Absolutely excellent.

I used City Removals to move me from my London 2 bedroom house to North Yorkshire. They turned up 10 minutes before our 6am agreed time and didn't stop working until everything was loaded on the van -which was before 7.30am . They were even kind enough to take my cat with them as I was travelling up by train. They arrived at the new place before myself, as I was delayed on the train, and worked incredibly well with my family who were waiting for them. Everything was put in the correct rooms and nothing was damaged at all. I cannot stress enough how quickly, calmly, and efficiently all 3 men worked. They made the whole moving experience as easy as possible.

December 2015.

They arrived 10mins before the 8am arrival time so great first impression.
They were focussed and hardworking and didn't stop until everything was on the van.
We had forgotten, so were relieved to see they had brought mattress and couch covers.
When they arrived at our new house, they were respectful of our carpets and put down a protective sheet all throughout. They didn't damage any walls or items, nothing was missing and they dissembled and reassembled our beds properly.
If they were unsure of anything, they always checked with us first.

Excellent service.

I was very pleased with the professional service from City Removals. Team was on time, worked quickly but carefully, and checked in with me as the day progressed to make sure everything was OK. They were pleasant and professional. Delivery at new house was efficient and rapid. When I have gone to unpack boxes everything was where it should be. Nothing damaged. Would highly recommend this company and would use again.

Best removal company ever!

We have never come across a removal company that performed at this level - we have moved internationally several times. Brilliant job! Finished ahead of schedule, no damage, and made a challenging move easy! We have zero regrets in our selection!
Absolute value for the work performed. We had a large 3 bedroom flat and moved into a 4 story terraced house.
The crew was very professional and helpful. Would use them again in a second.

Pleased with the service.

We found this company while trolling the internet for reputable well reviewed company.We were kind of dreading our move as our new neighbor did not have a very good experience when he moved in our street and he used one of the big removal companies.
City Removals were responsive from the first point of contact.We got in touch on a Monday evening our estimator came around Tuesday morning and by noon we had the quote in our inbox.
The good start continued into our removal and packing and at the end we could not have been more pleased with how our move was completed.
The men came spot on time for the packing.They packed and packed and packed..I don't know how they do it everyday but they can.And they packed very well.
The next day the same men plus 2 more arrived with 2 trucks and moved us with lightning speed and quality.Nothing was damaged nothing was missing and it all got placed around the new house according to my wife's instructions.

Good service.

A good service provided to move our items from storage in London to a house in Kent (Ashford, but that's not an option here). The two guys were friendly, polite and helpful and moved a lot of things quickly, taking care not to damage anything. I took a number of quotes for the move and City Removals was one of the cheapest but went with them based on the reviews and I would definitely use them again.

House removal.

City Removals provided a fair quote - not the least expensive - but one that was clear and simple. Their team arrived early and worked quietly and efficiently throughout the day. There were no problems at all, and by the end of the afternoon I had moved into my new place with many of the boxes already removed. City Removals returned two days later to pick up the remaining boxes. I've used them before, and I like the quality of their work.

Great service.

City Removals provided a very quick, professional and uncomlpicated service. Their quote was not the cheapest we had but had a fix price, which was easy to follow and without negative surprises at the end. They also collected the empty boxes a few days later after we had unpacked. It was always easy to reach the office when we had questions in advance. The only unexpected thing was the fact that we had to move the moving date from a Saturday on a Sunday but that wasn't that bad at the end. I can highly recommend them.

Highly Recommended.

We moved from Hackney to lewisham in one day. I cannot praise the team highly enough. They were polite, prompt, efficient, generous and speedy. They didn't quibble about any of our items and continuously asked for our instructions.
None of our items were lost, stolen or damaged. They also offer a recycling pick up for the mountains of cardboard we will be left with.
As stress free a move as they could ensure. Many, many thanks!
