We hired Removals Expert for a multi-step move, in connection with major renovations on our 2-bedroom flat. The service included packing, disposal of waste, storage, collection from storage and from a third location, and finally delivery and reassembly of furniture. Of all the tradespeople we worked with on our project, this company was the most reliable. They were responsive and efficient at each step. The movers themselves were polite, friendly and hard-working, and they treated our property with great care. The company arranged for storage at a reasonable rate and offered unexpected extras like free collection of empty boxes for recycling after we moved back in. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Surveyor came to survey our property and give us very competitive quote (I must say that out of 4 surveys I had, Removals Expert surveyor Syed was thorough gentleman, answer all my questions politely). On move day Removals Expert team turned up on time and carefully loaded all our belongings onto the Luton van. The two guys were hard working and polite and had everything loaded in just couple of hours. They then worked quickly to unload all our belongings at our new home, this included re- assembling the beds they had dismantled. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I had searched and contacted a number of removal companies and then came across this gem of a company. They were very reasonably priced and extremely accommodating with all my my requests and changes throughout the process.

Right from from the offset, Melissa was brilliant, she was so understanding about my requests and constant changes, she never got annoyed and was so patient with me.

The removal team on the day were amazing and did a great job, they worked so hard and made the move seem effortless. We had items delivered to and picked up from 3 different locations and nothing was too much for them, they worked so hard.

I would definitely recommend Removals Expert to anyone who is moving.

The team who came were really friendly and helpful and helped make the move totally un-stressful. And the chai was delicious! They were very good at labelling the boxes with the packing service and made it much easier for us the other end. The quote was reasonable- they were the cheapest of the 'middle range' companies, after a home assessment. The drive was quite far, but they made it perfectly on time and were un-phased by everything, even our heaviest furniture. I would thoroughly recommend, they were a really lovely and jolly team, as well as professional.

The Removal Experts team were very quick to respond to my request for a quote and were very competitively priced, particularly as this move involved pick-ups at two addresses before heading on to the delivery address.

Melissa in sales was very helpful and the quote process felt fair - there was some leeway to accommodate for the fact that people are not going to know how many boxes there are until packing is finished.

The three man team who came to do the move were excellent. All very friendly, pleasant people who you felt you could trust. They worked very hard and efficiently and took great care (a particular concern for me given the large amount of glass being moved). I would recommend the Removal Experts to anyone looking to move.

Service from Removals Expert was first class from start to beginning. The 2 gentleman (Ali and a name that has escaped me) were efficient, professional and very well prepared. They shrink wrapped all our furniture and made the morning very stress free.

we had a very complicated completion day with loads of issues with our purchase. Removals Expert were very understanding and held on to around 6pm at our new property when we finally got our keys to our new property. Again the guys were quick and efficient getting all items into our new property and despite it being an extremely long day for both us and them they were a joy to deal with.

We moved from London to Manchester. The entire service was great from start to finish. This included a home visit for quote estimation, packing (including furniture and fragiles) and loading on day 1 of moving and delivery and putting back my furniture on day 2. the entire process was smooth and not a single item broken or damaged, including the 65+ houseplants I have.
I highly recommend this service. Prices are really competitive and the quality and friendliness of the service was excellent.

As you can imagine this was a difficult move. The company managed a significantly lower quote than other competitors. Everyone was friendly and professional and nothing was broken. The packing service was also good. My only minor concern is regarding insurance - for items over £50-£100 in value it turns out that you need to give them a list of these items well in advance of the move and they may then disagree - however, nothing was broken so it was not an issue, and furthermore my discovering this policy too late could be considered my own problem by the letter of the law. Not enough to downgrade from 5 stars considering the value for money and I still recommend this company, but let them know about expensive items to insure with good notice!

A very mixed review! I found them 'moving ' our things from a to b very good and they were very helpfull and did not damage any fresh wall or carpet. They were also great on disassembly and reassembly.
However: the packing service was terrible. All boxes only labelled by room without any contents ( not even at the highest level) marked. It made my unpacking a scavenger hunt for perishable food or cleaning supplies. A bitter dish with butter wrapped and inside a random unlabelled ( bar K for kitchen) box. They also packed with no care ( a pair of delicate pumps thrown in carelessly together with hiking boots, dry muddy wellies etc. Vinyl records flat in the bottom of a box with random other things on top. Complete chaos on packing - which I only discovered of course after they left. Shame really as it felt a good move at the time.

