In 2024 we used Total Moving Solutions for a move from Denmark to the UK. Initially we were talking with Jason Roberts who was extremely prompt with his replies and working out our quote, we had a complex move with many moving parts and he was very patient with getting all our documents together and organising the move. James Mallett later took over and helped with the completion of the move. Both Jason and James were incredibly professional and helpful, getting through any issues as they arose very quickly.

We opted for a dedicated service for approx. 100 boxes and a three bedroom home of furniture, the total cost came to about £8,000. Although expensive, we are very happy with the service, having had bad experiences in the past with other cheaper companies for international moves. The truck packers were all really friendly and worked hard, we had zero breakages or problems. I recommend this company if you want things to go smoothly.

Sean, Matthew and Dylan were at my old home in West Wimbledon before 09:00. They were ready to leave at 11:00. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. My own packing wasn't complete, but they were happy to dive in and help me. I nearly forgot the stuff in the garage, but they barely batted an eyelid and loaded all of that in a minute or two. Their attention to detail was striking.

Just this morning, Tom and Adrian were here – before 10:00, I think. All done in just over one hour. Again, friendly and helpful. And this makes such a difference to the stressful business of moving.

The price was very good. Compared with some other estimates, it was surprisingly low – especially for the quality of work done. Really excellent, and I'd recommend TMS to anyone, wholeheartedly.

Trying to find a great moving company was not easy. After speaking to James and his team everything was great. He is a personality when speaking on the phone and put me at ease immediately. Any problems I had he was awesome..and I called him a lot. Always had time to explain and make sure that I understood..this of course goes for his colleagues as well. Moving to Florida did have its challenges..with COVID..but I am so pleased with the efforts James made my move was quick and easy. Hats off to you guys..I strongly recommend this company.

Moved from San Francisco, US to Nottingham, UK. I can't recommend James at Total Moving Solutions enough. The previous reviews of TMS I read all talked about a high level of communication, and that was definitely the experience we had. Moving is challenging, and moving countries is even more challenging. Having one person you can come to for questions and concerns is incredibly valuable. So many other companies may pass you off from person to person or not even reply. James is the opposite. I have a chain of 75 emails between us from the beginning of our first contact through to the final delivery to give an idea of how he's always responsive and communicative, answering all of my questions. He was also the only person who gave us honest advice when we were evaluating other companies. Things like what is worth moving, what isn't. Guidance on how to prepare for the move and how to size our shipment accordingly. He was also transparent with which companies they partner with. They truly serve as a centralized place to handle both sides of the move and have great partnerships on either side. Movers showed up on time, everything was wrapped and packed perfectly. And with all of that came in with the best price and all of our belongings arrived in great condition and on time. Just book with them now, no need to keep looking.
