I dealt with Ivan to arrange my removal and negotiate a fixed price, which I was very happy with. He was very thorough and really friendly and helpful considering my complex requirements. I had to keep changing the times at the last minute and had two picks ups so needed a detour before the final delivery destination. Ivan was very flexible and accommodating of my complex requirements. He really took the stress out of this laborious job!

The 3 removal men were very nice, polite and very careful with my belongings. They worked extremely hard and could not be faulted in any way. I was really impressed! Ivan even messaged me during the day to see if all was going okay, what great service!

I have already told my friends to contact Best Rate Removals if they ever need to move as they were perfect!

I recently hired Best Rate Removals for my home move from London to Dorset. The level of service I received was quite simply excellent!! The arrangements were smooth, in spite of changing the date and pick-up locations several times, the 2 removals men were extremely helpful, very careful with my belongings, and arrived bang on time. We had a quick turn around from exchange to completion and right from the first point of contact with the office, the service with Best Rate was very professional. I chose to go with the packing and removal service and it was amazing, exactly what I needed to take the stress out of the move. Neliyan and team, worked wonders, all involved were friendly, polite and very hardworking. They packed everything with care and labelled boxes and upon arrival at our new home, they worked diligently and speedily to unload and everything was in the right place for us to take our time and unpack. I found Best Rates Removal online. I was given a very competitive quote, which was extremely helpful, although I had my doubts about 'cheaper than others' service. I was worried there would be a price to pay at the end. I am happy to say that my doubts were unfounded. The service from the initial quote, visit to our house, negotiation and their help to the actual moving and helpfulness of the movers was without faults. I find all staff (on phone and movers) to be very polite and professional, movers hard working and communication with all of them perfect. The company definitely made our day much less stressful as the move went very smoothly with them. I highly recommend Best Rate Removals from my own experience and will for sure use them in future. Thank you to Ivon and Team for making the move so easy. Furniture was picked up on 16/10/14 and put into storage for a few days. The team were very patient with me as I did not have all my packing done on time.  A couple of friends came on the day to help me out to get the rest of my things packed up. 
 Furniture was then delivered to my new home in Gloucester on 21/10/14 and again everything went very smoothly.
I would highly recommend this firm for removals as the service was excellent.

These guys were great - the team was friendly, prompt and reliable. No problems with my move even though it was from an address in London to a remote part of the Scottish Highlands (I've selected Glasgow on the drop-down menu because there was no option for the Highlands). Really can't fault the service I received on this move, which was hassle free (even though I had some reservations due to remote location of drop-off address). I would certainly use them again.

We were very, very pleased with our service from Best Rate Removals. Miro and Ivan were always cautious and careful while loading and unloading, taking care to properly wrap up and secure any pieces of furniture / pictures when required. They also did us the huge favour of agreeing to work an additional 2 hours beyond the hours for which they'd been booked in order to carry out another move of a few surplus pieces of furniture at our last minute request. The move lasted a long 9 hours and they worked tirelessly throughout the whole day, always maintaining the same friendly attitude. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again should the need occur. .

They arrived early and started work immediately . although it was raining they moved quickly and safely moving the furniture from the second floor to the ground floor flat . they were really professional and hardworking and I would recommend to anyone who wants stress-free service and at a very reasonable and affordable price .
Its made my stress of moving completely disappear knowing how cooperative they were throughout the duration of the removal which was two and a half hours.

We were sceptical at first about using a company whose rates were a lot lower than other companies. However we cannot speak highly enough of the service we got. From start to finish we had no complaints. We saw the other removal companies who were moving the house we brought and we knew we had been lucky- they were helpful, hard working, honest and very friendly. Every item was delivered into the rooms we specified and no request was too much. I cannot reccommend them enough! I strongly advise anyone who is moving to use these guys, you won't regret it.

I called them to move a couple of very heavy items that another company had failed to move the day before (avoid PefectUK removals, the manager is a crook !!), they came on a very short notice, picked up the items, moved them.
The items were 2 very heavy pots with a tree in each. (probably 150-200kg) The team took the pain but they were always friendly and accomodating. Very professional.
Price was competitive and service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I have already gone through few removal company while in the Army, We used to get free boxes plus tape and bubble wrap from the company before removal also they will label every box that comes from each every room. I didn't see your staff members to be bothered doing that type of job. I hope you will be doing it the next time. It is an act of professionalism to your next customer. I am happy that none of my household stuff was not broken. In total your guys was doing a good job. Also we were told about the prize after your survey in the house I didn't know that you charge me for that extra after the removal.

I would like to express my greatest gratitude to Bobi from Best Rates Removals.  I would like to say thank you for the honesty, all the hard work, devotion, the precise implementation of the required scope of work and the beauty of the final results. I had to make small changes in my bedroom, move one of the wardrobes outside, replace it with another new one that needed to be put together and then another third smaller wardrobe moved from one place to another. Everything was finished for less than 3 hours. What I really enjoyed the most is the confident attitude, calm and reassuring manner of their work. Great work!

I recently moved from Kingston in Surrey to St Ives in Cornwall and I choose to use Best Rate Removals. Simon visited my home to give me a quote and he was very professional and re-assuring about any concerns I might have prior to and during the move. On the day, Tod and his 2 colleagues arrived at 7.30 am as scheduled and they worked relentlessly, making sure everything was well protected and secure for the move. We arrived at our destination approx. 5.30 pm and yet again they worked hard to ensure everything was in place, including putting together furniture that we needed and they left finally at about 8.30pm. I would highly recommend Best Rate for your removals!