I am in between accommodations so needed to get my furniture and belongings from Kensington to a storage in Park Royal. The four man team from Removals Expert showed up on time, were friendly and worked efficiently and took good care of my things. They were also good at using the limited storage space to the max.

The booking process was good too, Melissa always responded quickly and accurately when I had questions.

I am definitely booking them again when I move into my new house. Highly recommended!

From the first time I spoke with Melissa to enquire about their service, to my home visit for a quote, the delivery of the packing boxes and materials and the actual Moving Day, I received such a professional, reassuring and personal service. All my many queries were answered quickly by Melissa who was so helpful and supportive. Moving house is a major event and both my removal men made the day so much easier for me. Everything was packed and transported with great care, and they really helped make the whole day go so well for me. I would definitely recommend Removals Expert to anyone who is moving - they really are the experts!

I had several people come round for quotes and I chose Removal Experts due to their good impression and competitive quote. The quoted price was fixed and there are no hidden extra costs. Couldn't recommend them more. They took great care of things and were very organised and efficient. The men were very professional, polite, friendly. The move included my piano and white goods - I have used a piano company before to move the piano and was not disappointed with Removal Experts as everything worked so well. I would definitely use them again.

Really first class service from Removals Expert. From the initial phone call I felt completely confident, I knew my goods and possessions would be in good hands. And I was right. The van and two men arrived punctually. They were courteous and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Most of my stuff went in easily but I had one piece, a high back sofa, that just wouldn't go in through the narrow hall. They offered to carry the sofa round the back way and up through the garden. Very resourceful and it solved what could have been an awkward problem. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Were willing to take on a relatively small move in terms of items (about 14 boxes, large carrier bags and cases and a few medium to small items of furniture) and go up and down a lot of stairs. Arrived on time, did packing, loading and delivery very efficiently. Only snag was a slight delay in finding the delivery address. Expensive for the time taken but smaller jobs like this block a disproportionate amount of time out of a working day and some other companies wouldn't take it on at all. The team were well mannered and helpful.

I was contacted by Melissa within seconds of submitting an online quote request and they arranged to book in a survey a few days later. Syed came to our house and talked us through the service that they offer and we received the written quote later that day.

On our move-day, Ali and his team arrived promptly at 8am and had our three bedroom house packed up by 10.30am, including dismantling a number of items. The chaps were all very polite and friendly and took great care of our things.

Once at our new house they had us unloaded within a couple of hours and also moved everything into the rooms of our choice.

Overall a very professional service - we would definitely recommend them to others.

Removals Expert were impressively efficient from the start. Within two days of my initial enquiry Sayed came and gave me a quote. My suggested date was acceptable, the quote came immediately and was very reasonable.
The whole move went of seamlessly with the two packers and six movers all being very nice, hard working, polite and very helpful.
I was very pleased and impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them. There was a slight query over the cost which Melissa dealt with promptly and sent me a refund immediately and without question.
Overall a very satisfactory experience.

We had a rather challenging move with five flights of stairs, no lift and a minimal budget. The team at Removals Expert was absolutely fantastic at helping us make it happen, particularly in comparison to some of the other providers out there. Initially, due to the stairs, our quotes were really high but they were helpful in accommodating our request for fewer men and just one van and only our heaviest items at a price we could afford. Not many others were so flexible.

On the day, the two men who came were friendly, efficient and very helpful. They unloaded well, nothing was damaged. I would recommend the company!

The only mild concern was following us sending the fee, we didn't get an acknowledgement or reassurance as to when the van would turn up. It would have been nice to get a message that confirmed receipt, the van licence plate, the eta and who we should be expecting.

Removals Expert helped us with all our queries before the move and on the day sent three very good removals men with their van. They were polite and efficient and put all the furniture in the correct place when we got to the new property.
When we had a problem getting them access to our building they were courteous and patient, and they were happy to adapt to the circumstances.
They were also very punctual and managed to complete the move in a short space of time.
We'd like to give our thanks to that team and their efforts. We absolutely recommend them to others.
