Bolt Removals were frankly amazing from start to finish. From the initial visit, quote and information pack, to the packing boxes and packing material, ongoing dialogue as completion dates changing to the move day itself. Now to the move, the guys turned up bang on time ordered logistics for the day and were incredibly polite and professional. The stress of the of day got pretty hectic due to vendor's solicitor being worse than useless...and finally receiving keys 3 hours later than we should have. Bolt Removals were patient and professional throughout when we arrived to find the vendor had only half moved out! I myself worked for 2 hours helping the vendor move the last of his unpacked 'stuff' out while Bolt worked around him! The guys were superb throughout and finished the job in the dark, again polite, professional and good humoured which is everything yiu need on a stressful move day. Couldn't rate Bolt more highly!

This was the first time we'd been in the middle of the chain, and it can be the most stressful time. My wife and I were worrying as everything that could go wrong, did go wrong and we were delayed. The only thing that was perfect about our moving day was Julian and his team at Bolt Removals. They are a professional, polite and organised team and they did everything they could to make moving house easy.

Julian's assessment of our needs was accurate as we did need two of his vans. They packed everything very efficiently, and even after the long delay in getting the new keys, they were patient but quick in moving us in.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent service.

These guys had been superb from beginning to end. Due to covid we had a video call to have a quote which was extraordinary reasonable. And on the day they arrived early at 8:30am and professionally packed my home into the van. And then the carnage began….When we arrived at our new home we found out the previous owners drove away the keys, and didn’t have a van booked for 1pm and hadn’t packed anything. The guys were amazing and remained calm during the whole process and rallied around even helping to sweep the floor ( as it was a mess) and even assisted in moving the previous owners belongings and mess out of the house. We eventually moved in and the guys stayed for the duration and supported us through a horrific ordeal. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I have used Bolt Removals three times in the last 7 years. For each move I have been impressed with their care and attention and desire to leave me as a client, feeling “delighted” with the experience.

Each time I have moved I have compared Bolt’s pricing with others and have always found them to be competitive and given their high level of customer service - there was only decision for me to take.

When things go wrong, Bolt have always been driven to address the problem swiftly and to my satisfaction.

Moving home is stressful - using Bolt for the move made this aspect the least stressful element of my last move.

Bolt removals were AMAZING! From the initial quotation, to communication through the process they were friendly professional and obviously very experienced. We moved from Cardiff to Shropshire, they turned up with 4 vans, 5 men and were on time on both days. They were helpful, friendly and extremely professional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and they were the most competitive price too.

They made the whole experience stress free and I would definitely use them again in the future and encourage others to do the same.
