Sunnyside Removals assisted us when we relocated from London to Reading. The level of service which they provided right from the start of our enquiries, through to the day that we arrived at our new home was of a very high standard.  All employees who we dealt with, both via telephone and face to face were professional, polite and very helpful throughout.  The removal team were great on the day that we moved and we would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to move with peace of mind, knowing that your belongings will get from "A - B" hassle free, by a professional team!  A BIG thank you to the Sunnyside Team! :-).

We have used a number of different removal companies over the years and I have to say that Sunnyside are by far the most professional. Other companies we have used in the past have often damaged things or turned up late. Sunnyside surpassed my expectations so much so that I have recommended them to others who have also praised their level of professionalism.
 
We opted for the packing service which was well worth the small additional cost. All items were packed away for us far quicker and more secure than we would have been able to do.

Matthew their Sales Manager was always on hand to answer any questions we had about the move. He even turned up at the house on the day of the move to check everything was going ok.  .

My 83 year old mother needed to move from her home of 30 years to a retirement property. It was a difficult time for her but the Sunnyside team made it easier with their cheerfulness and patience. They turned up on time, provided valuable advice and got the job done with minimal fuss. Altogether, a fast, efficient and friendly service.

A year after taking our belongings into store Sunnyside moved us out of our rental flat in Farnham Surrey and brought everything out of store to our new home in central Farnham. Our first move with them was good and they were equally efficient in getting us sorted out from store. All our stuff was in great condition and we were delighted with the result. The team were very considerate and friendly, keen to reduce the stress that moving brings. Once we had unpacked they were very quick to collect the empty boxes. Great company, good value for money. Would recommend.

Whilst not necessarily the cheapest contractor approached, I was nonetheless very happy with the service I received, and would definitely use Sunnyside again, and happily pay the extra to secure their services. All boxes and packing materials provided, and the boxes are collected again afterwards for re-use, which is good to see. All involved, the assessor, advance delivery of boxes, movers on the day and subsequent collector of boxes, arrived punctually, and were friendly, personable people. During the move nothing was damaged or misplaced, and the crew displayed sympathy for our goods and an expertise in their task which resulted in goods and both the house we moved from and the one we moved to surviving unscathed. Excellent job.

Sunnyside Removals UK Ltd had been recommended to me and I am so glad I chose them ( I had 3 quotes ). The move was faultless and the 'Three Gee's as I christened them, Graham, Gary and Gabriel with the addition of Aaron on the actual moving day were super.
The day before the move all the china/glass and fragile items were packed very carefully, most of the furniture went into the van, leaving the last small amount to go on the actual day . This left me with clear rooms that I could vacuum ready for the new owners.
The men were very laid back when there was a delay in the keys being available, and once we were in they put everything in place and at all times were in good humour ( I think the carrot cake helped ) but in all seriousness I cannot speak too highly of the service.
I would recommend Sunnyside Removals UK Ltd to anyone who wants an easy move.

We used Sunnyside Removals when we moved houses within Yateley. They were brilliant - hard working, professional and friendly. They packed all our possessions the day before, which helped ease the stress levels! On the day, they arrived early and made sure we were out by 1pm and at our new house they'd unpacked and were finished by 4.30pm. They placed all the furniture where we wanted it and even built all the beds. Fantastic service for a good price. We would definitely recommend them.

Our move comprised two parts.
1) removing our household goods to Sunnyside storage and
2) delivery to Cornwall several weeks later.

Part 1 went really well. The Sunnyside staff were excellent and the removal was as good as we had hoped.

The date planned for Part 2 unfortunately fell on the first day of the covid lockdown so had to be postponed to keep staff safe. Three weeks later Sunnyside were able to complete the delivery of our furniture. Again the staff worked with us (keeping our distance) to complete the installation safely.

Overall we were extremely happy with Sunnyside and their staff. The pricing was competitive and despite the lockdown they managed to complete the move.

Great communication and fantastic service from the team of guys who both packed and moved all our stuff in 35 degree heat this summer. They worked non stop without complaint, and everything was packed safely and moved across to our new address ready to collect the keys mid afternoon. They then unloaded all our stuff and rebuilt the large items (bed, tables etc) and left us around 5pm with all the boxes in the right rooms.

