Took money for services they didn't provide: packing and insurance. Turned up without packing material and chucked everything into boxes with minimal/no packing.  Stuff was picked up and chucked into boxes any old how..took us weeks to find things.  The packing they did use was mostly our clothing.  It would be quicker to list everything they didn't damage than what they did.  No dispute resolution procedures..they preferred to ignore us completely until we involved the BAR and reclaimed our credit card payment.  One of those truly dreadful companies that makes the blood boil with its sheer ineptitude and dishonesty, in our opinion.

After being recommended to Sunnyside from a local Facebook group and by friends we decided to let them take the strain on moving day. Never again will we move ourselves, and wonder why we did it ourself before! All the staff were friendly from the initial phone call, to the home visit rep, and the removal guys themselves, were all fantastic. Thanks to the office staff who were very patient with our often moving move date! The removal guys were still upbeat even though we had a monsoon on move in day. Also patient as there was a delay on exchange no keys till after 4pm, thank goodness I took out the extra insurance for late exchange, as another van load of men turned up to help after 4pm. Fast, efficient and friendly helpful service and I would not hesitate to use them again, if I ever move again, which I hope never happens!

With the need to move the contents of my parents large home to multiple destinations and a mix of relocation and storage we needed a 'switched on' professional supplier who could work smartly and efficiently. Based upon recommendation and past experience we settled on Sunnyside Removals UK Ltd. The Sunnyside team at all levels, estimating, charging, driving, packing and loading have been faultless. They couldn't have taken more trouble and were tidy and orderly throughout the job (two day visits in a week). The passion shown for ensuring particularly fragile and valuable items were safely packed and protected and the protection applied to the house amazed my American relatives over to assist.

Unfortunately due to some miss communication between my brother and myself, the second load was over double the indicated size at estimate. One can only image how some may have reacted to this but the Sunnyside Team took it in their stride, their only concern being whether they had enough packaging material to protect the additional items (and where being prepared they did).

I cannot thank them enough - what could have been a very painful (and delicate) clearance of our parental home has been utterly painless. We are especially grateful to the moving team who returned to base much later than intended but with the whole job done with a smile! Fantastic - what more can you ask for!

Sunny side were very professional from the very start and came up with an approach that would keep costs down yet still be efficient. Nothing was too much to do and nothing phased them and they ended up packing more than I thought including emptying the loft (agreed beforehand) and fridge contents.

Seeing as we were just moving 10 mins drive away they suggested a 3 day approach whereby they pack on the first day, do a partial load and deliver on second day to move us into the new house with essentials and then do a final load on the last day. This worked quite well although it did require some planning in terms of making sure absolute essential were kept together and moved on the second day. They disassembled and reassembled all furniture and made sure to protect carpets. All in all it was a very smooth and relatively stress free experience. The movals men themselves were pleasant and polite and efficient and they took care making sure everything was well wrapped.

I would definitely recommend them as a reliable movals company to use and will be using them again should I ever need to move again.

House Move and Storage

I was so pleased I used Sunnyside as they did an excellent job from start to finish. My house move involved the packing and storage of contents for a few months. The team were great and packed everything well consequently there were no breakages when items were unpacked. I have a number of antique clocks and these were packed with extreme care (including the Grandfather!) along with everything else. Highly recommended from start to finish. Team were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even positioning furniture and erecting beds in the new house. I do not

anticipate another move but if this should happen I would definitely

use Sunnyside.

I chose this company on a recommendation and wasn't
disappointed. 2 cheery blokes arrived the day before completion and worked their socks off. I was happy to supply endless cups of tea and coffee. They were friendly and easy going. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On moving day, several more arrived and were equally as amiable. Again I was happily supplying cuppas and they stopped for a break whilst all having a go at the pop quiz on radio 2!! I had to join in of course.

On arrival at the new house they were waiting for me and
were quick to unload and take directions as to where everything went, even down to my fall back response of 'just stick it in the garage'. Most of the stuff has now been unpacked and I have found nothing damaged. They were friendly, easy going and a pleasure to use. I would certainly recommend them and I thought the cost was reasonable

Please note the option to chose my actual moving from and to locations (Farnborough to Fleet) were not available on this site so I selected the nearest - Basingstoke.

