I used this company recently and they were fantastic.

The office were understanding when I kept changing the removal date because the exchange of contracts was delayed.

I exchanged and completed in 2 days - so hadn't done everything i'd hoped and the guys just got stuck in, helped with extra boxes when required, were friendly and worked solidly all day. They took wardrobes apart when they wouldn't fit and disconnected and reconnected appliances. Can't fault them.

Thanks guys - you took a lot if the stress out of the day for me.

Casey’s helped us move in July this year from a flat on the second floor to a house. Two blokes arrived well early, and to our surprise two more arrived a little while later. They immediately started on the packing and moving in a systematic manner. We could not fault them. Everything went smoothly. They were fast moving, experienced, organised, happy, motivated, professional, tidy – making it a stress-free day. With a two-year-old running around, Casey’s staff were patient and worked around him effortlessly. We were all finished by 1pm. Casey’s were not the best priced, though not expensive either, but we picked them on reputation rather than price. Very impressed. Splendid service all round. .

Casey's is definitely a recommendation for removals. Their staff was friendly, competent and capable. We opted to pack our own stuff, but it was still handled carefully and the result was a successful pick up in the morning and delivery in the afternoon (I would estimate that we have about 8000 pounds/3500 kg. The removals team were great even though they had to move a lot of books! The only quibble I might would have is that I felt the price was a little steep for a one-day/across-town move. But I would encourage anyone needing a removals company to at consider Casey's for you move. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Casey's did our move in December 2015. They were brilliant throughout. The quote was straightforward, they fitted us in even though they were busy and we weren't sure of our dates until the day before.

They packed for us which was great. Everything was handled carefully and efficiently. They worked very hard and were finished early as a result.

They turned up exactly on time during the move, got everything sorted within a couple of hours and even went the extra mile by picking up an extra piece of furniture from a second location nearby (which turned out to be a bit of hassle!) with no complaints.

They unloaded even quicker and took away a couple of bits at the end. They were great from start to finish and I would recommend them unreservedly.

We recently used Casey's for a local move in SE London. All the staff we dealt with were extremely courteous and helpful, both over the phone and in person. The quote we received was exactly what we were charged, there were no hidden extras. The crew on the day were excellent - prompt, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They covered floors and took care with our more delicate items. We had 4 men load the truck and an extra 2 helped unload which made for a smooth, slick move. I would highly recommend them, they helped to make our moving day as calm and straightforward as possible.

I procrastinated a long time before decided to invest in professional removers rather than trying to hire and van. Friends said I wouldn't regret it and I didn't. I used Casey's for my house move from Beckenham to nr Maidenhead.

On the day the team turned up bright and early, they were friendly and helpful; they dismantled any furniture where needed and ensured all mirrors/pictures were safely ensconced in cardboard before loading. The van was packed up by around 10am (I'd already boxed all belongings). At the other end all belongings were unloaded, reassembled and positioned into a location of choice and they were off again by 2.30pm.

I couldn't fault the service I received both from the office and the team on the day.

We contacted Casey's Removals on a personal recommendation on 12 February. Their representative called by appointment next day to give us an estimate, which we accepted on the spot, and paid a deposit, and the removal took place on 16 February. Two men arrived as arranged at 8.30am, packed all our loose belongings into 23 cardboard cases, and transported them and most of our furniture to our fourth floor flat about a mile away. The men were unable to use the very small lift except for the smallest items. Some large pieces of furniture had to be taken to a storage facility in Putney, an hour's drive away, and this was done quickly and the whole operation was completed by 2.30pm. The two men were pleasant, helpful, courteous and efficient. We could not have asked for a better service.

We had a complex move out of our house and back again nearly a year later with furniture and some stuff going into storage and the rest to rented accommodation. A new neighbour had recommended Caseys and our previous experience of moving in where furniture and paintwork were damaged and they were still moving us in at 3am meant that we needed a change!

Caseys were great. Speedy, helpful, nothing broken, barely a dust mark on the new paintwork and nothing was too much trouble. Such a contrast with our previous experience. Would recommend them to anyone!

