Our experience with Casey's was superb. They provided all of our boxes at a discount price (we packed ourselves) and were helpful with all of our questions and concerns. On the day they were extremely polite and helpful. We were moving out of a third floor flat with no lift. They had no complaints but got straight on with the job. The three guys lugged all the items down the stairs all morning, ensuring that we were out of the flat in good time. They were careful with all our items, dismantling our large wardrobe and double bed with care. When we arrived at the new property they checked exactly where we wanted each item and box. They also reassembled the items carefully in the chosen rooms. They unloaded all of our items with great speed giving us lots of time in the afternoon to unpack the boxes and enjoy our new home! Overall, their good humour and professionalism made the whole day so much easier. Thank you Casey's!

Casey's removals were recommended to us by a relative who was very happy with their service when she moved home. Moving is very stressful and it makes everything a whole lot better when the removal company is reliable. We found Casey's removal guys friendly,polite and very patient. They had a long wait with the transaction and did not complain. We were very happy with their service and would recommend Casey's removals to anyone wishing to move and have one less stress to worry about. Reasonably priced and reliable.

We recently used Casey's to pack and move us from East Dulwich SE22 to Catford SE6. Very reasonably priced, they weren't the cheapest but the price wasn't subject to other charges so we knew it would be all we had to pay. Great team of guys - plenty of them too. One guy arrived the day before and packed away everything into boxes he brought - well worth the extra to save the hassle. They arrived the next day when they said they would, packed two large vans and waited at the property for two hours until keys were released, after which more men arrived and we were soon unpacked. No complaints and would recommended for others!!

Our move was within Kingston upon Thames in May 2015. Initially we got three different quotes. Two of them were quite similar in price, one was significantly more expensive. We made a decision in favour of Casey's Removals based on the overall impression and price. In general, we were very pleased with the speed and professionalism of Casey's staff during our removal. We didn't have any damage or misplaced items. Also, we liked the fact that the number of staff was adjusted on each of the three days of packing, removal and delivery. A small hick-up in terms of the paperwork was dealt with quickly. I have no hesitation to recommend them to customers in South West London, Surrey and Kent.

When Terry came to assess our home removal requirements and give us a quote for the event, he gave us advice on the preparation for removal of our furniture and belongings, the procedures for the day of removals and was very reassuring. The 3 guys who arrived on the day to carry out the removal and delivery of our furniture to our new home were extremely hard working and respectful of our belongings. I cannot praise the guys enough for all their hard work and safe transfer of our furniture and belongings. I would certainly recommend Casey's Removals.

Our recent house move was absolutely brilliant mostly due to the hard work done by the guys at Caseys. We were told that we could live as normal up to the day before our move. This was prettyuch the case. I can not praise the guys enough from the packing the day before to having to carry all of our stuff over a bridge to our new home as the lorry couldn't get it over it. Not once did they complain. They were complete stars. We moved from London to East Sussex with ease.

AlMKCaseys were very flexible bearing in mind we gave them slightly over a weeks notice of our move. Not sure how competitive they are price wise as we didn't get a comparison quote but the price seems reasonable.
On the day of the move the team arrived dead on time and before we knew it they were running well ahead of schedule, ie we were still packing..

the guys were very gracious in that we were holding them up and helpfully provided some extra boxes and tape to help speed things up.

My only niggle would be that as I guess most people the move are private individuals it would be a bit more transparent to provide quotes inc VAT as we had to call up and check whether VAT was included or not. So obviously the price was 20% higher than the price given by the sales rep at the time

Otherwise fantastic and 100% recommend.

I was so impressed with the team from Casey's. They were bang on time, and really friendly to deal with. Everything was wrapped and packed safely, and they did a great job disassembling then reassembling our large sofa and king-size bed. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they placed every box and item where we asked. Our vendors were actually two hours late leaving our new property, but the team were happy to wait. 
The three of them were brilliant, and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier - almost enjoyable. Thank you Casey's!

I chose Casey's as they were recommended by a friend of a friend. As there are so many companies it is hard to decide. First impressions were good so I booked for 19th June. The 3 guys arrived just after 8 am as promised and after a quick look around they got to work. They told me where they would start and what was going on the lorry last. They worked their socks off on a very warm June morning and before I new it we were on the move. The guys were very polite and professional and only stopped for a drink and then got straight back to work. My furniture was going into storage on a temporary basis so we did not have to wait for keys etc. At the other end the guys again worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend Casey's removals.

I can't rate Casey's Removals highly enough - from the initial meeting with their salesman, the contacts in their offices in Beckenham to the removal itself. All the staff I had contact with were friendly, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They turned what could have been a difficult and stressful to day to one that was actually pretty easy! I phoned the offices a couple of times afterwards and again had the same friendly, efficient and professional services as before and during the move. I would thoroughly recommend Casey's Removals and would definitely use them again.

Although they were not the cheapest, they were well worth the extra money. I had quotes from other companies that were several hundred pounds less but negative reviews of the other companies put me off. The amount of extra work that they did and the salesman said they would do, easily made up for the extra costs. They packed everything well and made sure fragile items were packed carefully and nothing was broken or missing. They did everything they said they would and I did not have to pack or box any of the large items such as lamps or TV's. They took apart all the beds and furtniture and rebuilt them at the new house which made a big difference for us as it meant we just had to unpack all the boxes. It started to rain at one point and they called in another guy to help finish it quicker, which meant they started at 8am and packed everything, moved to the new house and unpacked into the right rooms by 4pm on the same day. Overall I was very impressed and glad I chose them to do the move as it made it as stress free as a home move can be.

