I wish anything I could go back in time and choose a different company. Not only has it been the year from hell trying to deal with these cruel people (poor/lack of communication, constant avoidance, misquotations from random people, no formal procedural processes or means of dispute escalation.. just to start).. after almost 8 months of being tortured, I’m now pretty sure my stuff is gone. I had all of my baby’s keepsakes and the stuff most precious to me in there and I’ll never see it again. Instead of owning up to it, I’ve been gaslit and living in an empty home for months, assuming my things were going to turn up. Please don’t use them. PLEASE! I wish I could give a negative star review, they don’t deserve 1. Every single review is spot on, I wish I read them. I’ll never see my things again. EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER OWNED! GONE!

They lost a suitcase full of designer shoes and refused to refund me for it. Worst company ever !! They kept the bags with them for 3 months before telling me that one bag has been lost .. I didn't contnuie my shipping with them because they are the worst I ever used. Very rude and careless, staff were super careless they never chase you !! you have to call and find out why your things haven't been shipped and I got shocked when they simply said we lost one bag and we kept the rest until we find the lost bag ..  becareful !! don't use this company its very very very very bad.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS. I SHIPPED 12 BOXES FROM MANCHESTER TO TORONTO AND WAS MISLED FROM THE BEGINNING. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD PICK THEM UP ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD ENTERED THE WRONG POST CODE AND SO COULD NOT DO THIS AFTER ALL SO I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE DEPOT MYSELF WITH MY BOXES. THEY TOLD ME THEIR ASSOCIATE COMPANY WAS DHL SO I THOUGHT MY BOXES WERE IN SAFE HANDS.  THIS WAS NOT THE CASE THEY USED A COMPANY CALLED FOCUS MOVING AND THEY IN TURN SHIPPED OUT MY BOXES (AFTER I WENT AND CLEARED CUSTOMS) BY DELIVERING THEM IN A REGULAR MINI VAN WITH SEATS REMOVED AND THE GUY HAD HIS SON "VISITING" FROM DENMARK TO HELP HIM.  I SAW STRAIGHT AWAY THAT BOX 5 WAS BADLY DAMAGED AND WHEN I OPENED IT MY CHINA WAS IN PIECES.  I WAS ASKED TO SEND PICTURES, I DID, AND HIGH TICKET ITEMS "MIGHT" REQUIRE RECEIPTS - I SENT COPIES OF THOSE TOO.  EVEN THOUGH THEY AGREED THAT SOMEONE HAD DROPPED THE BOX THEY WOULD NOT COMPENSATE ME FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE.  IT WOULD SEEM THAT NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO TO YOUR POSSESSIONS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.  TOUGH LUCK IS THEIR ATTITUDE.  I WAS SENT £40 FOR A CLAIM OF $1260 YES OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS TO REPLACE 2 LLADRO FIGURES.  I DIDN'T CLAIM FOR THE ROYAL WORCESTER FLAN DISH, THE CAFETIERE, THE JAPENESE CHINA AND OTHER REGULAR CHINA THAT WAS DESTROYED - JUST THE 2 ITEMS MY LATE FATHER BOUGHT. THEY ARE THOUGHTLESS, UNCARING, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THEY PUT RIGHT THE WRONG THEIR EMPLOYEES DO TO ITEMS ENTRUSTED TO THEM. PLEASE DON;T USE ANGLO PACIFIC..I WILL GLADLY SEND YOU PICTURES OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR TREASURED POSSESSIONS IF YOU DO!!

MY PICK UP WAS AT HAYLE, CORNWALL AND DELIVERED TO CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA .
 I DID ASK A MILLION QUESTIONS AND WAS HONESTLY ANSWERED BY THE YOUNG GENLEMAN (ZIGGY SIRGEL) HELPING ME PER TELEPHONE AND EMAILS.
MY 3 TEA BOXES WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION WHEN THEY WERE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR AS WERE THE PRECIOUS CONTENTS IN THE BOXES. 
I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMEND ANGLO PERCIFIC TO ALL.
