Imagine the stress of moving out of a twenty room house and all the contents amassed over the course of seven years, and into two separate properties (including plants and garden furniture) and all on the same day. This was quite a project! From the moment we first met with Terry the sales person from Casey’s they took everything in their stride. Advised us on the best plan, when to start packing and which days to move what trucks of items to prepare for which days (it took three including a Sunday). Throughout those three days, the guys that came to move us were prompt, courteous and extremely strong!! Where we were confused and tired, they were calm and organised. Nothing was too much trouble and by the end of moving day every piece of furniture was in the right place in the right house and we could breathe a sigh of relief. AMAZING team.

So happy with how my move went. Terry came a gave me a quote, a lovely man, explained everything to me. Reassured me about my move. Once booked, I was constantly popping into the office (was near my home) to collect boxes and bubble wrap. The girls are all so lovely, friendly and reassuring. On the day the guys turned up on time and loaded up the van quickly and efficiently. They were very nice, polite and friendly. Any fragile items I couldn’t pack, Terry packed carefully with blankets and the correct materials. Once we arrived at the new property everything was unloaded and put into the correct rooms. Beds, wardrobes etc dismantled and then reassembled. I really couldn’t fault Casey’s Removals, they really gave a first class service. I would highly recommend them. I have 1 more move in the future and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Casey’s all the way. Well done guys.

I can't rate Casey's Removals highly enough - from the initial meeting with their salesman, the contacts in their offices in Beckenham to the removal itself. All the staff I had contact with were friendly, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They turned what could have been a difficult and stressful to day to one that was actually pretty easy! I phoned the offices a couple of times afterwards and again had the same friendly, efficient and professional services as before and during the move. I would thoroughly recommend Casey's Removals and would definitely use them again.

Although they were not the cheapest, they were well worth the extra money. I had quotes from other companies that were several hundred pounds less but negative reviews of the other companies put me off. The amount of extra work that they did and the salesman said they would do, easily made up for the extra costs. They packed everything well and made sure fragile items were packed carefully and nothing was broken or missing. They did everything they said they would and I did not have to pack or box any of the large items such as lamps or TV's. They took apart all the beds and furtniture and rebuilt them at the new house which made a big difference for us as it meant we just had to unpack all the boxes. It started to rain at one point and they called in another guy to help finish it quicker, which meant they started at 8am and packed everything, moved to the new house and unpacked into the right rooms by 4pm on the same day. Overall I was very impressed and glad I chose them to do the move as it made it as stress free as a home move can be.

Casey's Removals were a brilliant removal firm.  We had a very complicated move and a moving date that kept changing.  I was able to change the moving date with them numerous times and we ended up giving Casey's only 36 hours notice and they were able to accommodate us.  The staff handled everything without fuss or complaint.  They were professional, super quick, friendly and very flexible.  I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who needed a removal firm. All I can say is thank you for making it so easy during a very stressful time.  What a great find.

I cannot fault this company at all they were professional from the first phone call. Communication was excellent and all people involved were very professional! All our items were packed carefully and placed in labeled boxes , great at the other end do we knew exactly where everything was going. Furniture was handled with care and dismantled and re-mantled where needed! The removal me were very polite, not one swear word very comical to watch but worked very hard indeed! I would recommend to anyone who asks they are a great company with a good reputation I'm pleased I found them for my move as it went very smoothly without any hassle!

Moving 96 miles away along with 5 children and pets was a daunting task, so much so that self pack and friends help, van hires and so forth was not going to cut it. in comes Google, rung a few different company's for quotes, 2 quotes just seemed stupidly cheap we had 5 to chose in total, with 2 out the window I went on how the removal quotation was carried out, from this initial meeting Casey's stood out, nothing seemed to be a problem, only company who offered disconnection and reconnection of white goods and the sales person was not at all pushy and was rather helpfull with some suggestions to help us prior to booking anything. Casey's was not the cheapest ( like I said above I feel you get what you pay for!) they were also not the most expensive, the quote just seemed fair for the work that was to be carried out.  Booking our removals was easy, a phone call on the Sunday, email received on the Monday and we were booked in with 2 weeks to go to the move. We opted for the packing service, was worth every single penny, friendly  chaps turned up with boxes, so much packing paper tape etc and away he commenced, every single item was packed with the same care be it a china  plate to a bag of flour in the cupboard, boxes labeled  clearly and stacked to one side to enable us to move freely. Next day was move day a Sunday, our team arrived introduced themselves and literally got stuck in, 2 hours later our 4 bed house was safely packed in a van and we were ready to go, mattress, sofas the tv and even my coachbuilt pram were safely wrapped prior to leaving the house,everything was smooth the other end, sofas that I did not think would go into the room due to space restrictions went in perfectly and not a single piece of damage to anything, beds were re assembled, white goods connected as promised the care taken was second to none. The only argument on the day was my husband not being able to decide where anything should go and asking me.. A totally stress free weekend with excellent service from initial quote to us waving the team off at the end of their very busy day. Thank you Caseys's and team for a positive removals service.

