Brillant helpful company from the quote to the actual move. Guys arrived within the time stated and quickly got to work loading our belongings into the van. They handled our things with care and not a single item was damaged. once loaded they ensured that they had our correct contact details and set off to our new home. They were there when we arrived and waited untill we got the keys and moved our belongs in just as quickly as they had loaded the lorry. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

The guys at Casey's were efficient, polite, considerate and gave a great service from the initial quotation through packing, loading and delivery to our new home. Our experience will give us confidence to use Casey's for our future ongoing move from storage to our new home. We had several boxes to return and these were accepted even despite the fact we left packing materials in them which they said they would dispose of. A very good firm with good service values.

We used Caseys to pack, move and store the contents of our sixth-floor three bed flat. I booked the firm with quite short notice as our house sale was quite complex so was relieved to hear they could manage it, a week before Christmas. The men came on a Sunday to pack and moved us out the next day. I was really impressed by the men - they were very good polite, tidy, hard working and efficient. It was a tough move as the lift is small and access is not easy but they never complained and were cheerful and helpful throughout. Our belongings are now in storage with Caseys before our next move and they are good at communicating with us, charge reasonable rates and I feel confident they will bring everything back in one piece!

I employed Casey's Removals to move some of the contents of my flat in Crystal Palace down to Eastbourne and the rest to Farnborough in Hampshire.

I used Casey's to move from Bromley to the South East Coast. They provide an excellent packing service that I would highly recommend if you can stretch your funds. It's well worth the money if you want to avoid any breakages. Every item was packed with a great deal of care and attention. Not a single item was damaged and everything was allocated to the correct room on arrival at our new home. The removal team worked tirelessly to ensure we were unpacked in the same day as the move. It was a completely stress free experience. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed by Casey's highly efficient and effective service that I thought I ought to share my experience with potential customers. I'm glad I picked them over the two other quotes we obtained and I would recommend you do the same. Tip: keep the tea, coffee and biscuits flowing to get the most our of your removal team.

Entrusting a company with all your belongings for a move I have always found nerve wracking; doubly so when you are asking them to pack up your entire life too.

Casey's were, quite simply, outstanding. Coming in the day before our moving date to pack up, they were all courteous and just faded into the background while packing up, leaving us to do our regular family activities without interruption. When they had finished, all boxes were either neatly stacked or were part loaded into the van, the carpets were still clean and there was no rubbish anywhere at all.

On moving day, they arrived a little early and by midday we were all on the road, having had the furniture disassembled too.

Unloading the van was also made painless with all instructions on where we wanted things followed to the letter. Furniture was reassembled and they even put together the racking in our garage!

While we have no plans to move again, I would not hesitate to recommend Casey's.

I am happy to report that our move was stress free thanks to the professionalism, reassurance, efficiency, punctuality, patience and overall manner of the guys moving us (Don, Macik, Raffaelo and Stu - if I remember their names correctly!) I had a couple of worries such as access to the new property because of the size of the lorry but they said they would manage and this meant reverse parking into an area with hardly any room for manoeuvre whilst being so polite and courteous to our new neighbours. Any valuable items including an envelope of money was checked with me before packing so that nothing was unaccounted for and I found this very thorough and honest. They also continued to work alongside our kids who sometimes had a lot of questions and who were tearing around the place in the new home!! The administration over the phone was also nothing short of reassuring and helpful and it was a great start for Mr Casey to come and quote extremely accurately. It is safe to say we are very happy customers and will recommend Casey's Removals highly!

We used Caseys for our move in August 2017. A price was agreed upfront and we checked it on the telephone with Caseys.
The price was comparable to other moving companies who had visited our property, seen the extent of belongings requiring packing and given us a fixed quote, so we felt we could trust and rely upon it as accurate and agreed. After Caseys had packed up our belongings we then received a telephone call informing us we owed them an additional £1,032 if we wanted them to move us the next day on the premise more boxes were required than they had quoted for. We were shocked at this and the extra money demanded. We did a spot check on the boxes packed, the boxes were 3 completely different sizes (so the number needed for a move would vary in each instance depending on how many of each size were used), and a considerable number were half full at best.
We were not told that extra boxes had been needed to pack up our belongings until the packers had left and it being literally a matter of hours before we needed to move. We tried to reason with the owner but he was aggressive and rude and refused to meet us half way in terms of the extra cost. He also demanded we pay the entire cost upfront that night before he would send the movers back the next morning for our move.
This effectively left us with no real alternative in the timeframe than to pay the money. It felt like a shakedown and I am left wondering how often they do this to others as removal companies must know the customer cannot go with another company at such short notice, especially after having paid the money upfront. We feel aggrieved and will also be taking this up with the trade body and if necessary to the small claims court.

Our big move went very smoothly, the movers were very professional, arrived early in the morning (before 8). They only took two short breaks for a drink. They were very efficient and quick and most importantly, nothing was broken, everything arrived with no damage. They reminded us of ants at work because they were running to finish early and everything was in the lorry by 11.30.
We were worried about our outside plants but they took all of them, even our tomato plants which we enjoyed in our new house.
They took away all our stress, thank you very much guys.

