Bolt were excellent throughout. Customer service during the quote stage was fantastic, with the breakdown of costs clearly explained and absolutely no pressure to accept. The team on the moving day were amazing. On time and efficient, they packed everything up quickly and carefully. Professional throughout, and incredibly kind to me on what was an incredibly difficult day. Unpacking was also seamless, despite a wait for keys and terrible weather - everything put where I wanted, and frequent check-ins on where things should go if it wasn't clear. I would absolutely recommend them!

Bolt were outstanding from start to finish. Great service over the phone and by email in the run-up to moving day, they even added on a couple of late requests with no fuss. On packing day, their two guys were punctual, polite and got on without hassle, packing everything smoothly and quickly. Over a 12-hour moving day, picking up from three locations and moving 60 miles, they were prompt, quick, careful and really nice all day. There was no fuss, no bother and no problems. They got our huge sofa through two difficult doors, took everything to the right rooms and were really lovely with it. Would highly recommend.

We had a short notice change of moving date with it brought forward by a week. The Bolt team were excellent and brought 8 staff on the Saturday to pack and begin to move us within the same village.

The care and support was brilliant considering it was our first move in 35 years.

On the Monday they completed the pack and move in short shrift and we were ready to go early. They were also moving the purchaser so the communications between them really helped.

Cannot thank them all enough for bring calm to a stressful time.

From start to finish they were great.Assessment for moving our 3 bedroom has was conducted over video call and an estimate was received the next day. It was very reasonable and on a par with other local companies that couldn't accommodate our original moving date. The date subsequently changed 3 times but they had no problem in moving our date.

They arrived promptly at 8 in the morning as agreed. The 3 guys who did the move were polite, friendly, and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble.

At the other end, they arrived within 20 minutes of us collecting the keys and had us unloaded promptly.

All in all it was a great service and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Bolt Removals. From the highly competitive quote (that included extras compared with other companies) to the professional, friendly service that was excellent at every stage. Our move was undertaken over two days with a partial packing on day one and full move on day two. The team were careful with fragile items and considerate with our valued items. One point of constructive feedback - items being packed by them could have more detailed labelling on the box. A single K for kitchen led to quite a bit of confusion when there are multiple boxes.

All Bolt staff, from the office to operational were professional, engaging, affable and hard working.
