Reliable, friendly and efficient service.They arrived early and were very polite.The movers worked very fast and kept to time.
Cleaning was professionally done and I absolutely loved the way my kitchen was cleaned.
I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.They drove to our house and all our belongings were neatly packed and stacked and we had no damages. They unloaded each item with care and precision and made sure everything was in the right place.
The customer service was absolutely superb.This is a service you should not hesitate to use.

So impressed with this company. Competitive price, good communication & my most positive moving experience ever! The lady on the phone booking the move & clarifying my inventory was friendly & helpful. The 2 gentleman on the day were amazing. They weren't flummoxed at all by my stuff. I'd run out of time & boxes so resorted to bin bags for the last ditch packing. They were smiley, accommodating & cheerful despite sofa's being a tight squeeze & having to take doors off hinges. They packed the van brilliantly, wrapped up all my furniture & everything arrived safe & sound. They worked so hard all day & really went the extra mile. Can not recommend highly enough.

I found swans removals by Google. I had a move from a two bed flat to four bed house. Swans came and quoted, on time and professionally. When I got a cheaper quote, they beat it.

On moving day, they came on time, with three very strong men. They removed all the boxes, dismantled some furniture and packed the TVs. Everything was done with care and attention. They worked around the fact that our boxes were the weakest boxes ever found. They even lifted the boxes and cupboards which weighed over 60kgs.

On arrival they came and unloaded, putting each thing in the correct place. They reassembled the beds, nice and strong and kept things good. It was starting to get late, so they got two extra guys, to ensure that we would finish (at no extra cost)

Swans were with me from 8:30am to 9:30pm. And I am overcome with appreciation over the curtesy professionalism and understanding these goes displayed when doing the job. 100% would use again and recommend to everyone.

What an amazing experience!!
From the lovely lady who came to give us a quote to the four helpful, hard-working movers who came to pack everything on the previous day and then moved us in three vans the next day.
These men were brilliant - they arrived early, wouldn't even stop for a cup of tea and were so careful, polite, and speedy with the packing most of the furniture was loaded and the van kept in secure storage the first day.
On the second day they again worked so quickly and efficiently, dismantling beds and loading items from the garden and garage they were ready to go several hours before we got the key.
They drove to our new house in a small village and waited patiently until we could get in. They then unloaded each van in turn ensuring everything was left in the correct room. They worked so fast it was as if they had been wound up. Two of the movers stayed late to put the beds together.
As a final touch one of the movers returned the following week to take away all the boxes.
I would definitely recommend this company.
