From the outset in getting the initial quote from the office, through thorough packing on the day prior to the move by young Zach, the actual move day itself with three hard-working guys and finally the subsequent collection of the empty flattened boxes..it all went very well indeed. Every person I dealt with was friendly, cheerful and efficient - and even better, everything was moved without damage/loss. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. (And in the nicest possible way I do hope I won't need to use their services again in the very near future!)
Note: my move was from a retirement apartment in Fleet to another retirement apartment in Church Crookham (although the drop-down boxes do not include either of these towns..so I had to pick the nearest).

The guys arrived around 8.30 am and worked incredibly hard until almost 6pm.
Nothing was too much trouble and they went over and beyond the call of duty.

We packed ourselves and used boxes we obtained from friends, however the company do supply boxes, tape and paper, you just need to ask for them, I ran out towards the end and popped to their offices to get some, easy job.
I can’t recommend this company enough, the whole process was made easy, they guys were brilliant, friendly and helpful

Having not moved for over 20 years we were anxious how the move would go and with Sunnyside Removals we were in excellent hands. From the very start when the guy came to give us a quote to the actual moving day everything was fantastic. They provide boxes as required and on the day the moving crew were professional, polite and constantly checking with us that all was ok. We had a huge amount of stuff and they managed to get it into the lorry and when they moved us into our new house put everything where we wanted it. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent value for money and a very professional service. All I can say is thank you to the team for making a stressful move as smooth as it could be.

We were recommended to Sunnyside Removals by friends, so it was an easy choice to use them too. We were very pleased with their service, from initial enquiry to the actual day of removal.
Their guys were friendly, helpful and very patient when our completion took place very late in the day! We were very glad we took out the late finish insurance!
Nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly go to them first if we ever move again which we hope never happens! We have no hesitation in recommending them!

Sunnyside moved us from Ash Vale to Fleet. From start to finish, Sunnyside were professional and friendly. They were particular helpful because our move was at short notice, but they managed to fit us in. On the day, John and the team turned up on time, worked hard and were very polite, considerate and friendly. Everything was moved with care and positioned where we wanted it with nothing damaged. We unpacked within a couple of weeks, and when I called Sunnyside to let them know we had finished with their packing boxes, they came the same day to pick them up. I would highly recommend Sunnyside.

Im so happy with these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use again. The admin team were great with quoting and arranging the booking and answering my questions. The price was fair and competitive. The guys turned up early, packed the van like absolute pros. Ryan was really friendly and reassuring despite the less than prepared state of the house! At the other end we had a long delay getting the keys and they were amazing, really helpful and got the van unloaded in super quick time. No damages ive found. Would definitely recommend.

This move wasn't without problems. First, our gates are very narrow and they had to remove them before they could get access. Then, one of our beds was too large for the very narrow twisting staircase. I promised it wouldn't be so bad at the other end, but we discovered it was worse. For a while we thought we'd have to do without, but they returned to the problem and found a fix. That pretty much sums up the day … there will always be issues, but these guys dealt with it and got the job done in good time, with good humour. They made the problems their problem, not ours. And they popped back to collect the boxes when we'd unpacked. Thanks again :).

I was moved by Sunnyside in 1984and they provided an excellent service then and had no hesitation in using them for my recent move. They were very responsive in providing a quotation and were very flexible and helpful whilst the completion date moved several times at the last minute. During the move all the staff were very friendly and provided a very careful packing service in strong cardboard boxes. Throughout my dealings with them they were very professional and had a good sense of humour which helped to calm the stress. In fact it was a stress less move! Well done to all the staff at Sunnyside. I strongly recommend them.

I recently moved out of my marital home which was a stressful and emotional experience. The three guys from Sunnyside were really supportive and helpful..they assembled my bed on arrival and worked quickly to get it done in super quick time.

They were polite and respectful and made the day a less stressful experience than it could have been..I am very grateful to them. We had a slight misunderstanding as originally we were doing a pick up in Farnham which didn't get communicated but in the end I just preferred to get to the house. It was pouring with rain and they just soldiered on - driving the van in quick time in high winds and driving stormy rain.

I would recommend Sunnyside to anyone.

What can I say? Arrived early,superbly helpful in ALL aspects including dismantling bed and wardrobe and then re-assembling perfectly (better than we hd ever done it!) and were supremely courteous, chatty and friendly throughout. The lads made my girlfriend feel safe and relaxed and they were clean, polite and utterly professional with zero damage even though we were moving into a rather old 1st floor apartment property with tight doors and lots of stairs.Simply a fabulous experience that totally eased my girlfriends stress! We can't thank Sunnyside Removals enough for their help during our recent move.
They were unfailingly professional and kind beyond belief. We needed to change our arrangements a number of times, including during final packing and loading and at no time did Sunnyside staff sound even remotely irritated.
The team were brilliant: solution focused, always putting the customer's best interests as their priority.
We would recommend them to anyone about to move house.