Great service and a very fair price, highly recommend.

My elderly father recently downsized from a 3 bed house to a flat. The removals & clearance took place on 2 separate days with multiple drops to different locations - complicated to plan but the office staff were great. Both teams arrived early on the day and worked efficiently, helpfully & politely, helping to keep Dads stress levels down. A few bulky items required doors to be removed temporarily - all no problem. Everything ended up in the right place with no breakages. Happy to recommend wholeheartedly.

A really nice team of four guys turned up to move us. They were polite, and friendly.

Unfortunately, they did not protect any of our goods when loading them into their vans, and as a result scratched and damaged a number of our items.

Our lounge coffee table and TV unit are now scratched, and our leather lounge suite is now badly scuffed, damaged, and some of the leather torn. A back on one of the chairs was also damaged. This is only some of the damage noted, and I could go on describing the damage to other items.

Their loading technique also left a lot to be desired. Our tumble dryer, which was used the morning we moved, is now broken and although the motor tries to turn, the frame has been so bent out of shape as to render it useless.

This is the same of our reclining sofa, where a thick metal chassis has been bent. This, I attribute to the tumble dryer being carried by one person, rather than two, and being dropped. The sofa also appears to have been dropped, to cause the damage to the metal frame.

As soon as I noticed the damage (the same afternoon) I called Sunnyside removals. I mentioned how friendly their staff had been, and left a message for Mark to contact me. Six weeks later, I am still waiting for a call.

Now, I am sure someone from Sunnyside will respond to say this is all exaggerated, but I am in a position to provide proof of the damage. After two calls, I have not attempted to contact them again, as I do not believe I should chase and beg to have my calls returned.

In summary, if you want a team of really nice guys to help you move, Sunnyside removals are for you.

If, however, you want it done professionally, use someone else.

Sunnyside did a fabulous job for us over two days in October - first doing all our packing on day 1 and then moving us to our new home the next day. All the guys were great, light-hearted, helpful and polite, even earning praise from a neighbour for their communication on the day of the move. There were no breakages at all and they had unloaded everything by about 4pm with other guys coming to join the main team towards then end which was a nice touch showing a good team ethos. I'd recommend Sunnyside and would happily use them again although I hope not to move again!

The original schedule for our move from Farnborough to a new-build house in Sandhurst was interrupted by the "lockdown" measures imposed in March 2020 due to the pandemic. Although we knew that it would be necessary to store our furniture and belongings for one month or so, this period extended to more than three months due to additional delays resulting from the need to adopt of COVID-safe procedures by our builder. We were very appreciative of the helpful and flexible approach taken by Sunnyside. The team packing everything for removal to store were excellent; helpful, hard-working and generally great fun. Similarly, when we finally moved into our new house at the beginning of October. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sunnyside.

Out of all the financial outlays that were part of my move, the cost of the removal team at Sunnyside was the best money I spent. Friendly and knowledgable from the first phone call, to the home visit, to the actual move date, they were great. I chose packing and removal, which reduced my stress considerably. On the day the team were calm, very hard working, fun, careful, respectful and efficient. They were still here at 6pm on a Friday evening, but were cheerful and caring. Highly recommended.

You hear all sorts of horror stories about moving home and removal companies so it was with some trepidation that we met with and interviewed 5 companies before selecting Sunnyside Removals. The selection was based on recommendations from friends who had used them recently and our experience of them coming out to the house to quote and meet with us. That first impression was vital and was certainly exceeded.

The move itself went like clockwork. We opted for the full packing service and so glad we did. The team worked like worker bees and packed up our house quickly, efficiently and professionally asking questions when needed. Friendly team and reliable. On actual move day it couldn't have gone smoother and again the team exceeded our expectations. No breakages, friendly service, boxes put into the correct rooms and beds re-assembled (shame they didn't actually make the beds but that would have been asking too much!)

I would highly recommend Sunnyside to anyone who is considering using them and would without doubt use them again.
