  Great service from Alan and his team they were very nice guys who helped me move last week in croydon, would use them again and recommend to all friendly and family. the movers arrived on time and moved my house withing 6 hours very fast and reliable.

  We were very pleased with the service. Our daughter has moved out to Glasgow as she has 1 year contract to work there. We packed all well in advance so just needed man power and little bit help with wrapping TV and large furniture. They also dismantled the queen size bed. We were impressed as they started very early as early as 6 am. They loaded all very efficiently and were in Glasgow 4 pm in the afternoon. Boys were friendly and joked a lot was really nice to have them around.

  We booked the guy for a specific number of boxes and found this to be the wrong number of boxes when he arrived. A little extra cost went a long way. It was worth it. Very friendly. Took us to the address with the furni for £40 an hour. He insisted in clearing our home on his own and did this very fast. Stopped by at a petrol station for us and everything. No drama. I'll keep them for next time..

  My dear brother has passed away. We had to clear his property and put all in storage. My wife contacted this company as we wanted to use local team. They were good and very professional. We gave them all details over the phone as we live in norwich. They quoted us very reasonably as it was enough stuff to move. Men who worked on a day were friendly helped us to pack some loose items, dismantled the furniture wrapped it. They even cleared the furniture we didn't want. It was very easy to work with them. Will definately use them again.

  Overall experience was great. The team worked really hard as I had narrow staircase to bring down my goods. From start to end the moving experience was stress free and the team did exactly the way I wanted. I want to say a big thank you to the whole team and yes, definitely I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone for stress free moving. Happy days!!

  Yesterday I used the removals for my move. all went well. team came in time. packed all day before. team even managed to move my sofa which didn't come through the door via window with ropes and only man power. alex and the team was good, friendly and looked well after our belongings. I was worried that we will finish late but all my items were unloaded around 3pm. so I had plenty time left for setting the place. they was recommended by my dear friend Yang. will definitely use them again and recommend to friends. monday they coming to collect empty boxes.

  I am an international student and I went back home during Christmas and New Years. I booked them to pack, store and deliver my possessions after one month. I must say the team was excellent and the sevice I received was outstanding. My goods were all nicely packed and redelivered the exact day I wanted. I recommend them 100%.

  We used company to pack and move our one bedroom flat. We had no furniture just personal contents. We got quote over the phone. Team dropped some boxes few days before that we can start packing. 2 men came on moving day morning 8 am as agreed. Pack all our stuff very fast I would say. I was expecting them to take half day packing but they did it in 2 hours. We were really pleased with the service as we were all done and dusted by 2pm. They even collected boxes after we completed unpacking. Thank you team. Eleanor.

  Team arrived on time. Worked hard and efficiently. They didn't mind even our dog zooming around who was too excited with one of the movers name Gabriel. They wrapped our mattresses and TVs. Loaded all quite quickly even we were on second floor with no lift. We really enjoyed working with the team. Office even called us next day to get feedback that made us pleasantly surprised ..,,,,.

  Just awful! Rude, slow, unapologetic and, above all, didn't perform their contract. We had an initial low quote of £450, which seems to be their tactic to win the business at all costs, which we accepted. The quote very clearly said it included moving a piano (which had already arranged to be delivered to the new property by our storage firm) from the ground floor to the third floor. They knew it was an upright piano and they knew both properties’ layout. They revised the quote a week after the initial quote to £600 then, after charging for packaging materials and 3% surcharge for using an ordinary debit card, we HAD TO pay them £706 (or else!). The gentleman who managed the move (Mr Kharl) was wholly unprofessional and rude throughout the move. When I said I would pay him after he moved the piano he stated he would stop the removal altogether so we were left with no option but to pay him before the job was completed (in fact before any of the items had been unloaded). Later in the day, after he wasted hours arguing and halting work, he threatened to unload our property only to the ground floor! This was AFTER he had been paid and because I told him the contract had not been…

  House Moving within Greater London.
  
