This review can never the express the truly tip-top service we had from Removers and Storers. Every person involved from quote, to billing, to people on site was polite and courteous. In which all my anxiety over the whole process was put completely at ease. I still know everyone's name. We could not have hoped for more from this service. The price below included move into storage and then transport to Ireland. it was a further 200pcm for storage. We chose a mid range quote because we felt confident about the surveyor and the person doing the quote was just normal. We got all our stuff back. The guys on site were fantastic - they are clearly very well trained (as the people in the office) in excellent customer service. I currently recommend this company to anyone I know in London. Many thanks to those in the office, Dean, Elle, Anita and into storage Fred, Brad, Tom and back to Ireland AJ and Wayne. You all made this part of our move to Ireland as stress free as could be. High standard are clearly expected at R&S and are clearly demonstrated by staff. I wish the company all the best for the future.

We booked Removers&Storers Ltd to undertake our house move to Kent on the 28th of December. From the moment we contact this company you were given a first class service from the surveyor who did a very good job, to the office staff and finally Jamie and his mate who worked so hard on that day to ensure every thing went smoothly. Their friendly and easy going attitude were superb, nothing was too much trouble. We never had a house move that went so smoothly. When we reached our new home, the guys took their time with handling everything and made sure every single item was placed in their exact position/room. We cannot thank them enough. Thanks to them our stress levels were rather low on that day! We will certainly recommend your company and wish you all the very best for the future.

Can't speak highly enough of the guys that moved me, it was 2weeks before Christmas and they made it completely stress free, went above and beyond my expectations would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble the lorry was loaded and unloaded without any damages, each room the boxes were stacked neatly and sensibly allowing us to unpack with ease.Right from the start when they came to give me quote everything was explained in detail and I had to change my moving date, this was dealt with promptly, everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly.

We compared the BAR registered companies, to man and a van and for us it was down to customer views. We liked the way this company responded to their online reviews and handled enquiries promptly & accurately. A pleasure to deal with, prompt arrival on the day and very efficient with the necessary care taken throughout the move. Excellent.

I was extremely impressed with this company from the start. They sent someone round to try to give me a quotation that was as accurate as possible and sent the boxes within a day of us asking for them. The customer services were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, even though we were unsure about the exact nature of our move and whether we would require storage. When the day came Joe and Amil were excellent. Moving over 200 miles is a stressful process, but they made the whole thing totally bearable. Even when they had to wait over four hours for the completion, they remained positive. I would totally recommend this company when moving long distances. Thanks for everything. They actually moved me to Rhyl in Wales, but they wouldn't let me choose this as an option !!

I used Removers and Storers for my house removal and I have to say the service I recieved was second to none. From the very beginning having a survery organised to the time they finished, I could not fault them. The office staff were so friendly and helpful, and the removal guys themselves bent over backwards and made our removal day go as smoothly and as least stressful as could be! Honeslty a 5* company, and the fact they offer the service of a full pack, unpack and storage facilities if you need it is amazing! Thank you so much!!
