I currently run a Property Management Department and use T-Jay and his team all over our Portfolio. From a small job of several hundred pounds to moving whole households from one side of London to the other (£1,200.00 - £2,300.00). I have always found the team to be professional, their prices very competitive and their service excellent. I was recently asked to write this review due to my ongoing relationship with Best Rate Removals and I was more than happy to oblige.        .

We had to move our fully packed 5 bedroom house with lots of china, glasses and nice furnitures and lots of storage. The move has been planned very late & during the busiest week of the year. So asked Best rate removal to do both packing and delivery. The service was excellent and very professional. The team was very polite and helpful and the move was done as planned. A relieve as moving is always very stressful. I was impressed by the packing team as it was done perfectly and very quickly. On the day of the move, the process was very smooth as well. With an experience of 8 moves already in the UK and abroad with various companies, I can confirm that I highly recommend BEST RATE REMOVALS following my positive experience.

I chose Best Rate Removals because they came back to me with a  quote very quickly and they were in fact the best rate I found. All throughout the booking process Svetoslav from the office was very helpful and  made me feel at ease regarding the moving itself. On the day of the removal Todor and Miro arrived on time and started the job straight away. They were very quick and professional and took care of our belongings even though they had to carry them down three floors. (First off: this site is great - so glad that we stumbled upon it before committing to a removals company.) We chose Best Rate Removals based on their competitive pricing along with the positive reviews on this website despite recommendations for other movers by friends and colleagues. Best Rate did an excellent job of moving our 1 bedroom flat in mid-August. They arrived exactly on time, worked carefully and efficiently to move our boxes and furniture, and were always professional and courteous. All of our belongings were perfectly in tact, nothing damaged (though we did pack everything ourselves). We will use again!

Excellent Removal Service Very reliable and professional service from Best Rate Removals. Simon & T-Jay are always on time ready to do any odd jobs an estate agent may have. We run estate agency business and use Best Rate removals for removal of tenants unwanted stuff as well as for storage of loandlord / tenant belongings. Simon & T-Jay always respond to our queries in a good manner and get the job organised in no time. They are very well organised, quick and reliable team worth recommending to other people with no hesitation.

I have used them twice in the last 3 yrs. They are really professional , efficient, flexible, friendly  and hardworking. I found them to be cost effective compared to other removal company! I have also recommended them as intergrity is key. During the move they were focused and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the service they had provided!! The few people who have used this service ( recommended by me) could not believe how reliable and professional the service had been.

Highly Recommended - the absolute best!! They are ALWAYSn on time, extremely careful ( I have many antiques) I own several apartments,have employed Best Rate many times and never been disappointed. They are clean, take extreme care, each member is friendly and efficient. I have employed others in the past, will never do so again  -nobody can touch this  service or price.Bobby and Ivan deserve a special mention.I am impartial, expect good service and a reasonable price which I received from this company. Communication and booking is also top notch. Cannot thank them enough for filling a niche in the market.

The most pleasant, professional and fast house move I ever had! The two guys turned up on time, they approached the job with care and consideration, worked tirelessly (didn't even ask for a coffee break) and showed amazing knowledge and skills. During the unpacking stage they even arranged the clothes and accessories by style and colour! I was amazed, all the thoughtful little things they added to the job saved me a lot of time and hassle!  Nothing was damaged, the job was well coordinated and the cost is shockingly low!! I moved from two bedroom flat last week and the guys from Best Rate who came to move me were incredible. When they arrived with the van I thought they will need to do two trips but they did it with only one, it was amazing the way the guys loaded the van. Everything was carefully brought down the stairs, great teamwork and the job was done in no time. I was searching for a while to find a good removal company and I have no regrets choosing Best Rate. Next time when i`m moving in six months I know who to call.

After doing a lot of research online over which company to use for our house move from Teddington to Walton on Thames, I chose Best Rate Removals as they were well reviewed, incredibly well priced and more importantly, were polite and professional in all their communications from the word go. We knew we'd need to make two round trips if using a 3.5 tonne Luton van, but Best Rate Removals still offered a much better price than renting a 7.5 tonne from elsewhere - plus for the fantastic rate per hour they quoted we had three professional movers included. We'd packed and boxed most of our contents ourselves but there was still a lot of furniture to shift between the properties on the move day. The removal team we had was absolutely outstanding. They were polite and courteous, handled all our items with care and worked non stop. They were friendly, fast and took a huge amount of stress out of the move. They made 2 round trips in under 5 hours, unloaded the van incredibly fast and were total gents to me, my wife and my family.  Without a doubt Best Rate Removals are the best removal service in London and I'd happily recommend them to anyone. Next time we move, they'll be the only number I'll call for a quote. Use them. You won't regret it. .

I was very impressed with the service provided by Ivan and his team at Best rate removals.  We are agents acting on behalf of our client from Russia.  From the site inspection and providing a quick price to collection of expensive furnishings from Essex and our client's apartment at London and then deliverying to a new apartment at Chelsea. The operation was as smooth as possible, being prompt, packing and handling the furnishings carefully. Everyone was polite and considerate and my clients were very pleased indeed. We strongly recomend Bestrate removals.

I couldn't recommend them more. From the moment I first contacted them to when the movers arrived the service was excellent. Less than 24hrs before the move day I phoned to see if they could postpone it by a day, I was expecting a flat no, but to their credit they accommodated my request. On the day itself the movers arrived on time and just got on with the job with no hesitation or complaint even though it was difficult for them to get our furniture up three flights of stairs to our flat. I would have no hesitation using them again, excellent service!!

This company exceeded our expectations. Ivan, Simon and the best rate team were efficient, polite and extremely professional. The cost was reasonable compared with some other removal firms. The packing service was definitely worth it in our opinion. They helped to make the move to our new home go remarkably smoothly. I have read some horrendous stories about removals companies online and was concerned about who to go with but would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

My move was from self storage to my new home. Guys arrived on time and were professional dressed.  brilliant customer service and all of them handled my goods well. Personally, I think your company's name should be changed from Best to EXCELLENT Rate Removals. There is no doubt that your company provides not just the affordable rate but also the OUTSTANDING service. You guys deserves the recognition specifically to Ivan and to Todor. Todor (the driver) came even before the agreed time and helped me and my wife to load and unload our belongings. Moving from London to Cheltenham is indeed not an easy job but the team made it a smooth move.

I would DEFINITELY recommend your company to my friends and to others. If by any chance I will move again somewhere else then I do not need to search for any removal company, I will just pick up my phone go to my phonebook and dial your number straight away as simple as counting 1-2-3.
