Poor service.

Surprised to find that my poor review is nowhere to be found as only done last 4/6 weeks
After sending photo evidence to them was told would be back in contact in two days and over 4 weeks later nothing
Sending threatening e-mails about legal action .
Waiting for someone higher up in this company to get in contact with me.

Excellent Service!

We had a big moved (with two vans and 6 men) and the two teams were great. Fast, efficient and with great attitude. Also they were careful with our stuff.

The support over the phone was helpful and kind.

Absolutely outstanding. Made my move very easy, great value for money and just an all round great company

They quoted me 4 hours work however the lads did it in 2 so only charged me for that.

Can not recommend highly enough.

By far the cheapest and by far the best service.

DON'T HIRE THEM!! They broke my expensive TV and and missed my Beats Speaker! VERY BAD SERVICE!!

They broke my expensive TV and an expensive Beats Speaker was missing during the move!! And they only offered me a "compensation" of £120 which doesn't cover not even the speaker.
VERY BAD SERVICE! DON'T HIRE THEM!

Extremely happy with the service.

Extremely happy with the service - efficient and great value for money, staff is very helpful. The two guys that came were great. They packed and moved everything very careful and were very polite. I would highly recommend them and use again.

Five hours late and the story kept changing.

They were five hours late. Every time I called the ETA would change. They promised to call be back with updates and did not. Take how stressful moving day is anyway - and times it by ten if you use Removals Zone. It's just not worth it. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