Casey's Removals were a brilliant removal firm.  We had a very complicated move and a moving date that kept changing.  I was able to change the moving date with them numerous times and we ended up giving Casey's only 36 hours notice and they were able to accommodate us.  The staff handled everything without fuss or complaint.  They were professional, super quick, friendly and very flexible.  I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who needed a removal firm. All I can say is thank you for making it so easy during a very stressful time.  What a great find.

I cannot fault this company at all they were professional from the first phone call. Communication was excellent and all people involved were very professional! All our items were packed carefully and placed in labeled boxes , great at the other end do we knew exactly where everything was going. Furniture was handled with care and dismantled and re-mantled where needed! The removal me were very polite, not one swear word very comical to watch but worked very hard indeed! I would recommend to anyone who asks they are a great company with a good reputation I'm pleased I found them for my move as it went very smoothly without any hassle!

Moving 96 miles away along with 5 children and pets was a daunting task, so much so that self pack and friends help, van hires and so forth was not going to cut it. in comes Google, rung a few different company's for quotes, 2 quotes just seemed stupidly cheap we had 5 to chose in total, with 2 out the window I went on how the removal quotation was carried out, from this initial meeting Casey's stood out, nothing seemed to be a problem, only company who offered disconnection and reconnection of white goods and the sales person was not at all pushy and was rather helpfull with some suggestions to help us prior to booking anything. Casey's was not the cheapest ( like I said above I feel you get what you pay for!) they were also not the most expensive, the quote just seemed fair for the work that was to be carried out.  Booking our removals was easy, a phone call on the Sunday, email received on the Monday and we were booked in with 2 weeks to go to the move. We opted for the packing service, was worth every single penny, friendly  chaps turned up with boxes, so much packing paper tape etc and away he commenced, every single item was packed with the same care be it a china  plate to a bag of flour in the cupboard, boxes labeled  clearly and stacked to one side to enable us to move freely. Next day was move day a Sunday, our team arrived introduced themselves and literally got stuck in, 2 hours later our 4 bed house was safely packed in a van and we were ready to go, mattress, sofas the tv and even my coachbuilt pram were safely wrapped prior to leaving the house,everything was smooth the other end, sofas that I did not think would go into the room due to space restrictions went in perfectly and not a single piece of damage to anything, beds were re assembled, white goods connected as promised the care taken was second to none. The only argument on the day was my husband not being able to decide where anything should go and asking me.. A totally stress free weekend with excellent service from initial quote to us waving the team off at the end of their very busy day. Thank you Caseys's and team for a positive removals service.

Casey's were absolutely fantastic. The guys arrived early but waited outside until I went out. They were all very polite and friendly. They worked very hard without a single complaint or bad word. We have a lot of potted plants, some very large and heavy but all were moved carefully and without issue.
We had them pack up all our kitchen and it was done very carefully and wrapped extremely well.
On arrival at the new property they took time not only to look around the house and ask where things were going but also to ask and make suggestions about the location and orientation of furniture. Even if some things made it more work for them they happily suggested it would be better to do it that way.
They disassembled and reassembled several large items including a large wardrobe and a king sized bed. This was all done carefully and put together exactly as it had been.
The price was also very competitive. I had three other qoutes and they were the same or cheaper than any of the others.
I would highly recommend them and have already done so to many friends.

Casey's were very good. From the time of the initial sales visit they were very helpful and answered all my questions however daft.
They dealt with loading and unloading with good humour and tried to resolve any issues they came across. 
They helped make the day less stressful as they are the experts at moving day and I would definitely use them again.  
I was recommended them by a friend and I think that lots of people I have recommended them to will be using them in the future.

From the point of receiving a quote to moving the service was excellent. We went for the packing service which was well worth the extra money. Packers arrived early the day before. Worked tirelessly to pack everything up and the quality of packing and care taken was exceptional. The removal team arrived early and had everything loaded by mid-day. Upon arrival at the new house the team had already made friends with our new neighbors as the van cut across their drive. I found the whole team polite and very helpful. They soon had the van emptied, beds and wardrobes put back together and washing machine connected. As already stated the service was excellent, there’s not much more I can add other than to say well done, a great service from a local company.

Casey's really were excellent! I had seriously underestimated the amount of work involved in moving the contents of a three bed house where I had lived for 25 years and was well behind schedule on the day of completion when the Casey's guys turned up. They were quick, careful and courteous and just got on with it. They left at 1.00 and had moved everything into my new house by 5.00pm. Nothing damaged or broken and everything in the right room. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

The team arrived on time and quickly loaded the van. Only one problem, could not find the small backpack that had my sat nav in. They assured me it hand not been loaded. One of the team lent me their sat nav for my journey. On unloading, the bag was found, in the van!
Unloading went smoothly and everything was put where it was wanted.
Team members were pleasant and helpful at all times.
A few days after the move, I noticed a rose plant given by friends, was missing. I put it in a black bucket for the journey, I have the bucket but cannot find the rose. Not unduly worried.
