Bolt Removals - April 2025 move review

Absolutely exceptional. They packed up our entire house, so efficiently on day 1. Then did the same with furniture day 2 before taking it all to our new property. They were personable, considerate & confident, making our move so much easier & taking the stress away that always comes with moves. Could not recommend more highly.

Fantastic service

Used Bolt for two house moves plus storage, with full packing service. Efficient, courteous, professional and friendly, these guys were excellent from start to finish, ever member of the team, in office and on vans, was absolutely brilliant and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for removal services now.

We booked them to pack and move us. They were great, everything was packed really well and made it to the new property safely. They were polite and really helpful. They put mats down to make sure they didn’t damage the carpet. Everything was put into the right rooms at the new property too. Would definitely use them again

Furniture move

The team were fantastic, very good communication, used videos to give as a quote which was convienient. Valentina scheduled a move with 2 vans at very short notice and the team that moved our things were friendly helpful and careful. I would highly recommend!

After a bit of research and several quotes, we used Bolt to both move our house contents into storage and then from storage several months later into our new home. Superb service.

Removal from Aberporth, west Wales to Cwmbran, east Wales. Arrived bang on time, the guys from Bolt worked ceaselessly, taking care of everything as if it were their own. Can't fault them (which is more than I can say for this website which does not provide a single town within 30 miles of the pick-up village!). Would not hesitate to use them again.

Removal.

The moving was as stress free as possible thanks to the kindness, efficiency and experience of the removal team. From the time Julian gave us his expertise and quote to the last piece of furniture in the new home, I was impressed by the professionalism of the team, they were very helpful, polite and approachable . Adrian and his fellow workers kindly asked where we needed everything to go and dismantle and reassembled wardrobes and tables without any scratch! I would certainly use their service again should I need to. enjoying a cup of coffee whilst they were working (as they suggested) did the trick! It effectively became stress free!
One point: I would recommend asking for special wrapping paper for glassware and plates. I did not particularly needed but it would have been a bonus.

Outstanding service.

We moved from Cardiff to Lincolnshire and packed our own belongings. Bolt gave us a very competitive quote. Communications were great-we had the quote on the same day within hours of the survey, he confirmed all the details by email and texted us when he was one hour from the destination. Mr Popa fitted in with all our requirements for day and timing of the move which included having the move on a weekend and leaving Cardiff on a Saturday morning, which most companies would not. He didn't charge extra for having to wait half an hour for us to arrive at the destination to meet him. He and his colleague worked hard, courteously and cheerfully at all times and treated our belongings with great care. Everything arrived intact. All in all it made the move a pleasurable and easy experience and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Julian and his team have been nothing less than professional, helpful and completely exceeded expectations from the initial stage of the process right through to the end. Bolt Removals not only assisted me in the process but effortlessly made what is usually one of the most stressful periods, a smooth transition from one home to another. They packed each and every item with due care and attention. I have used other companies in the past that simply do not compare to Bolt. Would use this company again and recommend to EVERYONE.

Great Job.

I don’t get stressed over many things but moving house after 27 years it got to me, but Julian and his team did a fantastic job of removing not just my house contents by my worries too
He talked me through everything making it clear what was needed and when. After a long day, he was still asking what else he could do for us

House Removal.

I would like to highly recommend Bolt Removals. Julian Popa and his team were very helpful and professional from the first quotation in the summer 2018 until the last box was in our new country home mid January 2019! The quote remained the same despite the delays in the sale of my house. I needed help with packing at the last minute and this was provided by the company at short notice. All packing and moving was done carefully and achieved within the time stated. They all worked so hard it was brilliant (they hardly paused even for a cup of tea!) Julian was also able to arrange for extra rubbish to be removed from my old house on the following morning. They made a stressful time as easy as possible.
