I was going to shop around to find the best quote but after the visit of the representative of Casey's removals I didn't shop around. He gave me a good price plus the level of service I would receive. On the day of moving I was nervous and anxious of the stress I was about to go through. When the removal guys arrived they were friendly and put my mind at rest straight away. They treated my contents with care and always asked questions about what I'm taking and what's staying. Loaded up quickly and then on our way. Got keys and they were there already. When unloading asking where we wanted items to be put. Big thanks to them guys nothing broken. I must Amit it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Stress free. Thanks again to all.

Casey's removals arrived promptly early on the Sunday morning before my move the next day. With minimal instruction they had the 'quite full' house cleared within a couple of hours. I was concerned that even with a large van that everything would fit. These guys really know what they are doing. I had a number of delicate and unusual items that needed careful handling and they really did take extra care to look after my precious items and kindly re-packaged some pieces that perhaps I'd not packed so well. Next day the final things were cleared and they were off to my new place. Completion of the house purchase was delayed, so they had to wait a couple of extra hours for me to turn up but they were straight to work, no grumbles. Yet again they just need a quick tour of the house to know what went where and I just let them get in on with it. They needed very little instruction and seemed to work so intuitively that where they placed key items is where they will remain. They didn't just 'move my things' they actually thought about where I might want them to be long term. Items that needed to be dismantled where magically back in one piece with no fuss. My previous removal experience with a VERY WELL KNOWN removal company was a disaster, so I was a bit worried, but I can honestly say that my experience of Casey's Removals was like 'night and day' by comparison. Wonderful service from Steve and his fantastic team throughout! Two weeks on and I am delighted I chose Casey's for my move. Thanks so much.

We used Casey’s to move from Beckenham to Bromley and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother service, the initial quotation was very informative and the estimator really put our minds at ease, the girls in the office were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and the removal crew themselves were just amazing, hardworking a polite, we couldn’t believe they moved our 3 bed house so quickly the furniture was taken apart and put back together again perfectly and there was no issues at all. We were very anxious moving from a 2 bed flat to our own house with 2 toddlers. The visit from Terry prior to moving was very reassuring. We decided to pay for packing and moving to save ourselves the minimum of stress. With so many other worries, including changes to completion day, mortgage monies not clearing till the last minute and not forgetting that we were in the middle of a lockdown, the move itself couldn’t have been in better hands. We’d especially like to thank Mark and the other guys for their hard work and patience on the day of the move. Everything came over, nothing missing and nothing broken. Brilliant.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: £1740

We moved on 08 March from Beckenham to Keston - about seven miles from a two-bed flat to a similar property. Booking was on-line during the lockdown and the experience was fine with no surprises. The team arrived promptly on the morning of the move and completed the job quickly. There was some slight damage (scratching and chipping) to a couple of items in transit but the team took care and fragile items all arrived safely. Our experience overall was good. This was the second time we've used Casey's and we would be happy to do so again.

Had full packing service which I would highly recommend! Guys turned up on day one and packed everything including garden equipment plants pots etc. They treated our things with care and professionalism and nothing was too much trouble. They returned on day two to complete the move and were as polite and helpful despite moving from a large three bedroom home to a small cottage. I really cannot recommend them highly enough as they worked tirelessly to ensure all furniture came in through narrow doors and hallways with maximum concern about marking walls and furniture.

I would not hesitate in recommending them as these guys are the best !

We used Casey's for our move from Bromley to Reading. We were very pleased and impressed with the service, throughout all stages of the process. The crew were polite and were very efficient with the packing, amazing how quickly they got through everything! All items were very well packed and boxes well labelled which made the unpacking easier the other end. We had quite a delay in picking up keys on completion day due to an issue up the chain, which meant additional drivers needed to be dispatched due to HGV hours being reached and the return distance, however the crew ensured all our contents were moved into the new house that day despite it being a much later finish than expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Casey’s again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: £2100

We hired Casey’s for a local move from Addiscombe to Woodside. Turned up nice and early in the morning, packed everything into the lorry promptly and went on their way to wait for completion. Everything was then unloaded at the far end, and anything that didn’t have a clear room to go to they asked where we wanted it and where to put it.

Only minor gripes, we were harried a few times over when we would have keys (out of our hands as we were waiting for legal completion) and there were some issues hooking up the washing machine (this was OK) but this distraction meant that the dishwasher was forgotten and not hooked up.

Overall it was a great service and would definitely recommend for a local service.

Two weeks ago the team at Casey's moved us from South London to Hertfordshire. It was as stressfree a moving experience as I have ever had, thanks to the professional, efficient and friendly team at Casey's. Owing to my flat being on the third floor, without a lift, the team brought in a hoist on a lorry and took all our stuff out through the balcony directly into the van three floors below. They then moved and packed all our possesions into storage at the other end. Our storage unit looked like a full tetris puzzle, not an inch of space wasted. FANTASTIC! We will hire them again to take our belongings from storage to our new home when it is ready. Thank you to Magic, and the team. You really were magic! ;-) Rachel and Andrew.

I booked with Casey's as I thought they were a reputable company I could trust. I was booking for a piano removal to a neighbour but found out that they would be away so couldn't take delivery on the date. I emailed as soon as I found out and tried calling after the weekend. Given this was Christmas the office was unmanned and the phone went unanswered - I totally understand this.

Having finally got through the the office on the morning of the removal I was told that it was not possible to move my removal by 10 days as I they had already got the team in and I was cancelling with no notice - despite emailing and calling prior. I asked about a reduced rate to rebook but was told this was not possible. The woman on the phone inisisted I had made no effort to contact them, accusing me essentially of lying despite me having evidence of making attempts to contact them.

Competely awful customer service and disappointing lack of flexibility in trying to come up with a solution to the issue given the festive period created difficulties on both sides. I thought I was getting a reputable company, what I got was the most unprofessional experience I have ever received. Avoid at all costs!

Alan, Chris and Stuart arrived bang on time and were packed up in no time. They also packed up the fragile items (TV/mirrors/pictures). I was in a third floor flat with no lift and the three of them did not stop. When I arrived at my new address, they were waiting, got everything unloaded really quickly and missed a massive downpour! They were helpful, professional, efficient and went above and beyond what might have been expected of them, making what could have been a really stressful day so much easier. Overall, an outstanding service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Casey’s based on my experience.

Professional and stress free service from initial quotation visit to completion. Very friendly and helpful team, nothing was too much trouble, all our needs met and expectations exceeded. Any queries or concerns were addressed immediately throughout the process.

Took advantage of their Packing Service and very glad we did, everything packed with great care and attention to detail. Very impressed with personal service provided.

Also helped to relocate very large items already in situ in our new home. Altogether a faultless transition and would highly recommend.

Really helpful and professional company. We moved house with 2 young children so also had the packing service. Very efficient - turned up the day before the move to pack everything in advance but were careful to ensure we had everything we needed for our final night in the house. Then returned the next morning and had everything dismantled and loaded into the van within a couple of hours. Were very patient even though we didn't complete until late afternoon. Unloaded the truck and reassembled furniture for us so we didn't have the hassle of building beds etc for the kids after a long day. Made the physical part of the move stress free. Would recommend.