We needed to have help with a small move (books, bedding, clothes and a couple of chairs), to be taken to and returned from short term storage during electrical works on our one bedroom flat. We were quoted £240.00 plus storage plus packaging, and agreed to go ahead on that basis. We booked on Friday and the pickup was for the following Monday, so quite short notice.
I decided on Monday to double check everything, it turned out that the £240 was only one way - we would have to pay the same again to get our stuff back. When I objected I was told that this was made perfectly clear during the quotation - it was not - my partner checked more than once. The cancellation charge was 70% of the full price as we cancelled on moving day - so 70% of £480 which did not seem fair on several fronts. By threatening legal action I was told that they would keep my deposit of £130 and leave it at that. £130 for ab-so-lute-ly nothing. Not happy with this company at all. There was no option for zero stars.

Make sure you use this company for your removals ! This family run business sent 4 strong and organised lads who filled a 40 footer quickly, then waited around for several hours for our completion before unloading everything without fuss. They dismantled beds and wardrobes and rebuilt them !
Top drawer and whilst we don't intend to go through moving again for many years, when we do we will be using these guys! Indeed they gave a quote and price after the first visit which was very reasonable. Casey's are the tops !

Casey's sent an experienced person to survey our home for the move. He was friendly, relaxed and very organised. His plan for our move was the best of our 3 quotes and we made the right choice.
The efficient, fast and careful team loaded our belongings onto their large lorry (not a luton van which would have been inadequate) the day before, which I felt helped with the stress of the move and made sure our kids were in their assembled beds by the following bedtime. It was not an easy move as we went temporarily to a smaller rented home but Casey's did a great job and fitted our furniture in.
I would recommend every aspect of their service.

I collected a couple of quotes, one from Casey's, one from a national firm. The national firm needed chasing to return a quote, and even then just sent me an automated email without an apology. We consequently went with Casey's and couldn't have been happier. Our move was slightly complicated as we needed to move half of our belongings to a residential address and half into storage. I also needed to change the date. None of this was a problem for Casey's who accommodated our changing plans. On our two move dates we had a fantastic team who were polite and handled our belongings with care. Would definitely use again.

Casey's proved to be a very good firm for our removal needs. The team worked hard and were very efficient. Everything was well packed and most importantly to me they got on with the job and didn't hang around.

They did a good job to pack, check and box everything up. I worked alongside them to direct, dismantle and reassemble. We didn't pay for them to unpack as we had work to do on our new property and wanted it all left in boxes.

I'm not sure you're going to get anyone better for the price and you might get a lot worse, so I'd definitely recommend them, they did a good job and everything went smoothly.

This company provided a very good service. Quick, efficient and clean in both their packing up and delivering to new address. They bubble wrapped and paper wrapped all appropriate items which meant an easy transit.

Men were polite and helpful. They worked to our needs and checked with us if unsure where to put items at any time. Only one small mirror broken before we left the old house. This was already wrapped in paper and we weren't clear that it was fragile.

Overall a very good service and I would definitely recommend them for both packing and removal service. Price noted includes VAT.

We discovered Casey's Removals via an internet search and we were impressed by the advice given by them on their website about preparing for a move of home. The quote we received for packing and the removal was, we believe fair and about what we had expected. We were very impressed that the removers would take down anything off walls and disconnect dishwasher and washing machine since some of the other companies we researched did not provide this service. On the day when the house was going to be emptied a team of five men arrived and proceeded to to pack all of our possessions prior to loading them on the lorry. After 23 years in the house there was a lot including a large amount of fragile items. We asked to walk through the house with the team to check that everything had been packed and loaded.
We drove up to our new home after they had finished loading the lorry and arranged to meet the same team the following morning at our new home. The men arrived promptly and were able to unload quickly, putting everything in the appropriate rooms. Although we haven't yet completely emptied all of the boxes, all of the fragile items arrived unscathed.
Throughout the team were friendly and cheerful and a pleasure to work with.
We would certainly recommend Casey's Removals to friends who were intending to move home.

Just wanted to post a quick review of Casey's after we recently moved from London to Bath. The team that had been allocated to us packed up a four bedroom house quickly and efficiently in a single day and we were on the road to Bath the following morning. The boys were courteous and conscientious, and remained respectful of our things and the property throughout. Once we arrived in Bath they unloaded the van in the pouring rain and were considerate enough to put down floor protection in the new house to ensure that the carpets were safe from mud and footprints. Needless to say the rain didn't dampen their spirits. I would not hesitate to recommend the company, or to use them again myself. Thanks for everything.

We had a couple of quotes from other removal companies which were cheaper but we far preferred the no nonsense, fully inclusive quote we received immediately.

We were not disappointed. Two packers arrived the day before our move to pack our 4 bed house and were done within 3 hours, leaving our clothes and bedding.

On the day of the move, uniformed very capable staff turned up to move us. Casey's only use their own staff, not contractors so we felt in safe hands.

We were packed in the van by 1pm but our purchase didn't complete until 4.30 when a secondary unit that had just finished a job turned up to help - so we had 8 guys move us into our new house in less than 2 hours. Great service and would thoroughly recommend. plus not one thing broken.
