Superb from beginning to end

We've got only praises for SuperbMove.

Communication was excellent from beginning to end, quoted based on videos we made of the whole house. Price was what we expected with no unpleasant surprise.

The team arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. They got to work as soon as we were ready and were very efficient. We had car troubles on the day but had given them a spare key, and they unpacked everything before we even made it to our new place, with Chris Whatsapping us to check were the main pieces of furniture should go. Furniture was rebuilt with just one tiny thing not quite clipped right but all in good state. Not all the boxes were in the right room since we weren't there to guide them, but they did what they could under the circumstances and Chris even sent us videos of every room before leaving so we could see where things were.

We would definitely recommend Superb Move to anyone looking to move house.

Perfect start to finish

From the moment I contacted Chris its been amazing, he's always quick to respond to any and every query, came round to do an inspection at the time we agreed and provided a quote, he worked with me every step. Of the way when I had multiple dates to move house and accommodated me, on the day 4 men all really nice guys and two Luton vans came after a quick tour of the house they got to work, 3 hours it took them to move and dismantle my whole house in the back of their vans and about the same at the other end once we got the keys.

Overal top quality service for a reasonable price can't fault them.

Office Move

The previous reviews do not lie, Chris and his team were brilliant. Chris quickly responded to my request and even messaged night prior to confirm arrival time had not changed. The team were all very polite and professional. And didn't seem to mind that the lift had broken. They had the office packed and into storage and nothing was to much trouble. When we move to our permanent offices we will definitely be using the again.

Superb Moves - moving services - brilliant

Chris and Alex were fantastic moving a lorry load of furniture from Swindon to Putney . They were super professional , protected internal doors with special protectors , efficient , turned up on time ‘on the dot ‘ for the job and their rates were very reasonable. First class service and I will go to ‘Superb Moves‘ when I need moving services again . I highly recommend this firm . Very nice guys indeed . Job done well .

Amazing Movers

These guys are absolutely brilliant! Chris was super responsive and kept me up to date with everything prior to the move and on the day Alex and team did a fantastic job! They were so quick but also took excellent care of our belongings and were all really friendly. They were also very accomodating of me being around with a newborn! Honestly can't rate these guys enough - thank you!

Packing Service and Move out from a flat in one morning

Superb Moves made all the difference for our move. They packed my whole flat of 2 bedrooms, big living room and kitchen so quickly and professionally. They transported all our boxes and furniture in a very cared manner and had all the materials needed to ensure the furniture and packed items were safely transported. They made the move feel so smooth and so much easier than what it should have been. Their team is so kind and professional. I wpuld recommend to anyone who meeds to move their services, you will not be disappointed! Overall they were fabulous and I am so grateful!

Excellent Customer Service by Superb Moves Ltd

Excellent service provided by Superb Moves Ltd. I strongly recommend this move company. Highly professional in the removal business. This move company was provided to me by my builder. Chris called me the day before the move to give me the details concerning the move. His team members (Alex and Karol) were punctual on the day of the move. They were pleasant, polite and cautious. They handled the move of my belongings from the Shurgard storage to my property with great care. My boxes were labelled, Alex and Karol used their initiatives to deliver the boxes to the different rooms in my property, this was amazing! Well done to Chris, Alex and Karol. Thank you!

Excellent

I've got nothing but good things to say about these guys. Chris and Alex helped me move from my flat in Swindon to my new flat in Malmesbury. They were fast, professional, accommodating and flexible. My flat in Swindon has really narrow stairs leading to it but they moved all my things without any issue. They protected my sofa and dinner table with their own covers and laid down their own carpets in my new flat to make sure nothing was dirtied during the move-in. Would hire them again.

Removals.

Chris and his team of four men arrived in two vans on time and got to work immediately. We went for the packing service and all of our belongings were wrapped in bubble wrap and packed securely. The team were thoroughly professional and I would use them again without hesitation.

Moving london to brighton.

Chris and his team were great! we had a complicated moved into a very tight first floor flat - they were on time and kept us up to date through out the move.  They worked hard to get all the furniture into the flat -  to the point of taking apart the sofa and bringing may things in throught the window - They were hard working and postive throughout the move

hey were good humoured and helpful through out.  I would highly recommed them. .

Small move.

The two people went beyond what I expected eg taking a bed base to pieces and reassembling it at delivery address. They took a fairly large amount of furniture inc 3 tables,a bed and mattress, a freezer , a dishwasher and other items to an address 30 mins drive away all for £100 which I thought very reasonable. very good service-i would use them again with confidence.

Good.

They arrived early and were quick loading the van. The unloading on the other end could have been slightly quicker - I.e. I believe it could have been done in 30min less. I wasn't there myself for 45min, so I believe a break has been built in. But overall I found the guys very pleasant and I would definitely use them again.

Superb movers.

Chris and his colleague were great! they picked up my items from first/second floor with no extra charge. very fast, clean and didn't damage any thing.
we basically did 3 movings as 1 week before the moving I stored some stuff and 2 weeks later we moved these items from the storage to the new flat

Move.

The guys were on time, very helpfull in organizing the move. they dismantled my large wood dining room table moved it down 2 flights of stairs and then built it up again. they packed up 2 rooms of books and dishes and records and brought them to the storage room and organized what could have been a very cramped area with a lot of room to spare. they have done work for me many times and have always been on time quick and courtious.

Couldn't recommend Chris and his team more; they were brilliant. They were so efficient, hard working and very good value for money which made our move much more manageable.

FROM START TO FINISH CHRIS AND HIS TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. FIRST OFF, CHRIS PROVIDED A FAST AND COMPETIVIE PRICE AND WE THEN AGREED A DATE.