1. Turned up 24 hours late to pack our possessions; 2. Failed to complete the removal by the agreed time, running several hours past completion; 3. Failed to use sofa covers, mattress covers, furniture covers or wardrobe carriers as set out in their Quotation and as relied upon by us in our acceptance of it; 4. Failed to properly pack items to protect them from damage; 5. Removed clean, folded clothing from storage chests to use as packing materials and delivered the clothing crumpled and dirty; 6. Mislabelled boxes containing mixed items from various locations in individual boxes, so that the contents could not be identified without fully emptying them, delaying our ability to quickly assess losses and damages; 7. Failed to deliver a large number of items in the same condition as when they were packed: cabinets, sofas, mirrors, clothing, soft furnishings  8. Failed to protect carpets and paintwork from damage caused by their carelessness 9. Failed to deliver items; 10. Packed items which were specifically advised as not to be moved, causing us to incur additional costs; 11. Attempted to stop us making an insurance claim, refused to accept responsibility or to apologise.

Whilst the pickup and storage was satisfactory was OK, the delivery and after sakes was apalling. They turned up late and said that they hadn't realised how long the journey would take. As a consequence they were rushing around trying to get everything in so that they could get back. I later discovered that they had just dumped boxes, ( particualrly the heavy ones), in downstairs rooms, despite the fact that they wer clearly marked for bedrooms. They had simply dumped my bed in the bedroom without any attempt to reassemble, despite the fact that they had dismantled it in the first place. This meant that I had to start trying to put a bed together at 9 pm, on my own. Boxes were just dumped anywhere, and I am amazed that there was no real damage, except to my pressure washer that no longer works, but I can't prove that it was their fault. I tried a couple of times to complain by phoning the office, but had absolutely no response. I regret using Sunnyside, and wish I had gone for another firm instead. .

I had read the reviews but as I had seen this company in my area on several occasions and had recommendations from friends that used them I called on them to give me a quote. The information given to me during the salesman's visit was thorough and the quote I received was competitive. My decision to give them the business was justified and they did not disappoint at any stage of the process. I for one am pleased I employed Sunny side to move me and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Im so pleased that I used Sunnyide for my move. They definitely took all the stress out of the day. The surveyor that came out to see me was very informative and was happy to answer any questions I had. The office staff couldn't do enough to help whenever I telephoned or popped in with any queries. I even had ordered boxes and had them delivered the next day!! On the day of the move, the removal men turned up clean and tidy. They were very polite and made sure I was happy with everything throughout the whole day. I will be recommending Sunnyside to all my family and friends!!

Sunnyside collected my possessions from Farnham and delivered to Shrewsbury. The two guys were smartly dressed, polite, helpful and extremely professional! They arrived on time to collect and made sure that we had everything to hand that we would need as soon as we arrived. Kettle, tea, milk and cups Etc! They told us what time to expect them, traffic permitting, and arrived in Shrewsbury as planned. The unloading took place in an orderly fashion and all boxes distributed as requested and moved as required. Nothing was too much trouble. The quote was very competitive in comparison to the two others, but there were no corners cut in service. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I originally found sunnyside removals on yell.com. they have done 2 house moves for me now and I have recommended them several times Since to friends and family. They were very competitive in terms of their estimate. I had 3 companies in originally and sunnyside came out best. I didn't even bother doing a comparison the second time as I trusted them to give me an honest price, especially as a returning customer. Whilst we had issues with our solicitor and it was extremely touch and go at the end as to whether our move was going to be delayed, Mark worked out other options worse case scenario and was so accommodating as they understand that things don't always run smoothly. Luckily, with a nerve racking delay we moved that day. Great that this company were quick thinking and empathetic to our situation. Would happily give a reference and recommend to others. Having used Sunnyside before they were our preferred mover, but we still had quotes from two others. Sunnyside compared very favourably, so were chosen again. As before they did exactly as they said they would. They packed all our possessions with care ensuring that there were no breakages and paying special attention to detail by marking all boxes as requested to ensure they went to the right rooms. All the guys were polite, helpful and professional in all they did. They arrived on time, packed in the allotted time, delivered and unloaded in an orderly fashion enabling us to unpack as easily as possible.
I have, and will continue, to recommend Sunnyside to anyone moving as their competitive pricing does not impact on their service or reliability.

Due to completely unforeseen circumstances early this year, we suddenly found ourselves in need of packing/moving and storage services. Sunnyside completely stepped up and organised all this for us in a very professional way. Completely took the job in hand so we could focus on other things. Items were packed extremely well and stored for as long as we needed. Despite the short notice I gave them, they delivered our items back this week. Only one item was broken and they have organised for this to be repaired and delivered back to us. I would highly recommend and use them again in the future. Thank you to Matthew, Tracey, Mark and the rest of the team for making what could have been a really stressful experience, a far more pleasant one!

We were so pleased with our choice of Sunnyside to deal with our house move.  Everyone we dealt with was so obliging,  courteous and calm.  Nothing was too much trouble. Their suggested timetable for our move worked brilliantly and gave us chance to feel in control and able to cope.  We had the same team throughout which again was a real asset. Sunnyside looked after our entire move including the packing.  Everything was treated with care and arrived safely at the other end with no damage or breakages. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mark & the team at Sunnyside Removals came to my rescue when I had been treated unprofessionally by another well known removals company. These guys did everything they could to help me get into my new property, they are polite, professional & obviously very experienced. All communications with the Sunnyside offices were efficient and effective. It was really great to have their help in making a long distance move so much less stressful.
