We moved standard 3 bed plus small to large tools and equipment we accumulated over our working life, which included cast iron press etc.. The estimate was highly competitive in price and removal team was extremely organised, efficient and hard working, our move went as smooth as we hoped for if not better..! With situations such as having a small child around, parking issue and bad weather, things could have gone difficult easily but they dealt with every situation with a smile and humour, we cannot thank the team enough. Highly recommended!

The Caseys team were incredible: nothing was a problem, they had a positive attitude and a solution for everything. I even asked for help in fixing a tap in my new home and one of them lent a hand. The team were friendly, cheerful and just plain nice! When I needed to keep hold of a wardrobe box for a couple of days, one of them sorted it with the main office, leaving me free to think about other things.. Thank you for making my move so pain free and (almost) enjoyable!

I have a one year old and another one on the way so having Casey's do the packing and removal service made things so much easier. It was definitely worth the money and good to know we were using a reputable service we could trust. They don't use agency staff so you know you can depend on the guys who come round. They were so efficient as well, I couldn't believe how quickly they packed everything up and it was all wrapped so carefully. A much better job than I would have done myself! And they even rebuilt beds etc. for us at the other end. Amazing. Thank you guys!

Quite simply outstanding. Team was considerate, customer-focussed, tidy and a great sense of humour.

Our move was complicated, and done over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The pre-move support was great. The packing service was careful and thoughtful - not a single breakage. The move went smoothly and at the end the team even asked us if we needed anything re-moved or if we had changed our mind about where any items had been placed.

They dismantled and rebuilt a trampoline and climbing frame in superquick time too.

Would recommend Caseys to friends when they move, without any hesitation.

Casey's did a brilliant job for us, and made the whole moving-experience pain free: it was seamless from start to finish. The team arrived bang on time (8am on a Sunday no less) and finished within a couple of hours. They were knowledgeable and careful with our furniture, and still managed to complete the move more quickly than we had thought possible. I used Casey's for my recent move and from initial quote to bringing the last box in to my new home, they were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Everything arrived safely and undamaged and all of my labeled boxes were placed in the correct room.
All hanging clothes were carefully transported and hung straight back in to my wardrobe, washing machine was plumbed in with no fuss at all.
The three guys that moved me were great, especially as I think I moved on what must have been one of the hottest days this year!

Casey's Removals were helpful, efficient and friendly from our initial contact on the phone, to on the day and after. We moved in the snow last March and Casey's Removals made sure everything happened to schedule and made everything as easily as possible for us on the day, despite adverse weather. It was the day that London ground to a halt due to the snow, people didn't go to work or school so I was concerned we would not be able to move on our scheduled day. Casey's moved us on time, with no complaints, and no damages.
All our furniture was moved from North to West London without damage, nothing was broken in transit or in the removal process. The removal team were efficient, professional and friendly.
The estimate was the most cost effective out of the quotes we sourced, and there were no hidden costs or extras added, although it was a big job with a couple of locations to pick up from. In fact, the team went the extra mile to do a great job.
We have moved frequently over the last ten years, and this is the best company we have used in that time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and fully recommend this removal company.

We used Casey's to move our very full 2-bed flat. The packing service was fantastic, the staff were helpful and friendly and they packed all our things carefully but quickly.
On removal day, they managed to empty the flat by the allotted time and then moved us into our new property, re-building all the furniture they'd taken down and making sure everything was in the right place. Again the team were friendly and efficient and none of our belongings were damaged.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casey's for packing and removals, the service received both on the phone and in person was superb.

The initial removal quote was carried out a day after contacting Casey’s and issued on the spot. It was competitive and we agreed who would wrap what and in which boxes.Three weeks layer we only moved 170 metres round the corner but their packing team were meticulous as though it was 1,000 miles !
Two teams and two vans vans loaded up, driven round the corner and unloaded the whole lot in one day. They were careful, enthusiastic, energetic and four very strong guys. They were charming, courteous to each other, and went out of their way to keep us happy. The new house has five storeys so they really earned their money!
Yes we will use them again and we strongly recommend them!

Casey's were recommended to us by a friend that had used them. We ended up moving whilst I was 37 weeks pregnant so we needed a company that would be able to take all the stress out of move day. From the initial consultation, to the packing day and final move Casey's were efficient, professional and nothing was too much trouble. We ended up moving in very bad snow, with awful road conditions. Casey's reassured us that we would get the move done and were true to their word, moving us and unpacking through snow and freezing temperatures.

I was so impressed with the ease of the move, the speed that furniture was rebuilt and there wasn't a single breakage. I would definitely recommend casey's to anyone looking to move. A* service.

They guys were fantastic from start to finish. I got a quote from the company in January but didn’t actually move until March. The quote was precise and there were no hidden costs. They recommended how many boxes I would need and they were spot on - used exactly how much they said I would. On day of move, the 3 strong team arrived. They were polite and friendly. They took care of our items handling them with care. They packed a couple items that were a bit cumbersome. They dismantled the furniture and we were ready to go. Arrived at the new place and great care was taken to unload the lorry. The furniture was reassembled and the boxes placed into the appropriate rooms. Definitely a 5 star service. Will definitely use again.

We used Casey's recently for packing and removals, and they completely exceeded our expectations.

'Magic' arrived promptly on Wednesday, and managed to pack our entire house between 8am and 2:30pm. Everything was packed efficiently, logically and amazingly well (we're unpacking at the moment and amazingly not a single thing has been broken!). The contents of every box and which room it was for was taken care of which is so appreciated as we continue to unpack.

On Thursday, Magic, Ryan and Tony again arrived promptly at 8am. They were polite, respectful and clean and tidy. They worked like Trojans to get all of our stuff out of the house before 11:30am, and were waiting at our new house at 1:30pm when we arrived with the key.

Everything was unloaded, reassembled and placed in the correct rooms within a couple of hours – the speed they worked at was unbelievable.

Thank you so much for such a stress free experience – they guys were exemplary and we’re so grateful that it all went so smoothly. It was worth every penny.

Brillant helpful company from the quote to the actual move. Guys arrived within the time stated and quickly got to work loading our belongings into the van. They handled our things with care and not a single item was damaged. once loaded they ensured that they had our correct contact details and set off to our new home. They were there when we arrived and waited untill we got the keys and moved our belongs in just as quickly as they had loaded the lorry. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

Our experience will give us confidence to use Casey's for our future ongoing move from storage to our new home. We had several boxes to return and these were accepted even despite the fact we left packing materials in them which they said they would dispose of. A very good firm with good service values.
