Superb Moves

Highly recommended! I had to move from 1 bed flat (SW19) with all my furniture to a house (SE3). I was really worried about the furniture, as they are made of solid wood, and I am really satisfied with the service as nothing happened to them. The guys came on time, were very polite and efficient. They were very careful when moving my stuff. Also, as it was impossible to take some of the furniture through the staircase, they dissembled them and re-assembled at my new place. Really helpful, honest and professional people. We were very impressed by Superb Moves from start to finish. They were the only company (I spoke to quite a few) that offered us a free, no obligation quote at our home which I think is the only way to get a proper idea of how much needs moving and what the job entails. We were moving from a 3 bedroom flat in London to a 4 bedroom house in the Surrey countryside and they said they could do it all in one day (with an early start). Which quite frankly when you have two children under 3 makes life so much easier. Chris plus two men arrived early on move day and worked hard to pack up our apartment. It was a huge relief not having to pack everything ourselves (it was worth paying extra for them to do this for us) as they work so fast plus are very careful with valuables/breakables.  When they arrived at our new house at the other end (after a long, nasty drive through and out of a very congested London) they worked equally as hard to unload boxes into the relevant rooms plus building back any furniture they had dismantled and set it up in its new place. It was a long day for them, but nothing was too much trouble and they were always polite and friendly to my husband and I, and our 2 children. I would highly recommend Superb Moves to anyone, already one of my friends has used them (they also have two small children) and they were just as impressed. Chris and his men have a brilliant work ethic and from start to finish they are non-stop on the go and at the same time being highly professional. Our move was completely smooth and unstressful which I'm sure we would have not achieved without Chris and his team.

These movers were professional and got all my items, including glasswear, to the destination safely. They broke down my beds and reassembled them at my new house. They protected the matresses as they were being moved and properly protected and secured my glass tables. Moreover, the guys who moved my belongings were very efficient when packing their truck. We moved all of my stuff from a 3 storey house in one trip! I will use this service again the next time I need to move within London.

I used this company for a two part move in South London. I also used their packing service. All aspects of the service provided were excellent and reasonably priced. Their estimates of van size & numbers of staff needed, & time needed to complete the job were bang on. They were cheerful, pleasant, hard working, obliging and very methodical & efficient. Communication was very good. Packing, loading, unloading and repositioning of boxes and furniture was done very logically and co-operatively  and all my stuff was in good shape on arrival. They made what could have been a nightmare (based on a previous experience with another company) totally stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.

Superb Moves were the only moves company that gave a genuine no nonsense quote without extra charges (weekend, high floors, extra men required). Excellent communication leading up to move date.

Chris and his team arrived promptly, a quick briefing on what needed disassembling and straight to work. Very quickly had most boxes downstairs in the van from a 3rd flr flat. Swiftly took apart our XL bed and sofa and loaded in van in no time.

Once at destination wasted no time in transferring everything up 5 flights of stairs through a narrow front entrance, and carefully placing boxes and items in rooms marked up or asking politely if unsure. Put together all disassembled furniture in record time, and were finished before we knew it. Altogether a swift and professionally executed move, accommodating extra requests like a big fishtank and extra XL mattress without any problems.

Have already recommended them to friends and will certainly be using them again if we move again without hesitation.
