All of my dealings with Removers and Storers Limited were brilliant from day one. Friendly and helpful office staff, Lara and Hayley were very helpful. Survey and quote to move were conducted and supplied at lightening speed. Come the day of our move, Aaron and Craig who moved us couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. They even helped our new elderly neighbour move her spare bed in readiness for an overseas visitor. I would highly recommend this company!

Thank you to the team at Removers & Storers Ltd. I had a very good experience from the time I contacted them to the time the movers left. They managed to arrange in a very short timeframe (assessment visit of the flat on Tuesday 12 for a removal on Friday 15!) a very efficient removal with a very competitive quote (twice cheaper than some of my other quotes). I moved from a 2 bedrooms flat on 2nd floor with a lift to a 3rd floor without a lift. The movers were on time, very efficient and stayed in a very good mood despise the hard work to carry all the boxes and furniture on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my next move.

My move was related to a company work relocation so I was obligated to get three different quotes.
When I rang to arrange a quote, it was organised promptly, within a week. Mr Bailey was prompt for his visit. He spent the time to understand my move and the things important to me. When the appointment was over, I had developed confidence all would be okay and go smoothly.
Payment was easily made and the details of the move were confirmed approximately 5 days before the actual move.
Lee was the packer and introduced himself immediately upon arrival. He was very efficient, finished the packing within about 3.50 hours. He was friendly and chatty.
The movers, AJ and Nabil arrived promptly and introduced themselves upon arrival. They walked through the flat getting an idea of everything being moved and then began loading up the truck. They gave me 5 minutes to finish tidying up, then confirmed the address and my mobile number, and set off. The loading took approximately 2 1/2 hours for a 1 bedroom flat. Unloading was quick and they were very helpful in placing furniture. They were on the road back to London by approximately 4.30.
I would highly recommend Removers and Storers for the service alone.

My removal on 2nd June 2018 could not have been easier.

From the initial survey through to the multiple changes in destination. Removers and Storers were completely flexible and understanding of the situation.

The guys turned up within the stated time window. They then proceeded to load all of my goods into the van(s) and met me at my new property. They then loaded the garage with everything that was not going directly into the property and saved me quite a bit of money on storage costs. Nothing was damaged, broken or went missing.. Brilliant.

The 3 chaps who turned up were professional and hard working, I was also able to have a bit of a laugh and chat with them, they were completely personable and excellent communicators. They were also full of good advice about aspects of the move and the siting of of some items.

When I move again in a few months, I will be getting them back to move me to my next home.

After getting 4/5 quotes from various removal companies, the only one that actively followed up and offered a discount on the service was Removers and Storers.
We took the packing and dismantling service and was generally happy with both. The packers missed a couple of small drawers, but ask 95% had been completed we were happy with this. I also didn't realise it was cash payment, but found out a couple of days before when being called to confirm some details, so was able to get the money out with no issues.
On the day of move, there was a slight delay to the van arriving, but this was due to traffic and we were called in advance to be made aware of this. The van was more than adequate size for the move so no issues here. They loaded the van within a few hours but due to there being a delay with completion from the solicitors, we had to wait until 4.30pm to get access to the new property. They were still able to unload by 7.30pm, but this was mainly due to us advising to leave most of the boxes in one room which we would re-allocate later. The re-assembling resulted in a small damage to our sons bed, but overall really pleased we had beds to sleep in that night!
Overall, I would recommend R&S as a provider and all of the staff we dealt with were personable and pleasant.

Stressful times require a trusted, friendly removal service and this company certainly delivers. Mark and the team in the office are so helpful and managed to arrange a quick move that we thought was impossible. Tommy and his crew worked non-stop from the minute they arrived until every last item had been off loaded. Complete stars and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Now in the process of booking them again for phase 2 of our relocation. Thank you team, you are the best!
