A superb service and excellent comunication with the office made our moving day a pleasurable experience.
Everything went as planned .The men worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble.
They were courtious and super efficient in what they did with no time wasted.
The quote was transparent with no hidden charges or terms and we got exactly what we agreed.
A week after the move they came and collected all the empty boxes.This is a very good service as it saves us time going to the local tip.

This was  only a small move from E1 to the Heron Building.I did all the packing myself so I cannot comment on their ability to pack.
I can however comment on their ability to carry things and they were extremely good at it.Two not very big but strong and smart lads helped on the day.They were polite and clean and experienced and helpfull and I could go on and on.
Also they recycled a desk I no longer wanted at a very reasonable price.
The office people dealt with the parking.As this is always difficult in central london they arranged  for suspensions at both my addresses.The council charges are a rip off but not too much choice.Anyway it was very handy they dealt with this.
Nothing broken or scratched.All my things arrived perfectly intact.
Would be happy to recommend and use again.

I have chosen this company to move my stuff from a storage facility in Kensington to Romford. It was not a big move as I only had a 100 square feet room.
I wanted them to meet me at the storage place at 12 as I was only getting they keys at 04,and this was not a problem.Also I was given a free ride to the new place as the guys agreed to take me in their van.
To the move itself the 2 men were very good.They were fast,talented and very professional.
They were able to put all the furniture back together for me even though it wasn't them who took it apart.
Also their language skills were very good and I had no problem in communicating with them at all.
Very good service.

City-Removals did excellent job helping us move home. The communication from the quote to paying the final bill was prompt and friendly. The guys showed up on time, did their job quickly but still carefully and were friendly and polite indeed.
As I asked for quotes from several companies we feel that the costs with City-Removals were quite reasonable. On top of actually moving our items they supplied all the packing materials, packed all of our fragile items, dismantled (and later reassembled) two really big wordrobes and stored our imtes for 7 weeks before moving them in to our new home.
There were absolutely no problems what so ever. All in all, we are very happy with the quality service we received from City-Removals. The move was pleasurable and stress free. I mean what else can you ask for? .

This was a relatively small packing and removal job but it was very well done by this company.|We did not want to have the stress of moving over 2 days so we wanted to do it all in one day.
The men had an early start and as agreed with the office they were in front of our door at 7AM.They were very well equipped prepared and polite.Their attitude imediately put us at ease.
MAybe is just us but we never thought it possible to pack a 1 bedroom flat in under 4 hours.The amount of stuff we had I think it is standard anyone can expect from a property this size.
By 3 PM our flat was empty.
After a short break they arrived at our new address at 05PM and by 07 they were gone with everything nicely arranged in the rooms.
Unpacking the boxes we found everything very well packed with special care and attention given to our fragile items.All the boxes were properly marked and no materials were sparred in ensuring the safety of evrything.We ended up with 10 bin bags full of paper which says everything about how they packed.

We had a long distance move done by this company and I canot but agree with all the reviews on this website.We have chosen them because of this and we are happy we made the right choice.
Our house was visited by Nicola prior to agreeing to use them.She was very nice,friendly and gave us the trust to use them.
On the first day the crew came in the morning and loaded everything nicely.Our furniture was properly wrapped and handled with care.
Delivery took place the following day at 11.When we got there the guys were waiyting for us in front.
We checked everything and  no damage occured during handling.They also moved some furniture inside our new flat that was already there,but not in the right place.
We were very satisfied with the service provided.We felt very well looked after and it looked like the moving crews actually carred about what they were doing.
All the credit goes to them and to the company for emploiyng such people.

Nothing to complain about.We had two pick up adresses.One was mine and the other my girlfriend's.The men came on time.There was not too much to load from my place so they quickly went over to my girlfriend,where to be honest the bulk of the stuff was.They were very polite and easy going and very good people to have around.
They also helped pack my girlfriend s kitchen which they did in record time.
Being a rainy day they also took their shoes off when necessary and also placed carpet covers on the floor.
Also I have arranged with the office to dispose of some stuff on the day so at the end they took away all the rubish we had.
All in all a positive experience.

I am not an expert at judging removal companies as I have not used one before.However all my dealings with this particular company have been very good.I got all the answers I wanted from Nicola in the office.She was at all times availible to speak to and answered my emails in a speedy manner.She also dealt with the parking arrangements at the London address.
Their quote was simple and clear and very well presented.Also all the services were described very well and I knew what to expect on the day.
The guys came on time in the morning.I oferred them a cup of tea and biscuits and after this they did not stop untill all my stuff was loaded.
We then set off to Birmingham.I followed them in my car.
Everything was unloaded safely and placed where I wanted.They were really carefull with everything and all in all top proffesionals.Also they spoke very highly of their company and it seemed to me they get treated very well.
Price wise they were in the middle of all the quotes I got.

We moved recently and we have used this company to help us.
They completed their duties admirably.They came on time,worked flawlesly and timely and they did not brake anything.
Communication was also one of their strong points.The persons working in the office were lovely people to deal with and they always helped.
The 2 men that we had on the day worked very hard and they were experienced.
I especially loved the way they packed the truck.Pure lego science.
This was an honest service which was also reasonably priced.

We have used this company to relocate to our new house in Epsom.
It was a very straightforward move.Loads of stuff but nothing over-complicated.
We had our property surveyed by a number of companies but from all of them we liked Nicola the most.She is a real asset to the company and I hope she gets treated well.We have received the quote by email on the same day as the visit.The price was more than reasonable so we decided to book.
The move went very well.All the guys were on time on both days and true professionals.They did not panic when they saw the amount of stuff we had.Guess they seen it all before.
Overlipolite and willing to go out of their way to help at all times.
We had a very positive experience over two days and I would not hesitate to recommend them if they perform like this all the time.
