City-Removals and Storage

I was left totally impressed by the service provided by this company.
First of all everyone I dealt with was extremely polite.By this I mean everyone..the moving men the office staff .The office staff always answerred my emails quickly and all my queries were answerred without any hidden stuff.The quoted price was the price we ended up paiyng.At no point had they tried to add extra charges or use dodgy terms and conditions.
To the 3 men that moved us on the day..you will not meet a nicer bunch.They came on time,presented themselves and immediately put me at ease.I was impressed by the care they took in carriyng every single item.Their skills I think are amazing.Not a single item broken or scratched at the end is quite a feat.
 Also our 2 beds and wardrobe  were dismantled like they were not there.
I feel very confident in recommending this company and I could write more about my experience.In the end all that matters is that we have received a service that we are very happy with therefore I would net hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is moving.

Altough they also quoted us for a packing service in the end we only hired this company to take care of our move.
It was a pretty simple move from our side and the company made sure it did not get any harder.They came on time and knew what they were doing.The guys were fully equipped with tools and other bits anf pieces.Their vehicle was new and very well taken care of.Also both guys were uniformed ,clean and spoke good english.They needed mininal guidance throughout the whole day.
The only possible glitch was that we needed to be out from our flat by 12.The company knew this and with a 7 am start they managed to empty our  property well before the deadline.
At our new flat they followed my wifes instructions precicesly as to where to place our furniture.They even moved a few pieces several times as she ws trying to find the best place for everything.
A job well done.

The service we received was nothing short of what we were expecting.On the contrary at the end we were quite surprized at how good and polite the men were,at how accomodating and friendly Nicola and Alex were in the office.
I am sure we weren't  the easyest of customers but the guys never moaned and helped us throughout the whole day.
We had no incidents on the move day.All out stuff arrived intact and in on piece with nothing missing.
Also the men dismantelled and reassemebled our bed and wardrobe and again these 2 pieces were put back together in a better shape than they were before.
Really can t fault the service or the atitude.TOP JOB.

This was a nightmare move on all counts apart from the removal itself which was admirably performed by this company.Incompetent lawyers left right and center ,impossible buyers,completion day moved several times,missing paperwork,etc.
The removal however was a differrent story.Very proffessional from start to the end.We had a home survey executed by a very nice young lady.She was smartly dressed, polite and knew her trade.She gave us the confidence of using this company and the choise was sound.
The men packed all our house the day before in record time.Fragile stuff was verry well protected, boxes were marked and they did not spare any protective materials.Aso on this day they did some dismantelling.
On the second day we had a 6 men crew.Acces was a little bit tricky as they could not get the truck very close to where we were.This was however compensated by the number of men and we managed to be out by 1pm.
All the workers were in good spirits and very hard working.Apart from the odd ciggie brake they worked on and on.Antique furniture was wrapped , sofas and matresses were coverred and eveything was protected.
Our new place the acces was much easyer.Unloading was straight forward with the men asking al the time where to place furniture.
I could go on but the bootom line is the service we got was almost impressive and I would happily use them again altough I hope I won t have to.

Great value considering the service we have received.We booked the service well in advance as we wanted to make sure we hire a good company. For £350.00 we got a 2.men crew and a van that were with us for 8 hours.The guys came spot on time and were fully prepared,instructed and equipped.They even had a printed jobsheet with our details and other usefull things. They had tools blankets covers etc.We did not have too much furniture but our matress wad very well protected from dust as they wraoped it in a zipped cover. We also asked them to pack our fragile items.Again they had boxes tissue buble wrapp etc.Everything was packed impeccably and all the boxes were marked and handled with care. Top marks for a great service.

Can't get over how amazing the team who moved us were. We had 3/4 quotes for packing services varying between £1.6k and £4.6k. we went with the cheapest because of the reviews on here, no premium for Sunday delivery, and Nicole was just as professional as the other companies. They moved a 3 bed house from North London to Surrey in a weekend. All polish team I think, all spoke English, full break down of cots and wardrobes, all put up again in super quick time. Why pay extra for the premium services when these guys do the same job for a sensible price? Complete professionals, showing up 7.30 Sunday morning to load the vans, accomodated my kid's nap times as much as possible, and worked really hard. Would definitely recommend.

We had booked this company well in advance.We did our part of research before booking a moving company as we heard a lot of bad stories about the removal industry.It was important to have a reliable a company as we had to vacate our flat by 11AM.
The service was exactly as expected.The crew knocked on our door 30 minutes earlyer but they were wiling to wayt.Also they even had a jobsheet with instructions  and some special request that we have made.
The men were fast and proffessional and at all times they knew what they were doing.I could tell that they were experienced.Our furniture was beatifully wrapped and manouvered with no walls scratched and nothing damaged.The boys managed to load everything by 10:00AM.
Unfortunately  we did not get our keyes untill 03:00PM but they wayted without any complaints.I am sure they did not like it but they behaved proffessionaly.
Also they stuck to the agreed price even though we had slightly more boxes than we thought.
A very good job which was executed proffessionaly and on time.Recommended.

We relocated from London to Leeds due to work purposes so the company coverred all the costs with our move.Due to 2 small todlers and a few expensive pieces of furniture we were very carefull in picking the right removal company.After receiving a quote by email we decided to call City Removals to do a home survey.They inmediately accepted this and someone cane the following day.After the visit the price remained unchanged so we decided to book.We agrred on a 2 day removal..the first day load the truxk and the following day deliver.
On the first day two lovely chaps came as agreed at 11:00 am.We showed them thw house gave them a cup of tea and 4 hours later our house was empty.They were extremely carefull and as agreed with the surveyor they used floor protectors and all our furniture was wrapped.
They were in front of our house in Leeds at 07:00am and wayted untill the agrred unloading time of 09:00AM.Evergthing went smooth again with no incidents.By 12:00 tgei werw on their way back to London.
Outstanding service by any standards and exactly what we were looking for.Well done.

Nick and Cosmin took away the whole stress from our move.They performed a brilliant service from start to finish.
They came on time and as we were not fully ready they even helped pack the last bits.When we ran out of boxes they provided us with some spare boxes from their van.Really polite and proffessional.
Though this was not the biggest move as we only had a 1 bed flat with not much furniture they worked fast ,they were carefull and happy to help.
Before unloading we had to wayt around 1 hour for the key so we provided them with lunch.
Unloading was double quick with good acces.
No incidents at all and I would be happy to recommend.