We moved in March 2016 from near Fleet into 2 properties - one in Portsmouth and one in Brittany. The logistics therefore for us (mid 60's) couple were a bit daunting. Sunnyside were brilliant at guiding us through what was necessary. They also packed for us. They packed for France about 10 days before completion and put everything into storage and then came the day before completion on our sale and packed for Portsmouth. The move to Portsmouth went smoothly with the team even arriving early and securing some parking for us in what is a busy part of town.

The French move went just as smoothly, and because we also had some French friends helping, what could have been a difficult time, turned into a fun day!

Sunnyside even took delivery of some new furniture so that in turn could be included for the French move.

We were recommended to use Sunnyside and we are so glad we chose them. Good work guys!

Sunnyside Removals carried out a move for me in Fleet, Hampshire from my 1st floor flat to a house on the other side of the same town.
From first engagement of the team who estimated and quoted a very reasonable price through to completion I couldn't have been happier.
The team of 3 removal men were polite, courteous and very helpful. They carefully moved all the boxes I had packed and took extra care with the furniture including some delicate items which were wrapped up and secured in the van.
All items were placed in the rooms where asked and all very carefully.
I was very impressed and the hiring of Sunnyside was worth every penny.

The three guys that moved us from Farnborough to Four Marks, Ryan Alan and Darren were great. Professional, helpful and hard working. Sunnyside recently completed our local move.

They arrived two days before the move to pack up our 4 bedroom house, garden and garage and the team they sent worked like absolute trojans. They hardly stopped and the job was largely completed in 8 hours. I work from home and the team worked around my requirements to leave my working equipment in my study alone without any fuss whatsoever.

They day before our move they arrived with a 40ft truck and loaded the boxes and most of the furniture. This took around 4 hours. Due to childcare issues, we asked if they could finish a little earlier than they'd have like and they happily accommodated us. Again, they left my working from home equipment so I could carry on working. The location of our house made it impossible to work without blocking in our neighbours, but on the occasions they were asked to move, they closed up the truck and moved it out of the way without any complaint.

On the day of the move, they packed what was left (my study, bed clothes, final kitchen bits, etc.), dismantled the beds and loaded the remainder of our belongings in the morning. After we had our keys, the team unloaded the 40ft truck and a Luton van in 4 hours, including putting our beds and grandfather clock back together, and plumbing in our washing machine and tumble dryer (and assisting with some basic carpentry to make the latter possible!)

All of the team that we met were polite, personable, easy to talk to and extremely hard working. They are a credit to the company.

We moved last week from Hampshire to West Sussex using Sunnyside Removals of Fleet who we had used twice before. They arrived the day before the move to pack most of our furniture and returned the morning of the move to pack the remaining items.
Great care was taken of all our furniture and belongings and everything arrived at our destination in perfect order. The removal team lay blankets on the carpets and were very careful carrying furniture through doorways and down the stairs ensuring no damage was done to the properties. The removal team were punctual, very helpful and above all very polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sunnyside were extremely professional from start to finish. Their quote was very competitive and they were extremely helpful. They provided me with plenty of packing boxes free of charge. I would definitely recommend them.
The tidiness of their lorry was what impressed me, when they moved my neighbours. This was a key factor in me selecting them for my house removal.
I found that nothing was broken or damaged in the move and boxes were placed in the appropriate areas within the house.

We used sunnyside removals as they were recommended to us. We could not have had a better service. The men packing were polite and friendly and made the move a pleasure. We had a couple of very difficult and heavy items (fig tree in a large pot in the garden and large ceramic barbecue in a wooden table) and then managed to move these down a flight of stairs in two our garden with no issue.
Nothing was damaged and we could find everything when we went to look as they put in the correct rooms.
would definitely use them again. We live in Fleet but I have put basingstoke on the moving route here as Fleet is not listed.

Sunnyside moved us with a minimum of fuss from Yateley to Macclesfield. They packed on the first day, loaded the majority of items the next and were nice and early on the third day to pick up the rest. They got to our new home the same day in time to unload everything. A very pleasant and hard working team who took real care with our possessions. We are not aware of any damage. All the boxes were well labelled and almost all ended up in the right room in our new home. We would thoroughly recommend Sunnyside.
