great. This time we didn't have a date for the move until 10 days before but this didn't phase them. Agnes is so helpful. Mark and his team work really hard and are careful to cover things. Everything went so smoothly and was in the right place in our new home. Fantastic job guys!

House move from Wiltshire to Somerset.

The gentleman who came to give me an estimate was very understanding as I had only recently lost my husband. Wrapping of the furniture was professionally done and my antique clocks moved with great care. They are now chiming away nicely in their new home! All the furniture was placed just where I wanted it and even my washing machine plumbed in. I would certainly recommend this company.

Moving from Bristol to Devizes.

We have used Comfort Moves 4 times now, each time the crew have been very hard working and take great care of our goods. No item seems to be a problem for them to move. I have never met any other removers that work as hair as the crew at Comfort Moves. 1st Class guys and Agnes gives a no hassle service from the office. Will use them again and again. Very fast to pack and unpack.

Great service!

Comfort Moves provided a prompt and excellent service.  The guys were enthusiastic and worked hard to get everything moved across in excellent time.  Would definitely recommend them and use again.  They used multiple vans and several guys and took care with packing all the fragile items.  They pre-move-day communications were good and follow-up was excellent.

Single item Weston Super Mare to Chippenham.

The move concerned a large and heavy single item, requiring a very early collection, and considerable effort to install in its new location, in appalling weather. We used Comfort Moves for removal of our belongings into their storage facility and then for onward delivery to property in France 3 months later. We were very pleased with the service we received. Communication was good, the staff were polite and friendly and the company was very flexible when we needed to change the date of our move.

2 bed house move from Bishop's Stortford to Solihull.

We were moving from a 2 bed house move in Bishop's Stortford to Solihull. Comfort Moves came over the day before the actual move and did the entire packing. It was done very professionally. The move to Solihull the day after was stress free thanks to the great team from Comfort Moves. All our furniture required disassembling at source and reassembling at destination. This was done very well indeed. Keep up the great work!

I must say they manage my expectations!! professional service with flexible approach, as I had last minute changes. Price reasonable consider amount of items I had. Communication with office- great, quick respond on my request. Very friendly staff.

Couldn't have been better.

We have nothing but praise for the staff at Comfort Moves Ltd. They worked extremely hard, efficiently and couldn't have been more helpful. We would recommend them to anyone.
Our move was from Oxfordshire to Norfolk. Our possessions were treated with care and so was the house. Nothing was missing or broken.
The prices were very reasonable and it was good to use a family firm rather than some anonymous national one.

Piano move.

Comfort Moves moved my antique grand piano to our new home. They treated the piano with utmost care and respect and I was very pleased with the service right from the quick response to my first inquiry through to the moving day - it's my working tool as well as a family heirloom, so is very valued by me. The administrative support was friendly and efficient and the service was good value.

Removal & Storage.

Excellent team with incredible work etihic.

Three movers showed up on time, just as agreed. They packed everything up (an extra service we paid for) and moved our entire house across town. We had some painting done at the destination and we needed their help to move some stuff around. They were more than willing to help. Pretty much anything that needed done they just jumped in and got the job done.

Great team, will definitely use them again.

Excellent Job.

The team was amazing. They showed up on time and were pretty much non-stop until the work was done. We had them packing some stuff and moving. So they had to box and wrap some things as well as load them on the truck. They were very positive and fun and were able to come up with ways to tackle any situation. Exactly what we wanted in movers. Their email support and communication is great as well. We would definitely use them again!

We honestly could not have asked for more from Mark and his team, from a prompt competitive quote, very helpful advice for packing, easy booking, having to change the dates at short notice, providing boxes (including delivering them at weekends at short notice), arrived on time, loaded and unloaded very quickly and safely, nothing was too much trouble. I could not recommend Comfort Moves enough, totally reliable company.

Great service; nice staff.

Had a really good experience with Comfort Moves and would recommend them to others and use them again. I was able to set the whole thing up via email with Agnes, who was very helpful. Among the five-star companies I looked at Comfort Movers was the cheapest (around £1000 for packing and unpacking, packing materials and three weeks of storage). The guys showed up and were very nice and worked hard. Everything was on time.

Feedback.

We had a difficult and tricky move.Comfort moves attended us on the hottest day of the year 34c. All arrived on time and worked like billo. We had a large house with children, old people and a dog. Not an issue. We have used the national chains but this company out performed them. Such strong guys who looked after our antiques with care. Will use again and heartly recommend. My washing machine & dishwasher were connected and ready to go. Well done!

Move from the UK to Italy.

Move from France to UK.

Comfort Moves brought all of our Sports equipment and boxes of delicate plates and glasses and bottles boxed up from the south of france all the way to scotland with no issues.   Pickup and delivery were on time with handy Polish drivers so it took no time at all, Agnes was a great help in the office and there were no damages or delays.   I would pass these guys name on to my friends with no hesitation.   Rob.
