I have used Best Rate on four separate occasions and I have always received an excellent service. I did not hesitate reusing their service after my first removal. Their rates are quite competitive and the guys who handled my furniture and personal effects have always been professional and caring. The back office staff are equally helpful and prompt with any inquiry. Overall I am fully satisfied with Best Rate and can strongly recommend them for household removal. I have not used their storage service, so I can't comment on this.

We called Best Rate Removals at 10 am to ask how quickly they could remove our possessions from a large house and take everything to a storage. Due to a number of unexpected developments, we had to clear the property on the same day. Many thought that would be impossible but, within hours of the initial call, there were 8 men and several vans at work. They all worked until early hours next morning with only one break until everything was cleared.

In all our dealings with this company we were impressed by their efficiency and good will. I addition to be very friendly and informal, we found everyone always ready to overcome any obstacle and deal with any problem to help their customer.

We certainly recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone looking for removal or storage. We also believe that those running businesses could learn from the way this company is dealing with customers.

Best Rates provided a competitive quote and so we chose them for our move.  The sales team, packers and movers were all very hardworking and did a really good job on the day.  They arrived bang on time to do the move and just got on with the job.  At our new home they went above and beyond to get the sofas onto the first floor and spent significant time and effort getting this done - at no extra cost given it was a fixed quote.  We didn't quite manage to get all our furniture into the van for the initial move so had to do two trips, but we were only moving 20mins away so it wasn't a problem for us.  Thanks for your efforts guys!

I can't fault Best Rate.  They arrived dead on time and carried out a complicated removal from two barns in the depths of Suffolk to an obscure address down a steep track in Shropshire with great professionalism and expertise.  Very careful, very well organised and very polite.  Also the cheapest quote I could find!  Highly recommended. [NB The format of this review site has only a very limited number of Delivery From and Delivery Two options, and these are fields you have to select.  I've chosen Norwich and Exeter more or less at random but the delivery was actually from Hadleigh Suffolk to Bucknell Shropshire].

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Best Rate Removals & Storage.   I am very grateful to have found the company through Removal Reviews.  I contacted Best Rate, because of its high rating and the consistency of excellent reviews.  Best Rate really did provide one of the very best quotes (we evaluated a lot of companies), but ultimately we just felt most comfortable with Best Rate and Ivan, our point of contact.  We also liked that they were willing to enter into a fixed-rate agreement, which took away some of the worry. The workers were very helpful, cooperative, efficient, and professional over the two days (packing and then pick-up & delivery).  We have since unpacked everything and found that all items were carefully wrapped/packaged, and nothing was broken in transit..rarely is that the case, which is a testament to the care the workers took.  We were also pleased that the workers were mindful of the clean carpets in both locations and that no mud or stains were tracked in.  Finally, about a month after the move Best Rate picked-up the boxes and packaging materials for us, which was a tremendous help and greatly appreciated. I  would certainly be happy to use Best Rate Removals & Storage again in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone else that is considering moving.

I booked with Best Rate four days before my move was due. The manager was very helpful and polite. He sorted all the details out pretty quickly and within the hour I had a quote and a confirmation of my booking. On the day of the move, the van arrived early all the way from London. The driver was helpful and friendly, very professional. We got to our destination early, with the items arriving in perfect condition. The driver even offered to give me a lift to the nearest train station after the job was done, as I needed to take a train straight after. Very quick, professional, helpful and with good prices. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I can't express how pleased I am with Best Rate removals. Having never used a professional moving company before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I dealt with Artur in the office primarily through email who was quick to respond to my quote, answer all of questions and worries. On the day, our 2 men and their luton van showed up 15 minutes early and got started straight away. They were quick, efficient and super helpful. They even loaded more stuff into the van than we had put on the inventory as there was heaps of room! As fast as they were packing up, they were just as quick packing everything back into our new property. I am just so so pleased I was able to find a good, reputable removals company with great service and at a great price. They definitely made our move so much easier! Thank you all :).

I have used Best Rate twice and am about to for a third time as their service was second to none and very reasonably priced. We had fragile items they took extra care with. We had a very difficult sofa to take apart and put back together and these guys were tireless and undaunted by anything thrown at them. Everything was packed and removed perfectly, long day to pack and move a 2 bedroom flat and they did it in one go with a great attitude and friendly service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Really efficient, friendly and careful removal service. The two removal men arrived on time and did a fantastic job of loading everything onto the van quickly. They taped up some of the drawers and cupboards in our furniture to keep them in place and did it really carefully, doubling up the tape so that the sticky side didn't touch the furniture - we were very impressed!

The guys worked super hard and only took one very short break, despite our repeated attempts to offer them tea and coffee!!

All in all an excellent service and for a very reasonable price - would recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone.

Wonderful office staff, brilliant, hard working, removals team. Very efficient, patient and helpful throughout a very long day.
Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
They packed everything carefully and were very methodical when loading and unloading their van. They dealt very professionally with the moving of a very heavy pianola.
At the end of a 12 hour day and with the prospect of a 5 hour journey back to base. they were still cheerful and helpful. Superstars all round!!

Best Rate Removals really have the best rate and qoute out there, the difference between other companies was sometimes half the price! I thought I might compromise on service and quality a little bit for such a price but I was very wrong and pleasantly surprised how good the service was.
Based on an hourly rate they gave me an estimate of delivery (3.5 hours) after they checked what items I have, the delivery time ended up 3 hours so they reduced the estimate to reflect the actual delivery time. Also for ease I could pay with card over the phone.
The service was great, prompt arrival, straight to business and no faffing about, the two staff were very polite and friendly. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

The team arrived on both days on time. Because we have a large amount of valuable china, glass, pictures and antique furniture all of which were treated appropriately and moved safely. Bobby, the foreman carefully arranged the disassembling of an 18th c grandfather cock. A barometer containing a tube of mercury was treated with similar care.We felt that nothing was too much trouble.  A large amount of boxes had to be stored on the second floor of our new house which was undertaken without complaint. 
The fixed quote we received was very competive and substantilly lower than some others who quoted.
It was a pleasure to deal with the Best Rate team.

Just had to write about these guys! What an absolute pleasure they were. I had a lot of heavy expensive furniture and these guys led by Bobby were so careful and thorough in their work. Everything arrived to the new house in perfect condition and they positioned all the furniture for me until I was happy where everything went. They were very patient, polite and unlike other removal companies I've worked with in the past, they didn't stop for fag breaks every half hour! They worked non stop until job was done. Extremely professional and they gave me the best rate from 5 other companies I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hi,we moved from london to liverpool a couple weeks ago and I was  a bit worried about the move,because we had a piano that had to go to the first floor.I hired BEST RATE REMOVALS to help me with the move and I was really pleased.The guys took great care of the piano as well as with everything else.The whole move couldn't go smoother.I used BEST RATE REMOVALS for the second time this year and they did a great job just like the first time they moved me.Thanks guys for the hard work.