Casey's were absolutely fantastic. The guys arrived early but waited outside until I went out. They were all very polite and friendly. They worked very hard without a single complaint or bad word. We have a lot of potted plants, some very large and heavy but all were moved carefully and without issue.
We had them pack up all our kitchen and it was done very carefully and wrapped extremely well.
On arrival at the new property they took time not only to look around the house and ask where things were going but also to ask and make suggestions about the location and orientation of furniture. Even if some things made it more work for them they happily suggested it would be better to do it that way.
They disassembled and reassembled several large items including a large wardrobe and a king sized bed. This was all done carefully and put together exactly as it had been.
The price was also very competitive. I had three other qoutes and they were the same or cheaper than any of the others.
I would highly recommend them and have already done so to many friends.

Casey's were very good. From the time of the initial sales visit they were very helpful and answered all my questions however daft.
They dealt with loading and unloading with good humour and tried to resolve any issues they came across. 
They helped make the day less stressful as they are the experts at moving day and I would definitely use them again.  
I was recommended them by a friend and I think that lots of people I have recommended them to will be using them in the future.

From the point of receiving a quote to moving the service was excellent. We went for the packing service which was well worth the extra money. Packers arrived early the day before. Worked tirelessly to pack everything up and the quality of packing and care taken was exceptional. The removal team arrived early and had everything loaded by mid-day. Upon arrival at the new house the team had already made friends with our new neighbors as the van cut across their drive. I found the whole team polite and very helpful. They soon had the van emptied, beds and wardrobes put back together and washing machine connected. As already stated the service was excellent, there’s not much more I can add other than to say well done, a great service from a local company.

Casey's really were excellent! I had seriously underestimated the amount of work involved in moving the contents of a three bed house where I had lived for 25 years and was well behind schedule on the day of completion when the Casey's guys turned up. They were quick, careful and courteous and just got on with it. They left at 1.00 and had moved everything into my new house by 5.00pm. Nothing damaged or broken and everything in the right room. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

The team arrived on time and quickly loaded the van. Only one problem, could not find the small backpack that had my sat nav in. They assured me it hand not been loaded. One of the team lent me their sat nav for my journey. On unloading, the bag was found, in the van!
Unloading went smoothly and everything was put where it was wanted.
Team members were pleasant and helpful at all times.
A few days after the move, I noticed a rose plant given by friends, was missing. I put it in a black bucket for the journey, I have the bucket but cannot find the rose. Not unduly worried.

We moved standard 3 bed plus small to large tools and equipment we accumulated over our working life, which included cast iron press etc.. The estimate was highly competitive in price and removal team was extremely organised, efficient and hard working, our move went as smooth as we hoped for if not better..! With situations such as having a small child around, parking issue and bad weather, things could have gone difficult easily but they dealt with every situation with a smile and humour, we cannot thank the team enough. Highly recommended!

In preparing to move, I got 3 quotes and Casey's were the most favourable and compared like for like with the other 2. I opted for the full pack and move service and delighted I did. The chaps that turned up were pleasant and worked at a pace. They then appeared at 6:30 the following morning 300 miles North at my new home. Again unpacked the lorry and placed boxes in the appropriate rooms, reassembled everything they had dismantled and again did all this with good spirit and pace. I eventually unpacked everything and was amazed at how well packed it all was. Not even as much as a chip or a mark on anything. I cannot recommend Casey's highly enough. From estimate and quote through the entire process, an absolute delight to deal with!! Well done the Casey's team!!

I was delighted with the work done by Casey's Removals who undertook to move me from the south of England to Scotland, no mean feat! They arrived to pack for me the day before and were punctual, thorough, fastidious and professional while remaining positive and friendly. They checked continuously with me and were very reassuring when I had a question. I could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone, they made what might have been a stressful occasion into a very straight forward undertaking for me. My experience of them unloading at the other end was done expertly, quickly and efficiently, and all done with great good humour especially after the long drive they had undertaken. I particularly appreciated the input from Bruno, who was reliable, helpful, friendly and very good at his job.

A big ‘thank you’ to Casey’s Removals for brilliant service. An inspection from Terry and his advice gave us the confidence to book them for our move. The team were thoroughly professional, accommodating, courteous - the packaging, careful and brilliant - on the day the lift at the property was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor, but no problem, the team brought along an hydraulic crane ( very impressive ) and made it all so easy! I had to organise a removal company at last minute notice as my exchange and completion dates changed and the original company I had booked were unavailable. The office team were extremely accommodating as I waited for confirmation of the new moving date. I actually called them whilst I was in A&E and they couldn't have been more helpful. They held onto a date for me until the very last minute. Being local, meant I could pop over to the office to get all the boxes I needed, and these were sold to me at a discounted rate and added to the final bill. On the moving day, the team arrived on time, they were friendly and professional. They chatted to my daughter before she went to school, and made it feel like an exciting day for her. They quickly went through the house, and loaded up the truck. The dismantled all the beds and the dining table. They were mindful of my pet and were very professional throughout the day. They used blankets and packed the truck with extreme care. Nothing was damaged in the move. They unloaded the house and re-assembled the beds and table. There were no hidden extras or costs. I couldn't have asked for a friendlier and efficient team. They made moving a very stress free feat.It made the day go well. I would use them again in a heartbeat. It was nice to use a local firm too.
