We found all of the Sunnyside team, the removals men, the office team and the estimator, to be exceptionally polite, professional and very helpful. A team was with us for four days, packing our home expertly and quickly and delivering our belongings safely to our new home in Somerset. All of the team worked exceptionally hard, were helpful at all times, were very conscious and considerate of the stresses of moving home and were cheerful and fun. We willingly recommend Sunnyside to anyone arranging removals and although we do not want to move house again, would always choose to use this company. I had Sunnyside for my recent house move and they made the move stress-free. One friendly guy packed everything really well and quickly, so glad I went for this option rather than doing it myself. Removal day we had 3 men and they all knew what they were doing and got on with it. They had a long wait while we waited for our keys but they were very patient and Sunnyside sent some help so they unpacked in just over an hour which was so helpful. They were full of banter and made it fun. Really impressed with their service, definitely recommend. Thank you!

The removal guys were fantastic. hard working, enthusiastic and couldn't be anymore helpful if they tried! I trusted them and there light hearted humour really took the stresses from moving day! I would def use them again in the future. Booking and admin was easy as was payment and the delivery of all the boxes in good time helped also to ensure it was all pressure free !

I was recommended Sunnyside by a couple of different people. But still decided to get a few quotes. Their quote was by far the best value even included moving a home gym (still built) and dismantling and rebuilding a High Sleeper and Midi Sleeper bed. Due to a very short time frame we also needed them to come in and pack up our home, but could only book it last minute and the office staff were brilliant in helping me secure this. The guy that packed up our house 2 days before our move and the removal team on the day were all brilliant. On moving day a team of 4 arrived at 8.30, to load up the van, but by the end of the day we had a team of 7 and they had the van unpacking in 2 hours, both beds rebuilt and everything in the correct rooms, with nothing damaged or lost. I would definitely use them if I ever moved again, and recommend them to everyone.

They delivered packing materials on time, picked up used boxes on time - and generally did what they said they would when they said they would do it.

Our chain was a bit 'volatile' so dates changed quite a lot, but Sunnyside were understanding and helpful whenever this happened

I'm very happy to recommend Sunnyside Removals to other customers based on our experience of moving from Fleet to the South Coast and storage of our home contents for 3 months.

The Office staff were efficient and communication was good. All costs were explained, no nasty surprises or 'compulsory' over priced insurance costs. The removal staff on both parts of the move were an efficient team, friendly, polite and took all the necessary precautions to ensure a trouble free move.

From the first visit to our old property to gather information to quote (from the owner) to unpacking the final box, I cannot fault the service I received. Their packing service was fantastic; I would almost say that things were over-packed. Not one thing broken, not even a chip or scratch, everything is exactly as it was before it went into the boxes. On the day, the loaders were polite, professional, and good fun (not dull and characterless, but not boisterous or improper - a good healthy dose of fun). All the boxes were carried to the rooms we asked; regardless of narrow hallways, doors, or stairs. And the garden stuff was carried straight through to avoid making a mess. I felt like a lord - I didn't lift a finger all day. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will not bother to look elsewhere for our next move.

The packing side of the service could have been better - eg our home office contents were muddled (rather than grouping cupboards together) and the labelling of boxes could have been a lot clearer.
The unloading of boxes, on our last day, was poor. Boxes were left outside under a tarpaulin- we had assumed these were tools/garage items that we keep in protective boxes; however the next day we realised they were more precious items, including photos (which curled as they were damp). These boxes could have been stored in the house (in our dining room had plenty of space) - but it seemed the guys chose the easier option. We also have a number of empty boxes left over - we assumed someone would be in touch to collect these as it seems wasteful to dispose/recycle them, but almost 6 weeks on no one has. The guys however were pleasant enough but we were left feeling a little disappointed. 7/10.
(Pls note -we only moved from Headley Down to Hindhead however these places weren't available in the drop down list so I selected Guildford).

Move from Fleet to Fleet.

Main office was very efficient performing the survey, providing packing materials as well as issuing the quote and later invoicing. The price was very competitive.

The removal team on the day of the move were very polite, but also came with a good sense of humour, which certainly helped with what was always going to be a stressful day. All items were taken to the requested location, with nothing damaged. In fact, it was a very wet January day, so the team took extra care not to muddy the interior of either property. Our completion was delayed for around 3 or 4 hours, but the Sunnyside team took this in their stride and waited patiently.

After now seeing Sunnyside perform two house moves, ours and my in-laws, I have no hesitation to recommend them.