Cost below is just for packing moving back including things out of storage. We also had similar costs for moving out and had ten months storage.

Casey's were competitive on price and we were very happy with the service provided on our move from a 4 bed house in Greater London to Kent. The team arrived promptly and worked diligently. I was relieved that we eventually chose to use their packing service which made the move much easier especially when it came to packing up the loft. All out items were packed with care and they disconnected and reconnected our appliances as agreed. They even helped move some of the furniture that was left by our vendor to other rooms in the new house. Based on our previous experience we would happily use Caseys should we ever move again.

I've always used Casey's for 4-5 house moves now. Always prompt, efficient and friendly. I'll be using them again. House move was into Big Yellow - crew did an excellent job fitting it all in. Was able to pay by debit card over the phone which saved having to go to a cashpoint.

I contacted Casey’s removals after perusing their site which was clear and user friendly.

 

Their follow up from my initial enquiry was speedy and they clearly have processes in place to best suit the customer. A site visit from Steve in sales was completed the next day and followed up only a couple of hours later with a full quote. He is a top man delivering a really good and informative service.

The team that was sent to complete the job was appropriate as far as a staffing compliment is concerned. They arrived punctually and completed their tasks on time. The lead was a competent and clearly experienced gentleman. Unfortunately my ability to remember a name is only possible when I can refer to a business card left. The Polish gentleman referred to was an absolute working machine is full control and you should hope to have him on board should you use this commendable company.

I have singled out a couple of the staff but I don’t have a bad word to say about any of them who were fantastic. They had questions but showed initiative clearly using their own experience and good thought. All those I dealt with along the way clearly enjoy working for this company and their honesty and commitment to the company says something.

I was impressed at the quick turnaround as I had arranged this removal at short notice and then for it to be completed to precision is hugely appreciated. I have no doubt that I will use Casey’s Removals in the future and would recommend them without hesitation!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team that were responsible for the packing and removal of our home last week.  Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt they went above and beyond what others would have stopped at.  No breakages,no damages, nothing missing, and despite bucketing rain, there was a lot of laughter and good humour.  I'm amazed at how this part of moving home was so stress free. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone Also, the girls in the office were brilliant too - very helpful and kind. Top marks to all concerned. (this website does not give sufficient choices for where you moved from and to).

I found Caseys extremely helpful  , they delivered the items unharmed and were able to built/rebuild items I didn't think were possible. The customer services was excellent and I can not recommend this company enough. The movers themselves completed well within time and were helpful and considerate as well as happy to work with us on our move. We ended up not being able to move the same day and Casey were more than happy to help us in our awful situation. They supplied the same movers and they were able to move us in quickly and efficiently.

Great service. Team from Caseys took exceptional care, checked with me on anything they weren't certain about and got on with the job quickly and without fuss. All in all a great job and very satisfied. My moving date got delayed but this caused no isues at all. The team arrived at 9 am on SUNDAY as requested, packed everything & came back the next day to collect the last few things and then drive to our new home. The team were friendly & polite all day even when moving the few large pieces of furniture out of our victorian house.  On arriving at the new house they quickly unloaded put back together the furniture they had dismantled & left everything in good order. We still have a few boxes left to open but so far no breakages. Price wise they were noticably cheaper than the national options.

I visited the store beforehand in putney and bought some boxes to begin the packing myself. The removal van arrived early and they quickly movedthe boxes I had packed, took down the bed and had cleared the flat in about 2 hours. This included packing up some stuff that I hadn't packed yet. This was all undertaken professionally. They then parked up outside my new palce until the exchange/completion went through and then moved all the boxes into the coreect rooms for me to unpack later.
 
The whole service went smoothly and I have no complaints. Whilsts it is a lot more expensive than hiring a man with a white van - it was a less stressful and definately worth it.

Excellent service from booking through to actual removal with friendly, professional staff who couldn't do enough to help us through the process. The removal personnel on the day were so polite, personable and helpful it took the stress out of the day. Not the cheapest but that's for good reason - no breakages, timely, etc - Delighted with the service we received and my daughter will be using Casey's for her removal next week too. Can't recommend this company enough and that's unusual these days!!
