Moving abroad is not for the faint-hearted. Thankfully, we had terrific help from Christian at TMS who was so helpful and arranged everything so it went (almost) perfectly smoothly. His communication was great and from the beginning seemed genuinely interested in our move and in meeting our needs. From that point I didn't think about working with anyone else. They employed a superb set of people who were so hard-working, communicative and genuinely nice people that it was a joy having them in the house to do the move. If I could have given 4.9 instead of 4 or 5 I would have done, if only because communication from the removal company about how long the packing and loading was going to take was lacking and it then caused inconvenience and also because two battens for a wardrobe were lost during the move. In the grand scheme of things, they are only details and we would definitely use TMS again.

The move was excellent and I'd definitely reccommend TMS. Stuart always cordially in touch and helpful with all forms of requests and last minute anxieties. I could have given more than 4 (like 4.8) but it wasn't possible, the actual evaulation comes from the little lack of communication on the delivery moment: the transport was suppsoed to arrive on a Friday and arrived actually on saturday at noon instead, which casued little stress and issues at work.

Nevertheless in both homes, packers, movers and drivers where astonishingly nice and careful: nothing got brokend and all the plants I had (my main preoccupation) survived decently to a almost 10 days journey.

The insurance suggestion for paintings and framed photographs was an excellent one - Thanks Stuart - affordable and reassuring

As I wrote, the only suggestion would be to make a contact phone number available over weekends or oustide working hours, in particular when delivering.

No doubts that I'll get back to TMS in case of further moves

We have used Total Moving Solution twice within the past 6 months, with one international move between UK and Sweden and one move within London. Especially the move within London was a bit complicated due to the location but Stuart was very helpful and attentive and made us feel secure during this hectic period. We recently used Total Moving Solutions to move the contents of our 2-bed flat from Scotland to Australia in the middle of the Covid pandemic.

I started the search for a moving company by contacting a number of highly rated ones. From the get-go, James from Total Moving was by far the most approachable person we contacted. He provided us the most affordable quote (from the highly rated companies) along with clear explanation on the process, costs and dates. James and his colleagues remained approachable throughout the process, responding immediately to any of our queries and keeping us up to date with any latest progress.

Moving home can be so stressful even if it's a short distance. Imagine, if you will, that you are approaching your dotage and decide to move to another country. Foolish? Brave? Either way this is what we decided to do, and so needed the help of a trustworthy, reliable, removal company. We started the process a lifetime ago but in actual fact was 7 months ago, and throughout Christian has been so patient, so friendly, and has always made me feel a valued client.

I have lost count of the number of times the date of our move has been changed, but he hasn't ever been anything but supportive. He has provided answers to my endless questions whether by email or phone. I've lost patience with myself, but Christian never has.

The collection of our belongings went so smoothly, and our delivery at the other side of the Irish Sea this morning went like clockwork. We've moved several times over the years - twice to Canada and back - so I can make honest comparisons. I can honestly say this has probably been the least stressful, handled by the friendliest team at TMS, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a removal company. Absolutely brilliant!

We decided to go with Total Moving Solutions because James was very quick to answer all my questions regarding our removal. We had to move all our belongings from Zürich, Switzerland to Tampa, USA in an unplanned period of time before the moving date. I consulted four more moving companies and James gave us the best and incredible quote including insurance, so we decided to go for it. He got us a moving crew with a truck to pick our belongings a week after. The moving crew were incredibly puntual, careful and quicker. Everything left from Zürich on the middle of October 2021.

Our things arrived in NY by middle of December 2021. Apparently, there is a long waiting period of time to realise all of the goods that arrives to USA. The costumes released our things by the end on February 2022, and during this couple of months our things were stored by the port store and we had to pay an extra.

The company that worked with Total Moving Solutions to send our things from NY to Tampa, took three weeks to deliver. One more time the moving crew who came with our things were puntual, careful and quick.

We got everything, nothing was missing, only one broken lamp, not a big issue. The boxes were in perfect closed concisions, nothing open and the luggage that we send were very carefully wrapped by a protective bag. The tables were in perfect condition and the electronics worked perfectly fine.

During all the journey from October 2021 till March 2022, James was reporting all the shipment movement and always in contact. I love it because I knew we weren’t alone and not forgotten.

I totally recommend Total Moving Solutions and James. They have the best prices, the best moving crew and the best service. Thank you very much!

TMS were fabulous from start to finish making a move from Liverpool to Germany so much easier than anticipated. Highly professional as well as friendly ensuring the process is as relaxed as possible.

I highly recommend Total Moving Solutions if you are thinking of moving houses. My removals coordinator, James, was extremely helpful when I requested a removal service from the UK to Spain. James walked me step by step through the whole process and made sure I had everything I needed from them at all times. Moving From Germany         to United Kingdom

From the first moment of considering a move to England, to that breath taking moment when the removal men with their vans actually arrive at the door, is truly a journey in itself. An essential part of this ‘journey’ is to find a removal firm…. Where to start? So the search begins. TMS is, at this point, one among many, but I can honestly say that during my first conversation with Stuart, I felt for the first time, a welcome flicker of hope and confidence. Despite this, I continued to do ‘my research’, but at the same time remembered the quality of that first conversation, and after a few weeks, returned to TMS to further my enquiries. On hearing Stuarts reassuring voice once more, I felt my first impression to be fully confirmed. For me TMS manifested itself through my contact with Stuart, always there at the end of the line, always ready to interrupt whatever he was doing, inviting me to share whatever query I might have. I wish to thank Stuart for the encouragement, patience, flexibility, friendship, kindness and understanding which he amazingly seemed to have as a ready response for me at all times. From start to finish it has been a very easy process. Moving from UK to France was already super stressful as it was and finding the perfect company was really important. Stuart handled the initial enquiry and my thousands questions perfectly with a friendly yet professional manner. The Covid-19 pandemic didn't make our moving abroad easy at all (even delaying it for half a year!). Still, my moving agent Stuart Hall @ Total Moving Solutions Ltd was very patient until we were ready.

Stuart was accommodating and communicative all the time, reviewing the new regulations, adjusting the agenda and willing to help us during the whole process.

Although it's true there was a delay delivering my goods (which might be caused by the Brexit and the Covid pandemic alongside all the regulations that they both implied), Total Moving Solutions delivered all my items as expected.
