Simply Moving

First time I had hired a removals company, didn't know what to expect. Was moving from a first floor flat in Leicester to a house in Nuneaton (had to put Cov below as Nuneaton not there). Paid for a van and two men, they sent three! They were all incredibly helpful, even when I tried to help they took the items, allowing me to sort pets out while items were being moved. Also, made light work of getting the heavy/large items in and out.
Managed to do the whole move in about 3 hours - hour loading/unloading either side, with a 45min-hour journey in the middle.
Thanks to Wes, Rahul and Jamie for making the move so easy and stress free! Although I don't plan on moving anytime soon, I would definitely use Simply Moving again and recommend them to others.

So I should say that I've used Simply Moving three times in three years - different properties, different items and different destinations. I always went back to them as they do such an excellent job it's amazing. Always punctual, with the right size of team, helpful and friendly and the quote is bang on every time and you really get good value for money. Don't take a risk with other firms, just use Simply Moving in Leicester - you will not be disappointed!

This is the first time I have used a removal firm so I didn't really know what to expect. I would strongly recommend, and use the Simply Moving team again as they were excellent. Wes, Rahul, Martin, Nathan & Jamie helped to make my move from Leicester to Durham as stress free as possible. They were punctual, polite, efficient and so well organised. They also kept us informed while they were on route to Durham and had no difficulty in following the specific instructions as to which items were to go into storage and which were required for immediate use. A first class team effort! Many thanks to you all, especially Wes & Rahul who did the long journey there and back!

We were impressed with Simply Move from the start, the appraisal for a quote was done quickly and we were given clear instructions on how to pack and also how Simply Moving were going to look after our stuff.

Wes, Rahul, Nathan and Martin arrived at exactly the time they said they would and quickly got to work. The day went smoothly and the guys all worked really hard to make sure we were happy.

We booked Simply Moving at the last minute (six days notice) simply because they were available on the day and can't believe how fortunate we were to find such a professional, approachable company. From initial phone call to waving the lads off from our new home the whole process was smooth, efficient and stress free. A team of five, Rahul, Sanjiv, Noah, Wes and Nathan, in three vehicles, moved us quickly, carefully and with cheerful good humour on an exceptionally hot day. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

We used Simply Moving when we moved house at the beginning of December 18. They were fantastic, from the initial booking and answering of all questions. On the day, the 2 guys were simply fantastic, they were efficient, very friendly & extremely helpful. We were in the new house by 2pm. I can highly recommend Simply Moving - really made the move stress-free and efficient!

Well what can I say?
Had a text to say that the removal team would arrive at 07:30 on our moving day.
07:30, on the dot, the team arrived. :)
The team of Martin Rahul, Nathan & Owen were straight to work on moving the furniture onto the van after a quick guide of our present property and the location of items
I made them the 'brew' as they had been up early.
After completing the loading of the van, Nathan & Owen went on to their next task, whilst Martin & Rahul transported the furniture to the new property.
Quick tour of the new layout and they began the process of putting stuff in the correct rooms.
Simply Moving was recommended to us by a friend. He's still a friend after such sound advice.
Could not fault the guys on any aspect of their service. Polite, Professional & Courteous.
I would HIGHLY recommend Simply Moving to anyone that asks.
Apologies to the team for the delay in writing this review, but as you can imagine, we have been busy settling into our new home.

We are starting to move house from Leicestershire to St Andrews in Scotland. We had heard good things about Simply Moving and so we contacted them to see if they would move some of our possessions for us; this did not include everything in our house but there were some very heavy items (including several large boxes of books). From the initial visit to see what we wanted moving, through to the collection and packing up of our goods in Leicestershire, and then on to the safe delivery of everything in St Andrews, the whole process went very smoothly. All of the team were professional and friendly, and we will certainly use them again for the rest of our move. We can recommend them very highly.

I've lost count of the number of times I've moved but have only used a removals firm twice and Simply Moving were by far the better of the two. The price was very good, the two guys that came to do the move were very polite and efficient. My belongings were going to my parents, some to be stored and some that needed to be easily accessible to take to temporary accommodation and some that needed to go to another location at a later date. I was travelling up later so gave them instructions on contacting my parents and what to put where when they got there. They made very good time and put everything exactly where it was meant to go and my Mum thought they were very nice and polite.
Thank you for making what can be a very stressful day not so bad after all.

This company is absolutely amazing, I am an international student, and due to COVID-19 I had to leave England immediately before the borders closed in Canada. Which was very stressful as I had to leave all my belongs in my flat in England. This company packed up all my belongings and shipped it to Canada for me! They are so easy to talk to, and so very helpful. Martin did an amazing job. They answered all my questions and concerns. I received everything I asked for back in Canada, and they just helped make my experience as stress-free as they could. Very grateful to have found this company.

Simply Moving were simply excellent. They were very helpful and clear on the whole moving process, gave us advice on packing when we need it and were very responsive when we had questions. They were also flexible when we needed them to be and their rates were very reasonable. The removal team also did an excellent and efficient job on the day(s) of the move, which included having to move our sideboard and wardrobe out the window. Would highly recommend Simply Moving.