We were recommended Sunnyside Removals by a friend and contacted them to do our move. From the beginning we were treated courteously and professionally by the staff.
When it came to the moving days we were greeted on the first day by Eddie and his team. Eddie introduced all his team and everyone was friendly and polite. We must say at this point that Eddie is a character and knew how to motivate his team through this, the hottest day since 1976 !! He used banter, singing and good humour to keep everyone busy and kept saying that he wanted to make us happy. We were amazed by the workload of the team and how efficient they were. The second day came and the last of the loading was completed in good time. We arrived at Midhurst and all the guys worked hard and we were finished in good time. We would like to thank Eddie for his positive attitude, humour and banter and his friendly, helpful, smilng team of Ryan, Ryan, Ryan, Gabby. First move in twenty plus years. We were fortunate enough to have been able to move some of our belongings before the arrival of Eddie Quinn and his team. On the day they turned up promptly, were very polite and set about their work. It was only a local move and we were all moved in by 4 pm. The biggest dilemma for the team was the removal of two wardrobes. They seemed reluctant to dissemble them at the outset and attempted to take them downstairs mostly assembled. I would have thought the very experienced crew would have known it was impractical and some damage was caused to walls. There was a lot more space in our new property and getting things in was a lot easier. On inspection after the move we observed no damage to any of our furniture although one wardrobe was put back together incorrectly (we did not notice until they were gone). The crew were very obliging, had a good sense of humour and even offered to pack some of the loose items we still had lying around. Please pass on our thanks to Eddie, Ryan and Paul for a job well done.

It's all too easy to fall into the trap of getting an online quote and thinking that is ok. Sunnyside came to our house and gave a competitive quote based on everything they could see. That way we ended up getting the right amount of vans, boxes and moving staff to help (x4). Ultra efficient, helpful and great at their job. I went with Sunnyside based on a friend's recommendation and so glad I did. Couldn't recommend them enough a d well worth the extra money!

SUNNYSIDE REMOVALS
We made the bold decision to move from Fleet in Hampshire to Somerset and in doing so we wanted to ensure we selected the right Removal company. Boy, am I glad we chose SUNNYSIDE REMOVERS – they were everything we’d hoped for and certainly took the stress and grief from the moving process away from us.
Due to the distance and the fact that we chose the option of the full packing service, the Sunnyside Removers team had 2 full days with us.
On the 1st day we had a young lad (Ryan) pretty much completing half the packing single handed in the morning and then we had a further 5 or 6 guys finishing the packing and loading the truck in the afternoon. Ryan was a “super star”, he was polite, industrious, humorous, professional and nothing was too much trouble.

On the 2nd day the team arrived at the old house to collect the mattress and last minute essentials, load them on the truck and were away by 11am. True to form, Ryan was there along with Ian, Gabriel and others to ensure the day went smoothly. Ryan kept us informed throughout, always asked what was our preferred option for an issue and maintained contact during the drive down.
The entire team from Sunnyside were brilliant !! when we got to our new home, we experienced road closures that pretty much involved the team taking a 30-mile detour, but still they got the job done, worked tirelessly and late into the day to ensure our move was a success.
I am so pleased to be able to provide this review, and so much so I called Mark (owner) directly the week after to explain how happy we were with the service they provided.

A very professional company from start to finish. My solicitor only got in touch with me about 10 days before my move with a date. I contacted Mark at Sunnyside and he was on the case organising staff to come in on the Sunday before christmas to help pack my house up and load the lorry. A very nice team nothing was too much trouble they were brilliant. On Monday Shaun and Andy were round at 9am and finished loading the lorry, by 9.30am they were on the road. They unloaded the lorry and were all done and finished by late afternoon. Lovely lads. The ups and downs from estate agents/solicitors/buyers Sunnyside put a fairy tale end to my journey maybe that's why they are named Sunnyside (there is a sunnyside to moving homes) A Big Thank You guys

Sunnyside Removals UK were amazing from start to finish!! Mark the surveyor came round very promptly after being contacted and provided the best quote out of all the other local companies I contacted. I opted for the packing service which was a great time and worry saver, as the day before moving my whole house was packed by 2pm. On moving day Ryan, Dave & Martin turned up in 2 trucks. Got to say these guys were outstanding!! Everything was loaded with great care in a timely fashion. Nothing was damaged not even a mark on the wall. They weren't phased by a delay with the keys. I was a little hesitant getting a quote from Sunnyside. I presumed they'd be expensive compared to many. Not sure why, maybe because I see their vans all the time.
The estimator was polite and answered more questions than the rival companies, and the quote was more than reasonable!
The team who carried out the move worked their socks off over the two days, with not a single breakage, and furniture disassembled and reassembled. We even had some help from the cavalry on our packing day, which is an obvious advantage of using a larger company.
Overall, we can't fault the job. We enjoyed a bit of banter with the team, and we felt they would do anything reasonable that we asked of them.

Great service, we had chosen to pack ourselves, therefore we had two guys turn up the day before the move. It was a really hot day but they worked like troopers throughout the day and treated our own things as their own. It was amazing to watch how carefully everything went into the van. The day of the move, we had 4 guys, everything was loaded and transported to our new house with no fuss or bother. Then everything was unpacked in about 2 hours. Really great service and have already recommended to friends.

Fantastic friendly company right from the quotation stage to move day. They provided comprehensive information to help us prepare for the move, a detailed quote and kept in contact in the run up to the move date.
The removal team were brilliant - fast, efficient, friendly and they did a great job keeping are belongings dry while loading and unloading in the pouring rain.