  The workers are excellent they work hard and are very friendly I really can't fault them. It was not an easy move but the issues started at the management level. I was quoted 1200 for the job with a 7.5 tonne truck and 3 staff. They landed up eventually bringing 2 x Luton vans in the hope they could get them into the property however they couldn't and the guys worked really hard shifting stuff up the drive into the house and also brought more men into the job which was good. However, they left a load of stuff in the garden at my previous property, staying it wasn't all declared, be warned you have to itemize everything and if it doesn't fit in the van they simply leave it behind! I had to use my own van and it was also brimming with our stuff. We had a lot of sorting left to do at the previous property which delayed us leaving and apologising to the new owners for the stuff that was left in the garden, that was awkward and I still have to go back to get it. The Guvnor then asked for cash, going to the bank for >£500 delayed us further. When we got to the property they charged an additional £260 for the two hour wait (mostly from getting their cash and tidying the mess they left),…

  The movers did not communicate efficiently with us and we incurred an additional fee of £650 (on top of agreed ''all inclusive'' £750) when our move from flat to house was suddenly delayed due to administrative reasons. Neither the office or the removals men did not tell us that we were incurring an additional £90 hour fee (totalling £650) until they downed tools, mid move, demanded more money and would do no further work until we paid. Felt threatened by them and no negotiation. They also damaged a wardrobe and table. Would not use again or recommend. Don't be fooled by all inclusive option - it is not all inclusive. .

  We found this very respectable looking company on the internet and engaged their services for a rather simple move, one borough to the next. Service was prompt and cheery, until the actual move. Materials were not professionally packaged and items were not moved with great care, as promised. Overall, we received a terrible service. Unprofessional, rude and careless. The follow up care to report broken and damaged items was appauling. Speed was the essence of the job and despite concerns being aired during the move these were ignored and dealt with very rudely. Insurance was a farce. Do not use this company. We are still regretting it.

  Dodgy Company.
  
  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
  
  They were over 2 hours late, stratched furniture and then had the audacity to charge us more in cash on the day - telling us that if we called the office to pay for the extra boxes, we would be charged more than paying them directly. We were made to feel that we wouldn't get our stuff unless paying them.
  
  To top it all off, they forgot to take something off the van and I have now been waiting over two months for it to be delivered! They were supposed to deliver it a few weeks ago, which I took the morning off work for, but the drivers forgot. They are now not responding to my emails.
  
  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Local streatham company.

We used this company back in december. we chose them as they were local company based in streatham same as us. we used them few times first to move our belongings to devon and at a later date to new flat in streatham. we done most of our packing they supplied all the material. they helped with fragile packing for our kitchen and also with furniture dismantling. Lads were simple and friendly. supervisor was present at all the times to see if all is going well.
this company is quite flexible as we changed our moving date 3 times due to our buyers solicitor with very short notice. they didn't charge anything for it and always happily changed the dates.
both moves went smoothly. second time when we had to move our belongings from storage facility to our new flat we asked them not to be early as first time they came nearly 40 min before agreed time. maybe because they were located so close.

House move.

Team has moved us on saturday. all went smoothly. Originally I asked them to do only removal service. But on a day they had to help with packing and do all the dismantling as I had not enough time for everything. I was worried but they reassurred that all will be done in time. I moved from 5 bedroom house. all was completed by 7pm. team had much more work to do but they didn't complain even once. they even agreed to collect empty boxes on monday.

Just to say thank you.

We have used the team in august. first they moved me with my kids. I have done packing myself they have supplied all packing materials and at a later date a week after my move they moved my expartner from same property. we have chosen them from comparison website and both decided to use same company as it makes things easier.they done full packing and unpacking for my expartner as he is very busy and has no time for it. all went smoothly. the girl working there is a star! we will definitely use them again!

Team work.

The team who done our work were brilliant! Very fast and efficient. We booked their services just day before the move that's why they started just 2pm as morning slots were fully booked. They looked well after our stuff. Helped to dismantle beds and wrapped our 50' TV. Will definitely use again. Happy customer Paul.
